The present invention refers to a cardboard container that, although initially intended for the commercialization of detergent capsules, could be equally applicable in other areas in which similar features are required.

The object of the invention is to provide a container that has stable and secure closure means that prevent accidental opening of the container, and that require a non-intuitive maneuver that prevents children from accessing its content.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the preferred field of application of the invention, that of detergent capsules, these are supplied in plastic containers mainly due to the fact that this type of product can be very dangerous for children if they have access to it, so that this type of packaging includes means of opening that require a certain amount of skill that makes it unlikely that children will be able to open them.

However, the plastic nature of this type of packaging is an obvious ecological problem, so marketing it in cardboard packaging would be the solution to this environmental problem.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The carton package that is recommended satisfactorily solves the problem previously exposed, based on a simple but effective solution.

Said lid will finally include an upper expansion in the form of a skirt, as a retaining element for the products contained within and which is stabilized through two side tabs that are fixed laterally and internally to the skirt, emerging from the lateral arched sectors of the lid. .

Said bottom is extended in a posterior direction in another rectangular sector, which will determine the rear wall of the container, and which is prolonged in two lateral rectangular sectors that will define the external side walls of the container.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
