Abstract

1. Fregadero (1) metálico, del tipo de los que constan de al menos un seno (2), provisto de un orificio inferior de desagüe (4), y que están dotados de un rebosadero, caracterizado porque comprende una superficie intermedia (6) esencialmente plana y horizontal, que circunda al menos parcialmente a la embocadura (7) del seno o senos y en la cual están practicados dos orificios (8, 9) iguales, adaptados para recibir el montaje de un grifo (10) o ejercer la función de rebosadero indistintamente, estando dicha superficie intermedia (6) exteriormente limitada, en toda su periferia, por un escalón ascendente (11) sin solución de continuidad con la propia superficie intermedia, de forma que esta última y el escalón delimitan un volumen tal que, cuando el desagüe (4) está tapado y el seno o senos (2) llenos de agua, ésta puede ser drenada por orificio que ejerce de rebosadero antes de que el nivel de su superficie libre sobrepase la altura máxima del escalón y por tanto del fregadero (1), estando los orificios (8, 9) practicados cerca de sendas esquinas achaflanadas (15) del seno o senos (2), de modo que quedan dispuestos adyacentes a dichas esquinas achaflanadas, siendo la distancia entre dichos orificios y el canto longitudinal externo (20) del fregadero (1) sensiblemente mayor que la distancia que existe entre dicho canto longitudinal externo y las paredes laterales longitudinales del seno 0 senos.
