Definitions
- the invention relates to a dishwasher with a collecting pot according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Dishwashers especially dishwashers for the household, must be equipped in their rinse water circuit for pumping and for pumping out the rinsing liquid with a well-functioning filter combination in the collecting pot of the washing.
- Dishwashers are described with such sieve combinations.
- Such sieve combinations typically comprise a flat screen covering the collecting pot and a micro sieve as well as a coarse sieve.
- Also from the EP 2 087 830 A1 is such a dishwasher known.
- particle deposits in the collecting pot can often occur.
- Sand grains and fine-grained particles in particular remain behind in the collecting pot after pumping. Through the fine sieve, such particles can reach the recirculation area of the collecting pot.
- the geometry of the collection pot in conjunction with the geometry of the screen combination employed to a great extent prevents sand and other fine-grained particles having a grain size exceeding the aperture size of the microscreen during e.g. 0.3 to 1.5 mm into the suction area of the drain pump.
- clumps of this expansion can form in the circulation area of the collecting pot.
- the components involved in the circulation cycle such as pump impeller, water switch, spray arms, etc., can be damaged or blockages can be caused as a result.
- the invention thus provides the problem of creating a dishwasher with a collecting pot of the type mentioned, in which also fine-grained dirt particles from the dishwasher with reasonable certainty from the dishwasher can be promoted.
- the dishwasher according to the invention has a collection pot arranged below the washing container, with which flushing liquid originating from the washing container is collected.
- the rinsing liquid passes from the collecting pot to the circulating pump, which in turn conveys it via spraying devices into the washing compartment.
- the dishwasher also has a sieve element inserted into the collection pot.
- the screen element which is typically referred to as a microsieve, is disposed between a recirculation area and a debris collection area of the collection pot, i. the microsieve separates a first region of the collecting pot, which can be assigned to the circulation of the rinsing liquid, from a second region of the collecting pot, which can be assigned to the pumping out of the rinsing liquid.
- the collecting pot In the first area, i. Umicalz Scheme, the collecting pot is arranged a circulating pump nozzle, which produces a direct fluidic connection from the collecting pot to the circulation pump.
- the collecting pot In the second area, i. Dirt collecting area, the collecting pot is arranged a drain pump nozzle, which communicates with a drain pump for pumping out the rinsing liquid after completion of a rinsing process.
- the sieve element can be designed in a manner known per se, for example, cylindrical or preferably cone-shaped, wherein it largely surrounds the dirt collecting area. Radial around the sieve around the Ummélz Scheme is arranged.
- the collection pot comprises a bottom part, which represents the support area for the inserted sieve element, ie the microsieve, and which is thus arranged below the sieve element.
- the bottom part preferably has a substantially annular bearing surface for the sieve element.
- the bottom part is inventively formed with guide channels, which are aligned such that for pumping certain rinsing liquid is passed to the drain pump nozzle.
- the guide channels thereby represent a connection from the circulation area to the dirt collecting area of the collecting pot. Rinsing liquid and fine-grained particles contained therein can thus pass from the circulation area through the guide channels to the discharge nozzle, in particular bypassing or avoiding the sieve element, ie microsieve.
- the guide channels thus constitute an alternative flow path, ie a type of bypass for the flow of the rinsing liquid from the circulation area of the collecting pot to the dirt collecting area.
- the rinsing liquid can reach below the plane of the support surface of the bottom part and thus below the sieve element in the dirt collecting area.
- Fine-grained particles which on the one hand are small enough to enter the circulation area of the collecting pot or which have formed in the circulation area of the collecting pot by agglomerations, and which on the other hand are too large to pass through the sieve, i.
- the microsieve to get into the dirt collecting area, can thus be conveyed out and pumped out of the recirculation area by the guide channels.
- the guide channels are arranged in an azimuthal region of the bottom part, which is located in the vicinity of the circulating pump nozzle, through which the rinsing liquid is passed to the circulation pump.
- the guide channels are preferably dimensioned such that dirt particles with an extent in at least one direction of less than 1.5 mm or with a grain size of less than 1.5 mm can be passed to the drain pump nozzle. This ensures that all or almost all dirt particles, which in particular pass through an area sieve, which typically closes the circulation area of the collection pot to the rinsing container, have entered the circulation area, can be conveyed out of the circulation area by the guide channels. Likewise, particles that have only clumped together in the recirculation area can be removed.
- the bottom part has for this purpose recesses and rib-shaped webs; These form the guide channels, which lead from the circulation area to the dirt collecting area of the collecting pot.
- the recesses preferably have a width of 1 to 2 mm, typically 1.5 mm.
- 3 to 20 guide channels are present so that on the one hand an effective discharge of the dirt particles is achieved and on the other hand, the filter effect of the screen element is not affected.
- the rib-shaped webs on the dirt collecting area side facing inlet wedges which allow the operation of the circulating pump clogging of the guide channels by coarse dirt particles.
- the guide channels are thus widened in a funnel shape on the side facing the dirt collecting area.
- the guide channels rapidly and stably become coarse dirt, so that essentially no further flushing liquid is emitted the dirt collecting area in the circulation area can pass through the guide channels, so that contamination of the circulation pump cycle is effectively prevented.
- the coarse dirt in the inlet wedges is rinsed out of the inlet wedges in a subsequent pumping process.
- the guide channels are arranged and the depth of the recesses in the bottom part of the collecting pot chosen so that rinsing liquid from the lowest point in the circulation of the collecting pot in the dirt collection area, or preferably can flow to the drain pump neck.
- the rinsing liquid can preferably, according to gravity, pass from the lowest point in the circulation area of the collecting pot through the guide channels into the dirt collecting area and preferably further up to the pumping outlet. In this way, a reduced alkali carryover can be effected.
- FIG. 1 the sieve system and the collecting pot 1 with the nozzles 3 and 6 are shown in detail for the circulating pump 4 and for the drainage pump 7 of a dishwasher in today's common construction.
- the collection pot 1 for receiving the rinsing liquid is arranged below the Spül electer convinceds 2.
- a sieve combination is integrated, which consists of a fine sieve 9, a coarse sieve 10 and a micro sieve 11.
- the collecting pot 1 is connected via the circulating pump nozzle 3 with a circulating pump 4 for flooding the rinsing liquid during the rinsing process.
- a circulating pump 4 for flooding the rinsing liquid during the rinsing process.
- the rinsing liquid is supplied to the spray arms in the washing container, which then flows back into the collecting pot 1 via the sieve combination.
- the frame-like arrows illustrate the rinsing liquid flow through the collecting pot 1 during the rinsing operation.
- the rinsing liquid can be conveyed in the direction indicated by the arrow 8 drain after completion of the rinsing process.
- the Fig. 2 shows in detail the interior of a collection pot 1 designed according to the invention in a perspective view and without a screen combination.
- the opening 12 represents the transition to the circulation pump nozzle and thus the connection to the circulation pump 4.
- the opening 13 provides the transition to the drain pump nozzle and thus the connection to the drain pump 7 ago.
- the bottom part 14 in the collecting pot 1 forms the contact area for the sieve element of the filter system (microsieve), which is not shown in the collecting pot 1, whereby the dirty water is separated from the filtered rinsing water.
- Fig. 4 shows in a further perspective view of the interior of an inventively designed collecting pot 1, but here with inserted sieve 11 (microsieve) and coarse sieve 10, but without fine sieve. 9
- the collar formed in the bottom part 14 is - as in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 shown - formed with a plurality of guide channels 15 which are aligned such that the rinsing liquid can flow to the opening 13 and thus to the drain pump neck.
- These guide channels 15 are dimensioned such that dirt particles with a particle size of up to 1.5 mm can be passed into the pumping process.
- the guide channels 15 are formed by recesses and rib-shaped webs in the region of acting as a screen pad bottom portion 14 of the collecting pot 1. They are arranged in an azimuthal region of the bottom part 14, which is located immediately in front of the opening 12 to the circulating pump nozzle 3.
- the rib-shaped webs are formed on the side facing the dirty side with inlet wedges 16 or chamfers. This configuration thus results in this area a funnel-shaped widening of the guide channels 15 as it Fig. 3 illustrated.
- these inlet wedges 16 allow clogging of the guide channels 15 by coarse dirt particles, so that no further rinsing liquid can pass from the dirt collecting area 18 into the circulation area 17 through the guide channels 15.
- the depth of the recesses in the bottom part 14 of the collecting pot 1 is to be chosen so that the discharge water from the lowest point of the collecting pot 1 can flow to the drain pump 7.

Description
The invention relates to a dishwasher with a collecting pot according to the preamble of
In the DE-PS
Despite the sieve combinations successfully used in practice, particle deposits in the collecting pot can often occur. Sand grains and fine-grained particles in particular remain behind in the collecting pot after pumping. Through the fine sieve, such particles can reach the recirculation area of the collecting pot. However, the geometry of the collection pot in conjunction with the geometry of the screen combination employed, to a great extent prevents sand and other fine-grained particles having a grain size exceeding the aperture size of the microscreen during e.g. 0.3 to 1.5 mm into the suction area of the drain pump. In addition, clumps of this expansion can form in the circulation area of the collecting pot. As a result, the components involved in the circulation cycle, such as pump impeller, water switch, spray arms, etc., can be damaged or blockages can be caused as a result.
Due to the problem described above may also result in a more and more constructive Laugenverschleppung.
The invention thus provides the problem of creating a dishwasher with a collecting pot of the type mentioned, in which also fine-grained dirt particles from the dishwasher with reasonable certainty from the dishwasher can be promoted.
According to the invention, this problem is solved by a dishwasher having the features of
The achievable with the present invention consist in particular that the pumping of fine particles is guaranteed and that involved in Umwälzprozess mechanical components are spared. In addition, a permanent Laugenverschleppung is avoided.
The dishwasher according to the invention has a collection pot arranged below the washing container, with which flushing liquid originating from the washing container is collected. In the rinsing operation, the rinsing liquid passes from the collecting pot to the circulating pump, which in turn conveys it via spraying devices into the washing compartment.
The dishwasher also has a sieve element inserted into the collection pot. The screen element, which is typically referred to as a microsieve, is disposed between a recirculation area and a debris collection area of the collection pot, i. the microsieve separates a first region of the collecting pot, which can be assigned to the circulation of the rinsing liquid, from a second region of the collecting pot, which can be assigned to the pumping out of the rinsing liquid. In the first area, i. Umwälzbereich, the collecting pot is arranged a circulating pump nozzle, which produces a direct fluidic connection from the collecting pot to the circulation pump. In the second area, i. Dirt collecting area, the collecting pot is arranged a drain pump nozzle, which communicates with a drain pump for pumping out the rinsing liquid after completion of a rinsing process.
The sieve element can be designed in a manner known per se, for example, cylindrical or preferably cone-shaped, wherein it largely surrounds the dirt collecting area. Radial around the sieve around the Umwälzbereich is arranged.
The collection pot comprises a bottom part, which represents the support area for the inserted sieve element, ie the microsieve, and which is thus arranged below the sieve element. The bottom part preferably has a substantially annular bearing surface for the sieve element. The bottom part is inventively formed with guide channels, which are aligned such that for pumping certain rinsing liquid is passed to the drain pump nozzle. The guide channels thereby represent a connection from the circulation area to the dirt collecting area of the collecting pot. Rinsing liquid and fine-grained particles contained therein can thus pass from the circulation area through the guide channels to the discharge nozzle, in particular bypassing or avoiding the sieve element, ie microsieve. In other words, the guide channels thus constitute an alternative flow path, ie a type of bypass for the flow of the rinsing liquid from the circulation area of the collecting pot to the dirt collecting area. Through the guide channels, the rinsing liquid can reach below the plane of the support surface of the bottom part and thus below the sieve element in the dirt collecting area.
In this way, an improved pumping of fine-grained particles can be achieved. Fine-grained particles which on the one hand are small enough to enter the circulation area of the collecting pot or which have formed in the circulation area of the collecting pot by agglomerations, and which on the other hand are too large to pass through the sieve, i. The microsieve, to get into the dirt collecting area, can thus be conveyed out and pumped out of the recirculation area by the guide channels.
Preferably, the guide channels are arranged in an azimuthal region of the bottom part, which is located in the vicinity of the circulating pump nozzle, through which the rinsing liquid is passed to the circulation pump. As a result, a substantially complete emptying of the circulation pump and the associated housing parts and thus minimizing Laugenverschleppung is achieved.
The guide channels are preferably dimensioned such that dirt particles with an extent in at least one direction of less than 1.5 mm or with a grain size of less than 1.5 mm can be passed to the drain pump nozzle.
The bottom part has for this purpose recesses and rib-shaped webs; These form the guide channels, which lead from the circulation area to the dirt collecting area of the collecting pot. The recesses preferably have a width of 1 to 2 mm, typically 1.5 mm.
Preferably, 3 to 20 guide channels are present so that on the one hand an effective discharge of the dirt particles is achieved and on the other hand, the filter effect of the screen element is not affected.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the rib-shaped webs on the dirt collecting area side facing inlet wedges, which allow the operation of the circulating pump clogging of the guide channels by coarse dirt particles. The guide channels are thus widened in a funnel shape on the side facing the dirt collecting area. When operating the circulation pump, rinsing liquid is sucked from the collecting pot in the direction of the circulation pump nozzle in the circulation pump. In particular, there is also a suction effect through the guide channels from the dirt collecting area in the direction of the circulation area. However, due to the infeed wedges, the guide channels rapidly and stably become coarse dirt, so that essentially no further flushing liquid is emitted the dirt collecting area in the circulation area can pass through the guide channels, so that contamination of the circulation pump cycle is effectively prevented. The coarse dirt in the inlet wedges is rinsed out of the inlet wedges in a subsequent pumping process.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the guide channels are arranged and the depth of the recesses in the bottom part of the collecting pot chosen so that rinsing liquid from the lowest point in the circulation of the collecting pot in the dirt collection area, or preferably can flow to the drain pump neck. The rinsing liquid can preferably, according to gravity, pass from the lowest point in the circulation area of the collecting pot through the guide channels into the dirt collecting area and preferably further up to the pumping outlet. In this way, a reduced alkali carryover can be effected.
