Claims (11)

  1. A coin sorting machine (1) for sorting coins comprising a housing (4), an openable housing cover (7) and a coin conveying device (9) covered by the housing cover (7) at least in a closed position (S), wherein the coin conveying device (9) comprises at least one coin transport path (19) and at least one coin conveyor (21) movable relative to the coin transport path (19) for conveying coins along the coin transport path (19) wherein the housing cover (7) is coupled to the at least one coin conveyor (21) and, when the housing cover (7) is in an open position (O), the at least one coin transport path (19) is also open and is accessible from outside (A) the housing (4) and wherein the coin sorting machine (1) comprises at least one positioning device (33) for positioning the at least one coin conveyor (21) relative to the at least one coin transport path (19), characterized in that at least one delaying member (32) is arranged between the housing cover (7) and the at least one coin conveyor (21), and in that at least one positioning device (33) is configured to assume an operating position (B) in which the coin conveyor (21) is aligned for transporting coins on the coin transport path (19), to assume a release position (F), in which the coin conveyor (21) is released for movement away from the coin transport path (19), and to assume a rest position (R), in which the coin conveyor (21) is at least partially spaced further away from the coin transport path (19) than in the operating position (B).
  2. The coin sorting machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing cover (7) and the at least one coin conveyor (21) are coupled to each other via a tension element (31).
  3. The coin sorting machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the housing cover (7) and the at least one coin conveyor (21) are rotatably supported at two separate pivot points (11, 29) or at a common pivot point (11, 29) on a stationary part (5) of a housing (4) of the coin sorting machine (1).
  4. The coin sorting machine (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the at least one positioning device (33) is configured to generate a pressure of the coin conveyor (21) towards the at least one coin transport path (19).
  5. The coin sorting machine (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one positioning device (33) comprises at least one locking member (42) for positively holding the coin conveyor (21) in at least one position (B, F, R).
  6. The coin sorting machine (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the at least one positioning device (33) is configured as a cam control (35).
  7. The coin sorting machine (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that the at least one positioning device (33) comprises at the coin conveyor (21) a screw (37) having a track (39) and at a part (5) stationary relative to the coin transport path (19) a pin (41) engageable with said track (39).
  8. The coin sorting machine (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the at least one positioning device (33) comprises at least one position sensor (61, 67) for detecting at least one position (B, F, R) of the positioning device (33).
  9. The coin sorting machine (1) according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the coin sorting machine (1) comprises at least one elastically deformable buffer element (83) configured to space the screw (37) from the pin (41) at least in the release position (F).
  10. The coin sorting machine (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the coin sorting machine (1) comprises at least one locking system (77) by means of which at least the housing cover (7) can be locked in the closed position (S).
  11. The coin sorting machine (1) according to claim 10, characterized in that said at least one locking system (77) is adapted to control the at least one positioning device (33).
