The present invention corresponds to the technical field of security in public spaces, specifically a security device against a possible undue invasion of a vehicle in protected areas, either temporarily or permanently.

Background of the Invention

Terrorist attacks are one of the worst scourges on society, which unfortunately has claimed thousands of lives. Terrorism encompasses a whole series of complex threats, such as organized terrorism in conflict zones, radicalized lone wolves, attacks with chemical, biological, radioactive, nuclear, explosive materials...

The terrorists are modifying their way of proceeding, trying to avoid the controls and preventive measures. This is an issue that worries citizens a lot, and even more after the events that have occurred for some time now, in which it has become evident that they do not need to have specific materials, such as explosives or weapons, thus escaping any control type.

So, today, they have simplified their way of proceeding and are capable of generating terror only with a runaway vehicle in an area full of pedestrians. Vehicles being elements within the reach of anyone and very present in cities, the attack using them as a weapon becomes something difficult to predict and very difficult to control.

Some ideas have been developed whose objective is the prevention of these acts and the safety of citizens against a possible attack of this type. The one that has been adopted in a majority way is the placement of large flower pots placed in the middle of the roads that are to be protected, thus interrupting the possible access to any vehicle.

This system is effective for pedestrian streets, since they are intended for permanent pedestrian circulation, but it poses problems for temporary protection of roads or areas where a concentration of people is expected for a period of time, but not of permanently, such as Christmas markets, patron saint festivities, holding a sporting event...

In each of these cases, it may be of interest to close a street or square in the town, for a day or a week. or even longer and this street can be different each time, but in the end, the road returns to its main function, which is the normal circulation of vehicles and pedestrians. In all the exposed documents, the devices try to solve a possible escape of a car from a police control or the arrest of a vehicle in specific and controlled conditions, since in all of them there are sharp elements that produce punctured tires, in case the vehicle does not stop. In all these cases, for the device to fulfill its objective, it is necessary for a person in charge, such as a police officer, to activate the mechanism so that these sharp elements are arranged in a vertical position and pose an obstacle to the vehicle to be stopped.

This implies that none of these devices is adequate to solve the existing problem today, in the case of possible attacks in crowded areas by a vehicle that breaks into it at full speed, since they are aimed at temporary control with the agents attentive to said control, but it is not possible to achieve with them a restriction of the passage of vehicles without the need for a responsible person to be attentive to the possible attack.

Therefore, it is still necessary to find a way to prevent a protected area from being invaded at any time, either temporarily or permanently, by means of a system that allows continuous security for the period of time required, either this temporary or permanent, and that it is not conditioned to the existence of a person who activates the security mechanism, since the attackers can find ways that this person is not at their checkpoint at the moment they decide to perpetrate the attack. attack. Description of the invention

Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention

In view of the figures provided, it can be seen how in a first preferred embodiment of the invention, the security device against an attack, due to an undue invasion of a vehicle in temporarily or permanently protected areas, which is proposed here, It comprises a structure with a base (1) that can be supported on the ground that has a front end (1.1) and a back end (1.2) and an upper area (2) that forms an angle of inclination with respect to the base (1 ) and is attached to it by attachment means.

As shown in Figure 1, the base (1) has a plurality of sharp elements (3) in the form of teeth that emerge from its upper face. These sharp elements (3) are those that sink into the tires of any vehicle that tries to bypass this safety device, immediately interrupting its movement.
