Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for drawing off a web-shaped product from a weaving machine.
  • Devices for drawing off web-shaped products from looms are known. They are always used when web-shaped products, in particular woven fabrics, are produced continuously or in sections, with the web-shaped products produced being wound up after being drawn off the loom in order to feed them to a further processing process.
  • a device for the production and withdrawal of a web-shaped product is known.
  • Two clamp carriers with clamps are used to pull the web-shaped product off the weaving machine, further drive means being provided by which the clamp carriers are driven to and fro in the withdrawal direction of the web-shaped product. Due to the back and forth movement of the clamp carriers in connection with the controlled opening and closing of the clamps, the web-like product is pulled off, whereby a tensile stress is applied to the web-like product by controlling the drive means for the clamp carriers with the clamps.
  • the web-shaped product is produced with main sections and auxiliary sections.
  • the auxiliary sections serve to ensure that the clamps grip the web-shaped product at these sections, that is to say that the clamps are only opened and closed in the time segments of the production of the web-shaped product in which an auxiliary section for holding the web-shaped product is generated.
  • a device for feeding cardboard webs or paper webs to printing, punching or embossing machines is known.
  • a stationary base in the form of a continuous and flat plate is provided over which the cardboard or paper material to be printed, punched out or embossed is guided in a sliding manner. I.e. the plate is firmly mounted and the cardboard or paper web slides over it.
  • a corresponding printing, punching or embossing stamp is arranged above it, so that the cardboard or paper webs are guided between the base and the stamp.
  • a intermittent operation of the feed device provided.
  • the cardboard or paper web is clamped in front of and behind the base. This clamping is not used to pull off the cardboard or paper web, but only to firmly lock and secure a firm support of the cardboard or paper web on the base so that the stamp can print, punch out or emboss accordingly.
  • the object on which the invention is based is now directed to producing a device for drawing off a web-shaped product from a weaving machine, which can be used for thick goods, in particular for so-called 3D goods, for example for multi-layered fabrics, with the aid of this device slack in the finished product Section of the web-shaped product is to be minimized or avoided entirely.
  • the device according to the invention for withdrawing a web-shaped product from a weaving machine has at least one clamp carrier, which has clamps for the web-shaped product, a support frame device on which the clamp carrier is guided, and a drive means by which the clamp carrier in the withdrawal direction of the web-shaped product from the Loom can be driven back and forth in a range of motion.
  • the withdrawal is preferably carried out horizontally.
  • “web-shaped product” is to be understood as meaning, in particular, three-dimensional web-shaped products, preferably multi-layer fabrics.
  • the clamp carrier is designed in such a way that it can hold the web-shaped product in a clamped manner within the range of motion of the clamp carrier.
  • a support system for the web-shaped product is provided at least between one side of the device facing the loom and the clamp carrier within the support frame device. This avoids an inadmissibly large sag between the device side and the terminal support.
  • the web-shaped product can be grasped by the clamp carrier on the weaving machine and can be guided in its withdrawal direction essentially at production speed.
  • the support system primarily serves to be able to pull off thick, but to a certain extent flexible, web-shaped products from the weaving machine without the web-shaped product being able to sag in the device for pulling off the web-shaped product. In the case of three-dimensional, e.g.
  • multilayer, formed web-shaped products there is namely the risk that, due to their own weight, an inadmissibly large sag occurs, through which the inner structures of the three-dimensionally formed web-shaped product are deformed, which results in a loss of quality.
  • the web-shaped product is supported by the support system in such a way that there is at most only a slight sag in the product.
  • Products with a thickness of approx. 6 to 20 mm, possibly even in the range of 40 to 100 mm or more, are referred to here as very thick or also multilayer web-shaped products.
  • Such three-dimensional web-shaped products can no longer be wound up on a tree or a winding roller.
  • This three-dimensional web-shaped product would be damaged and deformed in its internal structure. Therefore, very thick web-shaped products usually have to be pulled horizontally from the weaving machine, namely in the warp direction, so that the individual layers or the individual threads forming the three-dimensional structure are not shifted or deformed.
  • the product sections to be held and supported within the device can be relatively long, so that avoidance of slack is of the utmost importance.
  • any sag of the web-shaped product section that may arise is dependent on the width of the device, i. H. depends on the width of the support frame device, on the tensile stress of the clamp carrier, which pulls the product section from the loom into the take-off device, on the length of the section produced and on the weight per unit area of the web-shaped product. It has now been shown that by means of a support system according to the invention, the product section can be held flat in the device in such a way that the fabric quality is not impaired in the width and length directions by inadmissibly large slack.
  • a second clamp carrier is preferably also provided between the side of the device facing away from the loom and the first clamp carrier.
  • the web-shaped product is at least temporarily held in a clamping manner by the first and the second clamp carrier. This means that the web-shaped product is held clamped at its leading end and is also clamped at least temporarily at its trailing end, which is facing the device side of the loom.
  • the support system is preferably designed in the form of tensioning ropes or rigid back chains or tensioning ropes and rigid back chains in combination. The support system can be moved in the withdrawal direction at a speed corresponding to the production speed of the web-shaped product. Since the support system can be moved at a speed corresponding to the production speed of the product section, it is ensured that there is no undesired friction that could possibly damage the product on the support system.
  • the first or, if applicable, the second terminal carrier drives the tensioning ropes and / or the rigid-backed chains, preferably the rigid-backed chains can be wound in a rope winder or the rigid-backed chains can be pushed into or removed from a chain store.
  • the rope winder and / or the chain store serve to wind up the support system during the back and forth movement of the terminal carrier or carriers or to unwind it from such a store.
  • Stiff back chains or so-called push chains are understood to be chains which consist of several chain links arranged one behind the other and connected by chain pins, which are designed in such a way that the chain links can be bent around the axis of the chain pins in one direction, but in the other direction a kink beyond a straight arrangement of the chain links is blocked.
  • Exemplary embodiments of such chains are, for example EP 1744079 A1 , the DE 20209957 U1 or DE 10137939 A1 refer to. These chains can thus be pushed in the production direction as a support underneath the product without leaving their support level serving to support the product section.
  • the tensioning ropes or the rigid-backed chains are preferably movable in the longitudinal direction of the product section and parallel to one another. This means that over the width of the support frame device, within which the product section is guided by means of the clamp carriers, the tensioning ropes and / or the back-stiffening chains are arranged next to one another in such a way that a support plane is formed, namely the support plane, which guarantees uniform support of the product section, so that it can be guided within the device largely without sagging, specifically without sagging, in particular in the longitudinal direction, which corresponds to the withdrawal direction.
  • the support system with at least two back-stiff chains is provided, the movement of which is synchronized with one another.
  • the provision of only two rigid back chains is particularly useful if on the one hand the effort for the support system is to be kept within limits, but on the other hand the product section has a certain inherent rigidity, so that the product section between the two rigid back chains in which an immediate Support of the tissue section is not given, does not sag or at least does not sag significantly.
  • Each terminal support is preferably provided with an upper and a lower terminal strip as a clamp, which are attached to terminal block bodies within the terminal support, the tensioning cables and / or the rigid back chains or the push chains being guided through openings in the respective lower terminal block bodies. It makes sense that the openings are of such a size that a required clamping stroke of the respective lower clamping strip for clamping the product section can be carried out without the tensioning ropes and / or the rigid back chains being deflected from their support plane.
  • hook-shaped or needle-shaped elements can in principle also be used in order to fix the web-shaped product on the terminal carriers.
  • strips with attached hook-shaped elements or with needles can be attached to the upper and / or lower clamp carriers.
  • the hooks or needles When executing the vertical clamp stroke, the hooks or needles are immersed in the web-shaped product.
  • the tension ropes and / or the rigid-back chains are designed as endless elements.
  • the previously mentioned winding devices or unwinding devices are omitted.
  • deflection elements are used Take rope pulleys or chain wheels, for example, in order to divert the tension ropes or chains within the device from the withdrawal direction into the opposite direction. This leads to a structurally simplified design, which can be useful while the length of the product sections to be produced is always the same.
  • the tensioning ropes and / or back-stiff chains can be wound up and unwound with the movement of the first or possibly the second clamp carrier in the withdrawal direction of the web-shaped product.
  • a winding or unwinding unit is integrated in the respective terminal carrier, so that this or the entire device can be made compact.
  • a support system that is not claimed has a lifting table which is arranged within the support frame device and which can be moved from a retracted position into a support position which supports the product section on its underside and essentially avoids its sagging.
  • a lifting table system consisting of several lifting tables can also be provided.
  • a support system which is also not claimed, which supports the web-shaped product on its underside between the first or possibly the second terminal support and the loom, has a scissor linkage system with z.
  • the advantage of such a scissors linkage system is primarily that the support length for the product section to be supported in the device can be relatively easily adapted to different lengths of the product section.
  • the support rollers, slide rails, slide plates or tensioning ropes are arranged in the scissors linkage system in such a way that their respective surfaces facing in the direction of the product section to be supported form the support plane.
  • the scissor linkage system can be moved from its extended, stretched, into its retracted, "compressed" state in a length ratio of preferably approximately 3: 1. With a length of the device of preferably 6 m, the compressed length is approximately 2 m.
  • Figure 5 shows in a side view in a basic representation a device for drawing off the web-shaped product 20 according to the prior art.
  • Figure 5 shows a sectional view of the device in its longitudinal direction.
  • the device contains two clamp carriers 1, 2, a support frame 3, drive spindles for the two clamp carriers 16, covers 17 and a weaving machine 19.
  • Between the clamp carrier 1 and the clamp carrier 2 is the web-shaped goods produced, ie the web-shaped product 20 is shown and has a slack 18 (f 2 ) in the middle.
  • the device according to the present invention avoids or limits this slack. So that a slack f1 between the loom 19 and the take-off device is also avoided, it is also advantageous if the take-off device is brought as close as possible to the loom 19.
  • Figure 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the device according to the invention. With its device side 4 facing the loom, the device is next to the loom, not shown, in the haul-off direction 8, so to speak or arranged adjacent to them.
  • a support frame device 3 carries the example of Figure 1 a first clamp carrier 1 and a second clamp carrier 2, the latter having a chain store 9 in which rigid back chains 7, provided as support system 5, are arranged in the form of push chains.
  • the number of back-stiff chains 7, in the present example four such chains 7 depends on the width of the web-shaped product produced by the loom and on its inherent rigidity.
  • a chain store 9 is assigned to the second clamp carrier 2, and the clamp carriers are provided for gripping the web-shaped product, clamping it and moving it at production speed within the device for its withdrawal.
  • the supporting length of the support system 5 corresponds to the length of the web-shaped product produced up to the second clamp carrier 2; the rest of the support system is wound up in the store, in the embodiment shown here as a rigid-backed chain 7 in the chain store 9.
  • This is the rear part of the device, in Figure 1 the part shown below on the left is freely accessible for maintenance work and operators up to the chain store 9.
  • spindles 16 are provided which drive the clamping devices 1, 2 back and forth within the support frame device via correspondingly assigned drives (not shown).
  • a cable drag chain 15 is arranged, which ensures a supply of the corresponding supply lines to the drives of the terminal carriers.
  • the back-stiff chains are spaced apart from one another, which prevents the web-like product from sagging due to its own weight, even in the width direction.
  • the second clamp carrier 2 grips or clamps the leading leading edge of the web-shaped product and moves the same in a clamping manner over the desired length of the section to be produced at the production speed for the web-shaped product.
  • the web-shaped product 20 produced is supported on the rigid-backed chains 7 essentially without slack.
  • the first clamp carrier 1 grips the leading edge of the next produced web-shaped product section and maintains the tension between the take-off device and the loom.
  • the Terminal of the second terminal carrier 2 can be opened.
  • the second clamp carrier 2 moves back from the rear area of the withdrawal device and the produced web-shaped product section can be removed from the device by the operator.
  • the rigid back chains 7 are passed through openings 13 in the terminal carrier 1 and 2. They are rewound in the chain stores 9 when the second terminal carrier moves from the rear area of the take-off device according to the invention in the direction of the loom.
  • the product section captured by the first clamp carrier is transferred to the second clamp carrier by appropriate control of the clamps and the drives, and the process described above begins again.
  • FIG 2 a perspective detailed view of an upper terminal strip 10 and a lower terminal strip 11 is shown for the first terminal carrier 1 and the second terminal carrier 2, respectively.
  • the rigid back chains 7 are passed through openings 13 through the terminal block body 12 of the terminal carriers 1 and 2 and are introduced into the chain store 9 and wound up there. With a corresponding movement in the opposite direction, the chains are unwound again in the chain box.
  • the second terminal support 2 has the terminal strips 10, 11 almost closed, while in the case of the first terminal support 1 the upper terminal strip 10 and the lower terminal strip 11 are wide open.
  • the produced web-like product 20 is guided through the first clamping support 1 and the second clamping support 2 so far that the corresponding clamping strips 10, 11 are able to clamp the web-like product 20 can take effect.
  • Figure 3a is a basic view in the direction of the trigger, ie in the longitudinal direction of the device for withdrawing the web-shaped product, in which between the upper clamping bar 10 and the lower clamping bar 11, the web-shaped product 20 is supported or clamped.
  • Both the upper terminal strip 10 and the lower terminal strip 11 are divided into individual segments. Since certain differences in the generated thickness can occur during the production of the three-dimensional web-shaped product 20 or are specifically produced in this way, it is thus ensured that no slip or insufficient clamping occurs at any point over the width of the web-shaped product to be clamped on the respective clamp carrier .
  • openings 13 are provided corresponding to the spacing to support the web-shaped product through the rigid back chains 7, through which the rigid back chains are guided so that a collision with the product 20 to be clamped and the clamping bars is avoided.
  • the first terminal support shown is guided over guide tracks 24 provided on both sides.
  • the web-like product to be clamped extends in the plane 25.
  • the spindles 16, which ensure the safe, reliable and precise drive of the movement of the respective clamp carrier 1, 2, are also shown.
  • FIG 3b a further detailed view is shown in perspective of the clamping area of the first clamp carrier 1 and the second clamp carrier 2.
  • only one rigid back chain 7 is shown, for which an opening 13 is provided in the respective terminal block body 12 below the actual clamping area effective between the upper terminal strip 10 and the lower terminal strip 11, through which the rigid back chain 7 is guided for the implementation of the rigid back chains 7 are incorporated into the terminal block body 12.
  • support surfaces 29 are provided on which the web-shaped product 20 rests at approximately the same level as the immediate clamping surface of the clamping strips 10, 11.
  • FIG 4 Another exemplary embodiment is shown in which a number of tensioning cables 6 arranged side by side, essentially parallel, are provided as the support system.
  • the tension cables 6 extend within the Device according to the invention for withdrawing the web-shaped product 20 between the support frame device 3 in the longitudinal direction.
  • the tensioning ropes 6 are dimensioned so that they can cover the area between the clamp carriers 1, 2 with such tension that the tensioning ropes 6 do not or only insignificantly sag when the transported web-shaped product 20 or product section is placed.
  • the tension ropes 6 are attached to a rope winder 30 in the area of the front 4 of the device and are drawn off from the rope winder 30 with the movement of the second clamp carrier 2 essentially at the production speed of the web-shaped product 20, so that their drawn-off length corresponds to the length of the web-shaped product being produced up to corresponds to the second terminal carrier.
  • the ropes are arranged at a substantially constant distance from one another. Depending on the width of the web-shaped product 20 produced, tensioning ropes that are not required can be disengaged for support, so that only as many tensioning ropes 6 arranged next to one another are pulled off the rope winder 30 by means of the second clamp carrier 2 as is the width of the web-shaped product 20 produced to avoid it of slack in the product.
  • FIG 6a a further embodiment according to the invention is shown, in which the support system 5 is formed by two support roller tracks 23 arranged next to one another.
  • the web-shaped product 20 runs through the device according to FIG Figure 6a in the withdrawal direction from right to left.
  • a chain storage device 9 is provided on the support frame device 3.

  • the distance between the support roller tracks arranged next to one another in parallel alignment to one another can be adapted.
  • Figure 6b is the embodiment according to Figure 6a shown in an enlarged view. It can be seen that the individual support rollers 21 on both sides with one Back-stiff chain or push chain are connected, so that the support system 5 according to this embodiment can also be transported through the device for withdrawing the web-shaped product 20 at the production speed of the web-shaped product without the same sagging, because this support system 5 with the support rollers 21 is so designed is that the inherent rigidity essentially prevents bending at the spaces between the support rollers that are not directly supported by support rollers 21.
  • FIG. 7a shows a basic representation of one side of the device according to the invention for withdrawing the web-shaped product 20, specifically the embodiment according to FIG Figures 1-3 with rigid back chains 7 in the form of push chains.
  • FIG Figure 7b shows alternating chain links 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, which are each connected to one another via a chain joint.
  • Each chain link comprises a chain pin 7.4.
  • the chain links 7.1 and 7.2 have support contours on their end faces in the chain running direction. The arrangement of the support contours is designed so that the rotation of the chain links about the axis of the chain pin 7.4 is prevented by adjacent support contours in one of the two possible directions of rotation.
  • the chain can thus absorb forces in a direction perpendicular to the chain pins and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the chain without buckling. This property is also called "back stiffness".
  • Chain links and support contours are shown here by way of example. In order to achieve the properties described, other shapes and designs of such push chains are also possible - for example according to the prior art listed above.
  • These push chains form a corresponding support area for the web-shaped product 20 produced.
  • these rigid-back chains 7 can be guided into their respective associated chain stores 9.
  • the rigid-backed chain 7 is conveyed into the chain store 9 and wound up there.
  • the chain is unwound from the chain store 9.
  • the web-shaped product is to be produced in a greater length, it makes perfect sense to provide the rigid-backed chains 7 as a support system with a slight upward curvature, so that under load when the web-shaped product is placed, the rigid-backed chains in an essentially flat, so-called Zero position are deformed.
  • FIG 8 an example not claimed is shown in which a scissor linkage system 14 is present as a support system.
  • a support preventing sagging is also ensured for the web-shaped product 20.
  • the disadvantage of the scissors linkage system 14 is that it has to be folded away when the required support length is shortened by the support system 5. This takes place under the clamp supports 1, 2 by means of a guide rail 31 in the manner of a link guide.
  • FIG. 9 a device for drawing off a web-shaped product is shown in a three-dimensional manner in a basic arrangement.
  • the identical individual components described are not explained again separately here. In any case, the same reference numbers mean the same elements.
  • five lifting tables 26 are shown in several segments as a support system 5.

  • the lifting table linkage 28 is folded up so that the immediate support surface of the lifting table 26 rests on the foundation of the lifting table on the ground.
  • the lifting table linkage 28 is for example by means of a Hydraulic cylinder 27 or pneumatic cylinder or servomotor spreadable, whereby the lifting table 26 itself can be moved from the non-support position into the support position.
  • the first terminal support 1 Shown in Figure 10a is the first terminal support 1, which has an upper terminal strip 10 divided into individual segments and a lower terminal strip 11 also divided into individual segments.
  • the support frame device 3 is also shown schematically.
  • FIG. 13 is the same side view of the device as in FIG Figure 10a shown. However, via the drive of the hydraulic cylinder 27, the lifting table linkage 28 has been spread so far that the lifting table has moved from the floor position into an intermediate position. All other elements and details correspond to those of Figure 10a .
