Claims (13)

  1. Aménagement de cours d'eau pour la retenue d'un matériau (2) d'un lit de cours d'eau, dans lequel
    - une structure d'aménagement (3) est réalisée avec un support (4) agencé sensiblement dans un plan et un dispositif de retenue (5) plat porté par le support (4), en particulier une grille (5), et
    - une ancre (7) est prévue pour l'ancrage du support (4) dans un sous-sol,
    caractérisé en ce que le support (4) est formé par des entretoises (8) fixées les unes aux autres, agencées sensiblement dans un plan, dans lequel les entretoises (8) sont fixées à une pièce de raccord centrale (13) et dans lequel une barre de traction (6) est prévue, laquelle barre de traction (6) est reliée d'un côté à la pièce de raccord centrale (13) et de l'autre côté à l'ancre (7).
  2. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'agencement vertical du plan à travers le support (4) et le dispositif de retenue (5) plat, il y a un contour (9), qui ressemble à un fond du lit de cours d'eau.
  3. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour (9) contient un fond aquifère (11) - de préférence sensiblement horizontal - et une rive (12) - inclinée de préférence par rapport à un fond aquifère (11).
  4. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le contour (9) est formé par deux entretoises (8) situées en haut en agencement vertical du plan - de préférence pliées, de préférence conjointement avec une pièce de raccord centrale (13) du support (4).
  5. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a quatre entretoises (8) agencées sensiblement dans un plan.
  6. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les quatre entretoises (8) dans le cas d'un agencement vertical du plan sont symétriques par rapport à un axe de symétrie (X), dans lequel l'axe de symétrie (X) s'étend de préférence sensiblement verticalement.
  7. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ancre (7) est fixée à un côté de la barre de traction (6) s'éloignant du plan.
  8. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la barre de traction (6) est agencée sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan.
  9. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aménagement de cours d'eau (1) contient au moins deux structures d'aménagement (3), qui sont agencées de préférence dans un plan.
  10. Aménagement de cours d'eau selon la revendication 2 et la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le contour (9) est formé par le support (4) et le dispositif de retenue (5) de plusieurs structures d'aménagement (3), qui sont agencées l'une à côté de l'autre et/ou l'une au-dessus de l'autre.
  11. Utilisation d'un aménagement de cours d'eau (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, avec
    - une structure d'aménagement (3), laquelle contient un support (4) agencé sensiblement dans un plan et un dispositif de retenue (5) plat, en particulier une grille, et
    - une ancre (7) pour l'ancrage du support (4) dans un sous-sol,
    en tant qu'aménagement de cours d'eau (1), dans lequel le matériau (2) - de préférence remblayé - du lit de cours d'eau est retenu par le dispositif de retenue (5), dans lequel un gradin est réalisé dans le lit de cours d'eau par l'aménagement de cours d'eau (1).
  12. Procédé de construction d'un aménagement de cours d'eau (1), dans lequel
    - le matériau (2) d'un lit de cours d'eau est retiré pour la création d'un point d'excavation,
    - un aménagement de cours d'eau (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 est placé dans le point d'excavation et
    - le point d'excavation est à nouveau rempli au moins en partie.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'aménagement de cours d'eau (1) ou les structures d'aménagement (3) de l'aménagement de cours d'eau (1) sont placés dans l'ensemble dans le point d'excavation.
