Claims (21)

  1. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de chacune des minces zones de nervure s'élève à moins de 30% de la longueur du contour de bord périphérique et que l'une des zones de nervure tout au plus présente une largeur de plus de 10% de la longueur du contour de bord périphérique.
  5. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture traversante sur le support de données adopte une surface de 20 mm x 50 mm ou moins, de préférence de 15 mm x 35 mm ou moins.
  6. Support de données selon l'une au moins de revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chaque évidement de préférence non circulaire est inférieure à 120 mm2, de préférence inférieure à 80 mm2, de manière particulièrement préférée, inférieure à 60 mm2, et en particulier inférieure à 40 mm2.
  7. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface totale des évidements de préférence non circulaires est supérieure à la surface de l'insertion contiguë.
  8. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'insertion contiguë représente un motif géométrique ou un motif de nature, en particulier une plante, un animal, un être humain ou une créature mythologique, un motif architectural ou technique, ou une combinaison des motifs susmentionnés.
  9. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le contour de bord périphérique représente un motif, lequel présente de préférence un lien conceptuel avec le motif que représente l'insertion contiguë, en particulier que le contour de bord périphérique et l'insertion contiguë représentent des parties de motif respectives d'un motif global en rapport l'une avec l'autre, se complétant l'une l'autre, ou s'expliquant l'une l'autre.
  10. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'insertion contiguë présente des lignes de coupe et/ou de petits évidements en nappe.
  11. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le substrat composite présente, en plus de la couche centrale, seulement une couche de recouvrement disposée sur un côté de la couche centrale.
  12. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le substrat composite présente, en plus de la couche centrale, deux couches de recouvrement disposées des deux côtés de la couche centrale, dans lequel les couches de recouvrement ne sont de préférence pas collées ensemble dans la zone des évidements de préférence non circulaires.
  13. Support de données selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une, ou les deux couches de recouvrement, présentent une dimension qui diffère de la couche centrale.
  14. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche centrale présente une autre marque d'authenticité, en particulier une couche d'impression, un filigrane, une structure diffractive ou une métallisation, dans lequel la marque d'authenticité et l'ouverture traversante sont disposées l'une par rapport à l'autre avec une précision de repérage.
  15. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la couche centrale est formée par une couche en papier.
  16. Support de données selon la revendication 14 et la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que l'autre marque d'authenticité est formée par un filigrane, lequel s'étend au moins sur la zone de l'insertion contiguë, de préférence également sur une zone entourant l'insertion de la couche centrale en papier.
  17. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la couche centrale est formée par une couche en feuille, de préférence par une couche en feuille opaque, partiellement opaque ou imprimée opaque.
  18. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une couche de recouvrement est dotée d'une autre marque d'authenticité, en particulier une couche d'impression, un filigrane, une structure diffractive ou une métallisation, dans lequel l'autre marque d'authenticité et l'ouverture traversante sont disposées l'une par rapport à l'autre avec une précision de repérage.
  19. Support de données selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture traversante constitue un masque d'exposition pour une soumission aux rayons laser, en particulier une ablation laser d'une couche sensible aux lasers, par exemple une couche d'acceptation d'encre, d'une impression située à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, d'une encre sensible aux lasers ou d'une métallisation.
  20. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un support de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, dans lequel un substrat composite en une couche centrale et au moins une couche de recouvrement est produit et est doté d'un élément de sécurité transparent, une ouverture traversante avec une insertion en forme de motif située à l'intérieur, contiguë, et se composant du matériau de couche centrale, est produite dans la couche centrale du substrat composite, dans lequel l'ouverture traversante est produite avec un contour de bord périphérique le long duquel l'insertion est reliée au niveau d'au moins une mince zone de nervure aux zones situées à l'extérieur de la couche centrale d'une manière telle, que l'ouverture traversante englobe l'insertion en forme de motif contiguë et au moins un évidement de préférence non circulaire, et caractérisé en ce que l'insertion en forme de motif produit, en contraste avec les évidements de préférence non circulaires, lors d'une observation par transparence, l'impression visuelle d'une découpe aux ciseaux.
  21. Procédé selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les évidements de préférence non circulaires de l'ouverture traversante et, le cas échéant, des lignes de coupe et/ou petits évidements en nappe prévus dans l'insertion, sont produits par estampage, découpage au jet d'eau ou de préférence par découpe au laser de la couche centrale.
