Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for supporting a rail track, with a positionable between a rail and a threshold elastic intermediate layer and a nubbed pad, wherein the elastic intermediate layer has at least one row of through holes into which engage in the mounted state, the nubs of the pad.
- an assembly for supporting a rail track is known, with a positionable between a rail and a threshold elastic intermediate layer and a base, wherein the elastic intermediate layer has through holes, engage in the mounted state in the pad arranged nubs.
- the height of the nubs is not greater than the thickness of the elastic intermediate layer.
- the pamphlets GB 2 235 003 A and US 2007/210178 A1 also disclose elastic intermediate layers which serve to support a threshold of a railroad track.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide an arrangement for supporting a rail track, in which a tilting of the rail is prevented and which is inexpensive to produce.
- the elastic intermediate layer is 1.5 mm to 3 mm thicker than the height of the knobs.
- the invention is based on the recognition that by means of the knobs, on the one hand, an excessively one-sided countersinking of the rail can be avoided, on the other hand, a certain vertical rail depression is permitted.
- a relative movement between the elastic intermediate layer, which has the through holes, and the nubs arranged on the base is possible. Between the knobs and the intermediate layer in the region of the through holes, a positive connection is formed, which allows a certain small deformation of the elastic intermediate layer, but a greater deformation is prevented by the nubs engaging in the through holes.
- the intermediate layer which is made of a material which is substantially more elastic than the base, allows the desired vertical movement of the rail, which reduces the transmission of sound and vibrations.
- the knobs can be arranged at the top of a threshold forming the base.
- the term "threshold” used in this application includes not only conventional concrete sleepers with tension reinforcement or limp reinforcement, but also precast elements that are prefabricated for the production of a solid roadway and then aligned on a support plate and cast with concrete.
- superposed systems are encompassed by the term threshold, in which precast elements are placed on a supporting layer.
- the knobs can also be arranged directly on top of a threshold, the elastic intermediate layer is then placed on the thresholds.
- the knobs are arranged on the top of a nub plate forming the base.
- a studded plate can be positioned and fastened in the production of the railroad track on the top of a threshold.
- This embodiment has the advantage that the studded plates only have to be laid at the points where they are needed, that is, primarily in curved areas. Since the studded plates are formed separately from the sleepers, no modification of sleepers is required, resulting in advantages in terms of variety of types.
- the studded plate consists of a plastic material, in particular of polyamide.
- Such knobbed plates can be easily manufactured, for example by injection molding.
- it may be provided that it is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material.
- the glass fiber content may be 10% to 40%, preferably about 30%.
- the intermediate layer of the arrangement according to the invention comprises two parallel rows of spaced-through holes arranged on opposite sides.
- the intermediate layer of the arrangement according to the invention in the simplest case has only one row of through-holes, it is preferred that there are two rows of through-holes which are spaced from each other and in opposite edge regions of the intermediate layer are arranged. Preferably, there are no further through-holes between the two rows of through-holes.
- a variant of the arrangement according to the invention provides that the through holes are cylindrical. In this way, tilting of the intermediate layer and the studded plate is prevented.
- the nubbed plate has two rows of nubs arranged on opposite sides. In between, preferably no nubs are formed.
- the nubs which are arranged on the base, it may be provided that they are cylindrical (round) or rectangular or conical or oval shaped.
- the nubs have a conical or frusto-conical end portion.
- the diameter of the knobs and the diameter of the through holes is chosen so that the desired relative movement is made possible.
- the knobs have a conical or frusto-conical end portion.
- the end portion is preferably formed on a cylindrical portion of the nubs.
- the conical or frusto-conical end portion may extend over 60% to 90%, preferably over approximately 75%, of the height of the dimples.
- the thickness of the elastic intermediate layer is greater than the height of the knobs. This allows a vertical deformation and thus a depression of the rails. Otherwise, if the elastic intermediate layer and the dimples had the same height, the rails would be supported directly on the non-elastic dimples, so that no depression would be possible.
- the intermediate layer is 1.5 mm to 3 mm higher or thicker than the height of the knobs.
- the invention relates to a rail track, comprising a rail which is arranged by means of rail fastenings on a threshold, wherein between the rail and the threshold, an elastic intermediate layer of the type described is arranged, in whose through holes engage knobs, which are arranged either at one on the threshold Noppenplatte or at the top of the threshold are formed.
- Arrangement 1 serves to support a rail track and comprises an elastic intermediate layer 2 and a stud plate 3.
- the elastic intermediate layer 2 is made of an elastomer material, for example a rubber material, and has a plate-shaped, rectangular basic shape, as best in Fig. 2 you can see.
- the elastic intermediate layer 2 has two rows 4, 5 arranged on opposite sides of each other spaced through holes 6.
- the through holes 6 are circular or cylindrical.
- the nubbed plate 3 is made of a plastic material, in the illustrated embodiment, it is glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Compared to the elastic intermediate layer 2, the studded plate is stiff.
- Length and width of the studded plate 3 are consistent with the corresponding dimensions of the elastic intermediate layer 2.
- the nubbed plate 3 has a plurality of nubs 7, which extend perpendicular to the plane formed by the nubbed plate 3.
- the position of the nubs 7 corresponds to the position of the through holes 6 of the elastic intermediate layer 2, that is, each through hole 6 is associated with a nub 7.
- the inner diameter of the through holes 6 and the outer diameter of the knobs 7 are chosen so that the elastic intermediate layer 2 can be placed on the knob plate 3, so that the knobs 7 engage in the through holes 6.
- Fig. 3 it can be seen how the elastic intermediate layer 2 and the studded plate 3 engage each other after assembly.
- Fig. 4 is an enlarged detail view of the sectioned view of Fig. 3 in the region of a nub 7.
- the nubs 7 have a cylindrical portion 8 and an adjoining truncated conical end portion 9.
- the end portion 9 extends over about 75% of the height of the studs 7. Accordingly, the studs 7 taper in the direction of their free end.
- the elastic intermediate layer 2 is thicker than the height of the knobs 7. This means that the free end of the studs 7 is recessed with respect to the top 10 of the elastic intermediate layer 2. Accordingly, between the top 10 of the elastic intermediate layer 2 and the free end of the studs 7 in the vertical direction, a certain, predetermined distance is present. In the illustrated embodiment, this distance is 2.5 mm.
- the conical shape of the nubs 7 was chosen so that only a slight tilting movement of the rail is made possible. Another or larger tilting is prevented by the knobs 7 of the stud plate 3. A tilting of the rail is only possible until the bottom of the rail foot rests on the top of the knobs 7. In this state, a further lowering of the rail is not possible, whereby the tilting and / or rotational movement is limited.
- the special shape of the end portions 9 thereby progressively limits the tilting movement, while the intermediate layer 2 permits a vertical movement, ie sinking, of a rail track.
- the cylindrical through-holes 6 of the intermediate layer 2 prevent damage to the flat intermediate layer 2 by the knobs 7 when loads occur.
- the elastic intermediate layer 2 is thus elastically deformed without tilting occurs when simultaneously a horizontal force or a force with a horizontally acting Component is present.
- the in the Fig. 1 to 4 The arrangement shown is part of a railroad track.
- the rail track comprises a rail, which is arranged by means of rail fasteners on a threshold, wherein the elastic intermediate layer 2 is arranged between the rail and the threshold.
- the elastic intermediate layer 2 can be positively and / or positively connected to the threshold.
- the elastic intermediate layer may be screwed to the threshold or glued to the threshold.
- the studs may alternatively be formed on the top of a concrete sleeper.
- the arrangement described in this embodiment is provided inter alia for the storage of a roadway for trams and / or long-distance trains.

For storage of a railroad track liners are usually used to give the track a certain elasticity. In certain applications, such as trams for trams, in addition to vertical forces in curves also increased horizontal forces occur. The transmitted from the rail vehicle to the rail resulting force is directed to the outside of the curve. The horizontal component of this obliquely acting force thus causes a tilting moment acting on the rail. Rigid rail fastenings could easily prevent tilting of the rail caused thereby, but often an "elastic" track is desired to achieve a defined rail depression and reduce the transmission of vibration and sound to the ground. The disadvantage here, however, is that such an elastic track, in which soft rail fasteners and a soft intermediate layer are used, may tend to tilt the rail at a certain load. To prevent such tilting, usually angle guide plates are used which have an edge which prevents tilting of the rail. However, such angled guide plates increase the cost of a rail track and make maintenance difficult.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an arrangement for supporting a rail track, in which a tilting of the rail is prevented and which is inexpensive to produce.
To solve this problem, it is provided according to the invention in an arrangement for supporting the rail track of the type mentioned that the elastic intermediate layer is 1.5 mm to 3 mm thicker than the height of the knobs.
The invention is based on the recognition that by means of the knobs, on the one hand, an excessively one-sided countersinking of the rail can be avoided, on the other hand, a certain vertical rail depression is permitted. In the arrangement according to the invention, a relative movement between the elastic intermediate layer, which has the through holes, and the nubs arranged on the base is possible. Between the knobs and the intermediate layer in the region of the through holes, a positive connection is formed, which allows a certain small deformation of the elastic intermediate layer, but a greater deformation is prevented by the nubs engaging in the through holes. At the same time, the intermediate layer, which is made of a material which is substantially more elastic than the base, allows the desired vertical movement of the rail, which reduces the transmission of sound and vibrations.
According to a first embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, the knobs can be arranged at the top of a threshold forming the base. The term "threshold" used in this application includes not only conventional concrete sleepers with tension reinforcement or limp reinforcement, but also precast elements that are prefabricated for the production of a solid roadway and then aligned on a support plate and cast with concrete. Likewise, superposed systems are encompassed by the term threshold, in which precast elements are placed on a supporting layer. The knobs can also be arranged directly on top of a threshold, the elastic intermediate layer is then placed on the thresholds.
According to an alternative embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, it can be provided that the knobs are arranged on the top of a nub plate forming the base. Such a studded plate can be positioned and fastened in the production of the railroad track on the top of a threshold. This embodiment has the advantage that the studded plates only have to be laid at the points where they are needed, that is, primarily in curved areas. Since the studded plates are formed separately from the sleepers, no modification of sleepers is required, resulting in advantages in terms of variety of types.
Beispielsweise kann der Glasfaseranteil 10 % bis 40 % betragen, vorzugsweise ca. 30 %.In the arrangement according to the invention it is preferred that the studded plate consists of a plastic material, in particular of polyamide. Such knobbed plates can be easily manufactured, for example by injection molding. In order to improve the mechanical characteristics of the studded plate, it may be provided that it is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material. For example, the glass fiber content may be 10% to 40%, preferably about 30%.
It is also within the scope of the invention that the intermediate layer of the arrangement according to the invention comprises two parallel rows of spaced-through holes arranged on opposite sides. Although the intermediate layer of the arrangement according to the invention in the simplest case has only one row of through-holes, it is preferred that there are two rows of through-holes which are spaced from each other and in opposite edge regions of the intermediate layer are arranged. Preferably, there are no further through-holes between the two rows of through-holes.
A variant of the arrangement according to the invention provides that the through holes are cylindrical. In this way, tilting of the intermediate layer and the studded plate is prevented.
Preferably, the nubbed plate has two rows of nubs arranged on opposite sides. In between, preferably no nubs are formed.
With regard to the nubs, which are arranged on the base, it may be provided that they are cylindrical (round) or rectangular or conical or oval shaped. Preferably, the nubs have a conical or frusto-conical end portion. The diameter of the knobs and the diameter of the through holes is chosen so that the desired relative movement is made possible. Particularly preferred is the variant that the knobs have a conical or frusto-conical end portion. The end portion is preferably formed on a cylindrical portion of the nubs. Preferably, the conical or frusto-conical end portion may extend over 60% to 90%, preferably over approximately 75%, of the height of the dimples.
In the arrangement according to the invention, it is provided that the thickness of the elastic intermediate layer is greater than the height of the knobs. This allows a vertical deformation and thus a depression of the rails. Otherwise, if the elastic intermediate layer and the dimples had the same height, the rails would be supported directly on the non-elastic dimples, so that no depression would be possible.
In the arrangement according to the invention, the intermediate layer is 1.5 mm to 3 mm higher or thicker than the height of the knobs.
In addition, the invention relates to a rail track, comprising a rail which is arranged by means of rail fastenings on a threshold, wherein between the rail and the threshold, an elastic intermediate layer of the type described is arranged, in whose through holes engage knobs, which are arranged either at one on the threshold Noppenplatte or at the top of the threshold are formed.

The
