Claims (1)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un couvercle de boîte métallique présentant une ouverture refermable, en particulier pour des canettes de boisson ainsi que pour des récipients destinés à la conservation de denrées alimentaires et d'autres produits liquides, pâteux, pulvérulents ou solides, présentant une micro-fente (4) ou ligne d'affaiblissement (4', 4") qui est prévue dans la surface de couvercle métallique et qui s'étend autour de l'ouverture, un cadre d'étanchéité (5) en matière plastique qui est relié à la surface de couvercle fixe (2) et qui entoure la zone d'ouverture, une unité d'obturation (6) en matière plastique qui est reliée à la zone de couvercle métallique (3) pivotante vers le haut et située à l'intérieur de la micro-fente (4) ou de la ligne d'affaiblissement (4', 4") et qui est montée sur la surface de couvercle fixe (2) de manière pivotante par l'intermédiaire d'un palier de pivotement (7) et qui est de préférence pourvue d'un organe de déchirage (8) qui est diamétralement opposé au palier de pivotement (7) et qui est relié à l'unité d'obturation (6) de manière pivotante vers le haut,
    dans lequel le cadre d'étanchéité (5) et l'unité d'obturation (6) coopèrent de manière étanche, de préférence par l'intermédiaire de nervures d'étanchéité et d'enclenchement (12, 13, 14) et de rainures de réception associées (15, 16, 17), et
    la zone de couvercle métallique (3) située à l'intérieur de la micro-fente périphérique (4) ou de la ligne d'affaiblissement (4', 4") est logée et maintenue dans la zone d'ouverture du couvercle (1),
    le cadre d'étanchéité (5) est relié par coopération de matière à la surface de couvercle fixe (2) et l'unité d'obturation (6) est reliée par coopération de matière à la zone de couvercle métallique (3) pivotante vers le haut, dans les deux cas en utilisant un agent adhésif, en particulier une laque adhésive, de préférence de qualité alimentaire et/ou présentant des propriétés lubrifiantes, en particulier en mettant en œuvre un procédé thermique, caractérisé en ce que
    avant le formage du cadre d'étanchéité (5) et/ou de l'unité d'obturation (6), l'agent adhésif est ajouté à la matière plastique respective, en particulier à un granulé de matière plastique pour la fabrication d'une pièce moulée par injection de matière plastique.
