Abstract

已知当构建或执行尤其是用于气体、压缩空气或其他流体的流体运输配管的普通维护时,有必要将配管的各种区段连接至彼此,有时还使用各种形状和尺寸的专用接头。往往,进行所述连接的工作条件不是最佳的,并且在任何情况下,这些操作必须尽可能迅速且有效地执行,从而始终确保最佳密封条件。
文献FR12011165A描述了一种用于柔性或半刚性塑料导管并且具体而言为聚乙烯导管的接头,其包括配备有凸缘的套筒,该凸缘被利用螺栓紧固至待连接的导管的凸缘。在插入套筒中时,待连接的导管面临来自内部密封件的一些干涉。

发明内容
本发明的目的因而是构建用于导管,尤其是意图运送气体、压缩空气、或其他流体的铝导管的连接接头,其可被迅速且有效地利用,并且其始终保证理想的密封,因而排除了在上述已知接头和系统的限制。
本发明通过使用根据权利要求1的连接意图运送压缩空气、气体、或其他流体的导管的接头而实现该目的。

根据本发明的内可变形环具有在内侧具有能够被靠着插入接头中的第一管状元件压缩的密封元件,和被靠着第二管状元件压缩的前密封件,该第二管状元件通过该接头而连接至第一管状元件。第一管状元件的插入阶段是完全自由的,因为,最初,外部壳体内侧的环的直径和内密封件的直径大于第一管状元件的外径。该内环可由例如塑料制成。

而且,当使用该接头时,由于径向地插入且已配备有安装在所述区段的端部处的根据本发明的接头的配管区段,可在现场直接执行流体运输管道区段上的更换和/或维护介入。

如上面所描述,如果工作空间足够,即,本质上,如果存在将导管T插入该接头中的可用的足够空间,那么可完成通过该接头将接头10紧固至导管T的操作。显然,如在上面所提及的,接头10可为任何类型,因而可甚至为如导管T或“T形”元件的另一区段。

其中,所述内部环(1)和所述内部密封件(3、4)的内径大于所述第一管状元件(T)的外径,以便所述第一管状元件(T)能够自由地插入所述外部壳体(7)、所述内部环(1)和所述内部密封件(3、4)的内侧,并且其中,所述外部壳体(7)的所述固定螺钉(8)适于固紧在所述第二管状元件(10)的凸缘(110)上,从而导致所述外部壳体(7)在所述内部环(1)上的压力,以便决定绕所述第一管状元件(T)的所述内部环(1)和所述内部密封件(3、4)的大致径向压缩和靠着所述第二管状元件(10)的凸缘(110)的所述前面密封件(2)的大致轴向压缩;且
推动环(5)定位在所述接合器件(6)与所述内部环(1)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于,所述接合器件至少包括内部环形元件,所述内部环形元件适于咬合至所述第一管状元件(T),所述内部环形元件的内径最初大于所述第一管状元件(T)的外径,并且由于所述外部壳体(7)的固紧,所述内部环形元件适于穿透在所述第一管状元件(T)的侧壁中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于,所述内部环(1)包括最终环形阶梯(301),以止动所述第一管状元件(T)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的接头,其特征在于,所述内部环(1)和所述内部环形元件的外壁与所述外部壳体(7)的内壁直接接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于,所述内部环(1)具有截头圆锥形内区段,所述截头圆锥形内区段倾向于朝所述第一管状元件(T)的插入侧扩大。
6.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于,所述外部壳体(7)包括:第一圆柱形套筒(107),其用于插入所述第一管状元件(T);和中央部分(307),其具有截头圆锥形区段,所述截头圆锥形区段倾向于朝所述内部环(1)扩大。
7.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于,其包括一个或更多个安全环(9),所述安全环(9)定位在至少一个螺钉上,所述至少一个螺钉结合在所述第二管状元件(10)的凸缘(110)与所述外部壳体(7)的凸缘(207)之间。
8.根据权利要求2所述的接头,其特征在于,所述内部环、推动环和内部环形元件具有截头圆锥形外表面,所述外表面倚靠所述外部壳体(7)的截头圆锥形内壁。
