Claims (7)

  1. A device for maintaining a cane (1), intended for use as a walking aid, in a stand-by position, said device comprising:
    - a first coupling member (2) intended to be mounted on the cane;
    - at least one second coupling member (3) intended to be attached to a support (5) external to the device;
    - a body (4) that is at least partially elastically deformable, the body bearing the first coupling member and having the form of an end piece intended to match, at least partially, the end of the handle (11) of the cane (1),
    the second coupling member being complementary to the first coupling member in order that the cane can be maintained in a stand-by position in which it is not held by a user, the first coupling member and the second coupling members producing a magnetic coupling, at least one of the first coupling member and the second coupling member being a magnet (20),
    the body (4) comprising:
    - a first part (41) intended to be mounted on the cane (1);
    - a second part (42) bearing the first coupling member (2) ;
    the first part (41) being connected to the second part (42) by at least one elastically deformable arm (43), the arm tending to maintain the second part in a predetermined position, away from the first part.
  2. Device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the first member (2) has an interaction face (200) intended to be located facing the second coupling member (3),
    and in that the body (4) forms a means for positioning the first coupling member in a position in which the interaction face is substantially perpendicular to an axis of extension of the handle (11).
  3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the end piece is extended by a comfort sleeve (7) intended to cover the handle (11).
  4. Device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the sleeve (7) comprises a protuberance (70) made of an elastically deformable material, the protuberance being located on an upper face (700) of the sleeve, at an end of the sleeve opposite the end piece.
  5. Device according to any one of claims 3 and 4, characterised in that it comprises a protective tab (410) extending from the end of the first part of the end piece opposite the comfort sleeve (7).
  6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second coupling member (3) is mounted on a second cane (1).
  7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second coupling member (3) is a plate (30).
