Claims (2)

  1. Four (1) comprenant un corps (3) ; une chambre de cuisson (2) disposée dans le corps (3) et dans laquelle le processus de cuisson est réalisé ; une plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) qui forme la paroi arrière de la chambre de cuisson (2) ; un séparateur (5) qui divise la chambre de cuisson (2) en un compartiment supérieur (6) et un compartiment inférieur (7) ; un premier ventilateur (10) disposé au niveau du compartiment supérieur (6) entre la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) et le corps (3); au moins un premier trou d'air (12) prévu sur la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) au niveau du premier ventilateur (10) ; un second ventilateur (11) disposé au niveau du compartiment inférieur (7) entre la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) et le corps (3) ; et au moins un second trou d'air (13) prévu sur la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) au niveau du second ventilateur (11) ; caractérisé par une paroi (8) qui s'étend entre la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) et le corps (3), le long de la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4), et qui sépare le premier ventilateur (10) et le second ventilateur (11) de manière étanche, où deux bras (9) s'étendent depuis les surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la paroi (8) pour s'appuyer contre la surface arrière de la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) et un élément d'étanchéité (14) disposé entre les bras (9) et la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4) afin d'assurer une étanchéité complète sur les surfaces des bras (9) en contact avec la surface arrière de la plaque de protection de ventilateur (4).
  2. Four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par la paroi (8) qui est située sur le même plan horizontal que le séparateur (5).
