Abstract
Parrilla, caracterizada por constar de una bandeja que, provista de asideros, presenta fondo cónico con una abertura central poseedora de un reborde dirigido hacia arriba, formando alojamiento con huelgo para el platillo del quemador de un fogón o cocina de gas o petróleo, sobre cuyos fogón o cocina es apoyable la precitada bandeja, encajando en aquélla abertura una tapa cóncava extraible dotada de patillas que descansan en el reborde, asa como de una pluralidad de orificios debidamente repartidos, constituyendo un deflector de la llama y del calor, de manera que se reparte uniformemente, quedando completado el conjunto con una rejilla acoplable amoviblemente sobre los bordes de la bandeja y receptora de las viandas, cuyas grasas son recogidas en el antedicho fondo cónico de la bandeja y con ayuda del reborde de su abertura.
