Panels are known from the prior art, which are arranged in particular on door fittings and / or corner fittings of doors or walls. The doors or walls can in particular be made of glass. These screens are made of metal, sheet metal and are often three-dimensionally shaped, with the shaping having to be individually adapted with respect to the component. In addition, it has been shown to be disadvantageous that the manufacturing process for such panels is difficult, expensive and inflexible with regard to the overall manufacturing process. In addition to the relatively high weight of the panel, it is disadvantageous that complicated fastening connections are often necessary in order to reliably arrange the panel on the fitting.

The object of the present invention is to at least partially remedy the disadvantages described above. In particular, it is the object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive and simple cover for a fitting, it being additionally possible to achieve simple assembly.
The above object is achieved by a visor body with all the features of claim 1 and a device with all the features of claim 14 as well as a visor arrangement according to claim 18 and a method with all the features of
According to the invention, a visor body for a fitting is provided with a visor acting at least as a decorative element and a carrier element, the visor body being designed with at least one fastening means for fastening to the fitting, and the visor being formed as a flat plate element having a front side and a rear side is, wherein the back is facing the carrier element, and wherein the carrier element has a wall and a base, wherein the rear of the panel rests on the floor and wherein the wall and the floor form a common component as a carrier element, and the course of the carrier element of the outer contour of the panel is adapted, wherein the course of the carrier element is interrupted at least on one side.
One advantage of the invention is that easy adaptation of the visor body to different geometries of fittings is conceivable. It is conceivable to use a panel that is configured identically for different fittings, and different carrier elements can be arranged on the panel individually based on the geometry of the fitting. The panel is attached to the carrier element, it being possible for the carrier element to be arranged on the fitting. The diaphragm and the carrier element are preferably produced separately from one another. The actual fastening of the visor body to the fitting takes place via the fastening means, which can be arranged on the visor and / or on the carrier element, the said fastening means being able to be brought into operative connection with the fitting. This advantageously results in greater flexibility in the design of the visor body, with only the shape, appearance, in particular color, geometry, etc. of the carrier element having to be adapted in relation to the fitting. If the visor body should be damaged, only one part is advantageously the Replace the carrier element or the panel. It is also conceivable that the cover can be fastened to the carrier element via the fitting. The panel can be used in particular for a fitting for glass doors or glass walls.
It can be advantageous if the carrier element is made from a plastic material. In this way, inexpensive production of the visor body can be achieved, with the overall weight also being able to be reduced at the same time. The carrier element is advantageously a plastic injection molded part or a 3D printed part.
Advantageously, the screen can be formed from a material that is made of metal or glass or wood or leather or plastic. Thus, a visor body according to the invention can be provided which can meet the most varied of design requirements. A metallic cover is characterized by its high stability, the metal also providing an increased protective function for the fitting. If the visor body is used on glass walls / glass doors, a visor made of glass can make sense, as a result of which a uniform overall appearance can be achieved. The cover made of plastic can have different designs, in particular be made from one or various colors. In a possible embodiment of a panel made of plastic, it can be provided according to the invention that the surface of the panel is coated, whereby the color and the material of the coating can be adapted according to the area of application and / or customer requirements.
It is also advantageous if the panel on the carrier element is positively and / or non-positively and / or materially connected, in particular at least one connection element invisible from the outside ensures that that there is a reliable attachment between the panel and the carrier element. Depending on the material pairing, cover and carrier element, different fastenings, in particular form-fitting and / or force-fitting and / or material-locking connections, can be used. Due to the invisible connecting element, an advantageous protection against manipulation can be achieved. In addition, the connecting element, which is not visible from the outside, makes it possible to achieve an attractive overall design of the visor body.
It is also advantageous that the screen and / or the carrier element have at least one connecting element. In the case of a form-fitting and / or force-fitting connection, the connection between the cover and the carrier element can be a latching connection. Simple assembly and disassembly is conceivable due to the form-fitting and / or force-fitting connection. In particular in the case of a positive and / or non-positive connection, the connecting element can be made of the same material and / or in one piece in the panel and / or in the carrier element, the connecting element of the carrier element preferably being a monolithic part of the carrier element. The connecting elements can be provided at a distance from a visible side of the panel and / or the carrier element. Depending on the technical requirements and / or the material to be used, in particular in relation to the panel and the carrier element, the panel and / or the carrier element can be designed with at least one connecting element in order to achieve reliable fastening of both elements.
According to the invention, the panel is designed as a flat plate element which has a front side and a rear side, the rear side being the Is facing carrier element, in particular the back is attached to the carrier element. For example, by means of connecting elements which are provided on the panel and / or on the plate element and / or on the carrier element, the panel / plate element can be effectively fastened to the carrier element.
The carrier element is designed with a cavity in which the fitting can at least partially be received, the cavity being delimited by a wall, in particular a circumferential wall, and by a base of the carrier element. One advantage of the cavity is that a compact overall arrangement of the visor body with the fitting can be created. In the assembled state, the fitting is advantageously at least partially in the cavity, in particular it is received there in the cavity. The wall at least partially covers the fitting, which thus serves as a privacy screen with regard to the fitting. It is thus provided that the carrier element serves as a type of housing for the fitting, which, among other things, can have a certain protective function.
The wall is preferably at least partially visible from the outside. The wall is particularly preferably completely visible from the outside. So it can be B. be that the wall and sides of the diaphragm form the sides of the visor body.
According to the invention, the carrier element is designed like a frame. The course of the carrier element is interrupted at least on one side.
Furthermore, it can be advantageous if the panel and the carrier element are attached to one another by an adhesive medium. Here, the connecting element between the panel and the carrier element can be Be an adhesive medium, which can be present in addition or as an alternative to a form-fitting and / or force-fitting connection. It has advantageously been shown that an adhesive medium is advantageous as a connecting element in the case of a panel made of glass; in particular, there are advantages here in terms of assembly speed and with regard to manufacturing costs.
In the visor body according to the invention it is provided that the carrier element has a wall, in particular a circumferential wall and a base, the rear side of the visor resting against the base, the wall and the base forming a common component as a carrier element. The wall at least partially encloses the fitting in the assembled state of the visor body, wherein the wall can act as a type of housing to protect the fitting from environmental pollution such as dust, radiation, sun, moisture, etc. The course of the wall is advantageously in Essentially adapted to the geometric outer contour of the fitting. On the one hand, the floor can serve as a system for the fitting. It is also conceivable that the other side of the base, facing away from the fitting, rests on the panel, in particular on the flat plate element. Thus, the floor can have a support function for the panel and / or the fitting.
In addition, the invention can include that the bottom is formed with a recess into which the adhesive medium can be introduced in order to achieve a fastening between the bottom and the panel, the bottom in particular having an inside and an outside, the outside with the Deepening is designed. The recess, which can in particular be less than 1 mm, serves as a receiving area for the adhesive medium, whereby the panel is flush with the Support element can be fastened. There is advantageously no gap formation.
It is also advantageous if the plate element is designed and / or manufactured from metal in a bend-free manner, in particular the plate element is a stamped part made of metal and the cover has a stamped part made of metal. In this way, a simple and inexpensive production of the visor body, in particular the visor, can be achieved. The plate element is preferably a planar element that can be produced in different ways, for example by punching or laser cutting. In addition, no complex surface treatment is necessary, in particular which would, for example, disadvantageously be required in a deep-drawing process. For example, the front side of the plate element can remain untreated after it has been manufactured from sheet metal. The plate element can advantageously be made of sheet metal by means of a two-dimensional shape, such as water jet cutting or laser cutting or milling.
A visor body according to the invention can furthermore provide that both the carrier element has at least one connecting element and the visor has at least one connecting element, in particular the connecting element of the carrier element being in operative connection with the connecting element of the visor. This enables a reliable fastening effect to be achieved between the carrier element and the panel.
According to the invention it can also be provided that the connecting element is fastened, in particular welded, to the rear side of the panel, in particular the connecting element of the panel having at least one latching element which is connected to a Counter-locking element, which has the carrier element, is in operative connection. It has advantageously been shown that the positions of the connecting elements can be selected individually on the panel due to the welding. In addition, the welding process can be dimensioned in such a way that no surface damage occurs on the front side of the plate element due to the welding. The locking elements of the connecting element can be designed, for example, as a recess or as a thread. The counter-locking elements can be designed, for example, as an opening into which the thread with its depressions can extend and is effectively held. Further clips or locking connections are also conceivable.
It can advantageously be provided that the ratio V of material thickness M of the diaphragm and depth M + T of the diaphragm body is approximately 5% V 35%, in particular approximately 10
A visor body according to the invention can be designed in such a way that the carrier element has recesses, in particular the base has recesses and / or the recesses are like a segment of a circle. Advantageously, the recesses can serve to provide the necessary free space for the fitting, in particular for any fastening means that are arranged on the fitting. The recesses are used to create a compact overall assembly.
In addition, it is provided in the visor body according to the invention that the course of the carrier element is adapted to the outer contour of the visor, the course of the carrier element being interrupted at least on one side. The at least one interruption on the support body can, for example, provide an opening for functional elements on the fitting, whereby the functionality of the overall arrangement, in particular the visor body with the fitting, is ensured or increased. According to the invention, the carrier element is designed like a frame, it being essentially adapted to the geometry of the fitting. Such a configuration of the carrier element offers effective protection and effective covering in relation to the fitting, a positive design effect of the visor body being produced. The present invention also relates to a device with at least one visor body of the aforementioned type, the visor body being arranged on a fitting element of the fitting, the fitting being at least partially covered by the visor body. The fitting can be a corner fitting, wherein the fitting can be arranged on a door and / or a fixed wall. The fitting can, for example, provide an axis of rotation for a door, the Visor body covers the fitting. The fitting can advantageously have a recess into which the base of the carrier element extends. In this way, the visor body can be in close contact with the fitting. A compact overall arrangement can thereby be achieved.
It is also advantageous that the fitting has two fitting elements which are connected to one another, each fitting element having a visor body on its outside. It is conceivable here that at least one fastening element connects the two fitting elements, the fastening element being arranged at least partially in particular in the recess of the carrier element.
In addition, an independent subject of the present invention is a panel arrangement with at least two mutually arranged panel bodies of the type just mentioned, wherein a first of the at least two panel bodies is arranged on a first fitting and at least partially covers the first fitting, a second of the at least two panel bodies on one second fitting is arranged and the second fitting at least partially covers, the first and the second visor body have a plurality of corner areas, the corner areas of the first visor body facing the second fitting are designed as angular corner areas and the corner areas of the first visor body, the second fitting are turned away, are designed as rounded corner areas. The geometric configuration of the corner areas offers the advantage of a material saving, which relates to the angular corner areas. The rounded corner areas keep the risk of injury low, especially when installing and / or using the Aperture arrangement. In addition, for technical design reasons, the overall impression can be improved by the different geometric configuration of the corner areas.
In particular, it has proven to be advantageous that the first visor body is arranged on a fixed part and the second visor body is arranged on a movable part, the fixed part and the movable part in particular being formed from a glass material.
- b) Fastening the carrier element to the panel, the carrier element and / or the panel having at least one connecting element in order to achieve an attachment of the carrier element to the panel, wherein in a step a), which is before step b), the at least a connecting element is arranged on the panel, in particular on a flat plate element of the panel, by a welding process.
According to the invention, it is conceivable here for the carrier element to be fastened to the panel by means of a snap-in connection and / or an adhesive. Said fastening has proven to be easy to assemble.
For example, the method according to the invention can include that in step b) the panel is fastened with the connecting element on the carrier element, in particular the plate element and the connecting element arranged on the plate element form a panel.
It is also conceivable that according to step a) the connecting element and / or the plate element are melted in a step c) and at least one melt is formed on the plate element, the connecting element being guided into the melt of the plate element in step d).
The method according to the invention further comprises that in step c) there is a distance between the connecting element and the plate element.
The movement of the connecting element, which is to be welded to the plate element, can take place via a lifting device.
In a possible inventive concept of the method according to the invention, the connecting element can have latching elements, the connecting element having a free end that is tapered, the free end being melted on in accordance with step a). The geometric configuration of the connecting element with the taper has the advantage, among other things, that a reliable fastening effect can be achieved thereby.
In addition, it is conceivable that the connecting element has a collar element above the free end, which in particular acts as a support and / or positioning aid acts in step d). The collar element improves the positioning of the connecting element on the plate element.
In addition, it can be advantageous that the connecting element and the plate element are formed from the same material, in particular the connecting element and the plate element contain aluminum or are made from a stainless steel. The failure of the same material both for the connecting element and for the plate element has advantages with regard to the welding process, in particular good fastening effects of the connecting element on the plate element are achieved as a result.
In order to achieve a good fastening effect between the plate element and the connecting element, it can be advantageous for the ratio W between the thickness of the plate element and the diameter of the connecting element to be 0.5 W 1. It has been shown that as a result, no welding traces occur on the front of the plate element.
According to the invention, it can be conceivable that the method uses a welding technique that is in particular an arc welding technique. In addition, it is conceivable that the welding process takes place with inert gas in order to achieve a perfect connection between the connecting element and the plate element.
Insbesondere erfolgt Schritt a) vor Schritt b).The plate element is advantageously produced without bending. For example, the plate element is punched out, lasered out or milled out or produced by cutting, in particular water jet cutting. It is conceivable that the side surfaces of the plate element can be reworked, in particular ground, depending on the technical requirements, which among other things depends on the area of application of the visor body. The plate element is produced before step a) of the method and can be part of the method according to the invention. In particular, step a) takes place before step b).
According to the invention it can be provided that after step b) the screen is on the carrier element without any spacing, wherein in particular a tension acts between the screen and the carrier element, the tension in particular being caused by at least one connecting element. This creates a compact overall arrangement, with a reliable hold between the panel and the carrier element being ensured.
