Abstract
1. Dispositivo (1) para la conexión y/o desconexión entre componentes de sistemas de climatización, refrigeración o hidráulica, que está provisto, en cada una de sus extremidades, de un empalme (2) para la conexión a un respectivo componente del sistema, desde el cual empalme (2) tiene origen un tramo de tubo rígido (3) previsto para la conexión del mismo empalme (2) a una extremidad del respectivo conducto de conexión, dicho dispositivo (1) estando caracterizado por el hecho de comprender un manguito metálico (4, 5, 6) provisto, en una extremidad, de un racor (7) para tubos unido al mismo herméticamente, destinado a ser calzado y apretado sobre dicho tramo de tubo rígido (3) de dicho empalme (2) oportunamente seccionado, y en la otra extremidad de una predisposición (8) para la conexión con un tubo flexible (9) de dichos sistemas de climatización, refrigeración o hidráulica.
Description
El tramo de tubo debe ser cortado en correspondencia de una longitud al menos suficiente para aplicar el racor (7), preferiblemente inmediatamente después del tramo deformado para la fijación del conducto.
Una vez cortados los dos tramos de tubo (3), es posible quitar el conducto desgastado o dañado. Las partes remanentes de los tramos de tubo (3) todavía unidas a los empalmes (2) (figura 4) deben ser desbarbadas y limpiadas para permitir una correcta y fácil inserción del racor (7).
Una vez colocada la tuerca de apriete (19) sobre el tramo de tubo (3) sobre uno de los componentes, el anillo de apriete (22) viene calzado sobre el tramo de tubo, viene colocada la arandela (20) y luego el anillo de estanqueidad (21), por ejemplo del tipo "O-ring", viene calzado sobre el tramo de tubo.
Luego, sobre el tramo de tubo viene calzada la parte de cabeza fileteada (17) unida al manguito (4, 5 o 6, en función del tipo más apropiado) y se enrosca la tuerca de apriete (19) colocando una llave en la parte de unión de sección prismática (23).
La presión de la sección de extensión cónica en la parte interna de la tuerca de apriete (19) presiona sobre el anillo de apriete (22) en sentido radial, empujándolo tipo collar alrededor al tramo de tubo (3), y en sentido axial.
La presión radial provoca la fijación por interferencia del bloque constituido por la porción de cabeza fileteada (17), por la tuerca de apriete (19) y por el anillo (22) de apriete con el tramo de tubo (3) que transita a través del mismo anillo.
Asimismo, la presión en sentido axial sobre el anillo de apriete (22) viene transmitida por este último a la arandela (20) y por consiguiente al anillo de estanqueidad (21) que, por lo tanto, viene presionado dentro de la sede anular (18) dispuesta dentro de la parte de cabeza fileteada, creando así el sellado hermético de la conexión.
En la extremidad opuesta del manguito (4), mediante la predisposición (8) se une un tramo de tubo flexible (9) cortado a medida según lo que fuera necesario para restablecer la conexión entre los dos componentes del sistema de climatización.
