Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Funkarmbanduhr mit einem Gehäuse (1) und mit einem in dem Gehäuse (1) gehaltenen Werkmodul (2) zur Aufnahme eines Uhrwerkes, einer Signalempfangseinheit samt Antenne (11) und einer Batterie (8), wobei an dem Werkmodul (2) ein Ziffernblatt (15) und mindestens ein Zeiger (10) anbringbar sind, wobei das Ziffernblatt (15) zumindest überwiegend aus einem metallischen Material gebildet ist und wobei das Ziffernblatt (15) die Antenne zumindest überwiegend abdeckt. Eine solche Funkarmbanduhr zu schaffen, die flach gebaut ist und dennoch die Zeitsignale ausreichend gut empfängt, wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Antenne (11) zum Empfang eines Funksignals zum Ziffernblatt (15) hin zumindest überwiegend freiliegend derart am Werkmodul (2) angeordnet ist, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Ziffernblatt (15) und der Antenne (11) weniger als 0,5 mm beträgt.
