Object of the invention

It is the object of the present invention, as the title states, a box with integrated inserts, designed for the accommodation and transport of a product in such a way that it always remains in the same position within the packaging.

The present invention can be used, although not limited to, for the transport and packaging of electrical mechanisms, such as plugs, switches, sockets, and any other product, and its use can be extended to any other field that requires the claimed characteristics.

Characterizes the present invention, the special configuration and design of the cut cardboard sheet from which it is set for the conformation of the packaging object of the invention, in which each and every one of the different parts, the cutting lines, the Folding lines and pre-cut lines allow, from a single sheet, to form a package in which a product can be arranged so that it remains stable during transport.

Therefore, the present invention is limited within the scope of the packages that have inserts to dispose of a product in its interior in a stable manner.

Background of the invention

In the state of the art, the packages defined in patents FR2816283 and FR2898874 are known, which present as aspects that can be improved the fact that in order to achieve precise insertions, they propose a blocking of the lateral sides redoubled on the bottom of the box , which forces to deploy a lot of material such as the packaging coded under the European code FEFCO, under number 421.

In addition, said embodiments require supplementary material for the formation of product insertion points.

Another box with integrated inserts is known in FR 2263159.

Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to develop a packaging for insertion of products that does not have a design that requires the use of excess material, both for its manufacture itself, and to define inserts for the products to be housed inside , developing a packaging like the one described below and is included in its essentiality in the first claim.

Description of the invention

The packaging object of the invention is formed from a single sheet that is previously cut and with crease lines, which allows the configuration of a package with integrated inserts.

The sheet from which it is started to form the packaging has:

- A background.

- Four lateral faces, two major and two minor, for the conformation of the lateral walls and emerging from the lateral edges of the bottom. The minor side faces have their side edges inclined in a divergent direction from the bottom of the box.

- A cover attached to one of the major lateral faces by a folding line, and which has a closing flap with closing means.

- A few punches and crease lines made in the bottom and minor side walls that serve to form some inserts in which to arrange the products in a stable manner.

The four lateral faces are joined to each other by means of flaps that emerge from the ends of the major lateral faces, and that in the forming of the box are retained on the inner faces of the minor lateral faces, by the additional extensions with which they have the minor side faces.

In addition, the lateral faces can be arranged slightly inclined relative to the bottom, defining an upper access surface larger than the bottom surface. They can also have a series of pre-cut perforations that cooperate in the correct disposition of the products housed inside the packaging.

The advantages that derive from a design of the box as indicated are on the one hand, of an economic type, since with a single sheet the formation of an integrated insert is achieved, being designed so that it adapts to the products that are They will be housed inside the packaging, and also, it does not need additional material. On the other hand, of a practical and economic type, since the conformation of the box can be done manually or mechanically, keeping it in volume without having to do any sticking.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below.

In Figure 1 we can see that the sheet from which it is formed for the conformation of the packaging comprises:

- A fund (A).

- Two major lateral faces (J) emerging from the major sides of the bottom (A) and joined to the bottom by folding lines (5) and (6).

- Two minor lateral faces (B) emerging from the minor sides of the bottom (A) and joined to it by folding lines (2), presenting lateral edges inclined in a divergent direction from the bottom (A).

- Flaps (E), for forming the box, which emerge from the ends of the major lateral faces (J) and which are attached to them by folding lines (9).

- A closing cover (F), emerging from the edge of one of the major sides (J) and attached to it by a folding line (7), said closing cover (F) counting on its free edge a closing flap (G), joined by a folding line (8).

- Extensions (C) joined the smaller side faces (B) by means of a double folding line (1).

In particular, when the box is formed, each of the surfaces (D) is raised above the bottom (A) and supported by four points. Two intermediate points defined by the sections (K) arranged on each side of the surface (D), and two extreme points, one of them being the minor side face itself (B) and the other the section (L).

The sections (K) and (L), as well as the surface (D) at its junction with the minor side face (B), are attached to the bottom and the minor side face by the folding lines (4), while the sections (K) and (L) are connected to the surface (D) by reverse folding sections.

On the extensions (C), on its free edge there is defined a flange (13), which in the shape of the box, is fitted in the recess (12) defined in the folding line (4) between the surface (D) and the major lateral face (B).

The double folding line (1) at the junction between the extensions (C) and the minor side faces (B) serves to define a space in which to house and retain the flaps (E), thus ensuring the prismatic conformation of the box . The flaps (E) are not only retained in the space between the extensions (C) and the major lateral faces, but remain under the surface (D) once lifted.

On the free edge of the closing flap (G) there are defined cuts that form flanges (H) attached to the closing flap by means of a folding line (10). Said flanges are inserted into the box through the cut defined in the major side face (J) opposite the face to which the closure cover (F) is attached, so that when opening the box it is necessary to tear the surface (I) by the tear line (11).

On the major lateral faces (J) there are a series of precuts (M), whose presence in combination with the inclined arrangement of the lateral faces (J) and the inserts defined on the bottom of the box allows to keep the products in the correct position .

Figures 2 to 5 show the different actions that have to be performed to form the box object of the invention.

In Figure 2 it can be seen that, in the first place, the smaller lateral faces (B) are folded towards the bottom (A) 90 ° according to the folding line (2). At the same time a slight pressure is exerted on the surface (D) so that it is raised on the folding lines (4) combined with the folding on the reverse folding lines (3), so that the sections or faces (K ) and (L) remain in vertical arrangement when folded with respect to the folding lines (4) in order to leave said surface (D) at the desired height.

Next, the flaps (E) are folded at 90 ° in relation to the major lateral faces (J). This folding is done by the folding lines (9), as shown in Figure 3.

Subsequently, the major lateral faces (J) are folded, according to the angle of the major lateral faces (B), by the folding lines (5) and (6), obtaining the conformation shown in Figure 4.

The next step consists in folding the extensions (C) by the double folding line (1) until the flange (13) is housed in the recess (12), and the flaps (E) are also housed and retained between the faces (B) and (C).

When the box is filled, the products are kept in place due to the surfaces (D) on the one hand and the fact that the product touches the bottom of the box.

Next, the closing cover (F) is folded at 90 ° with respect to the bottom (A) by the folding line (7). The face (G) is folded at 90 ° against the face (J).

To close the box proceed to press the tabs (H) into the box. The flanges (H) are folded according to the folding lines (10) pushing the surface or section (I) that is folded according to a folding line.
