Claims (8)

  1. Métier à tricoter circulaire comprenant un dispositif de guidage de fil, ledit métier à tricoter circulaire comportant un cylindre à aiguilles (100) avec un axe de cylindre (X), et présentant une extrémité circonférentielle supérieure (101), une pluralité d'aiguilles déplacées angulairement autour de l'axe de cylindre (X) et disposées, chacune, de manière à être déplaçables vers le haut et vers le bas de l'extrémité circonférentielle supérieure (101), une bague à crapauds (10) disposée coaxialement par rapport à la bague à aiguilles (100), et présentant une surface circonférentielle supérieure (11) s'étendant vers l'intérieur et radialement pour se terminer dans une région marginale intérieure (13) qui est disposée axialement au-dessous et radialement espacée de l'extrémité circonférentielle supérieure (101) du cylindre à aiguilles (100), et une pluralité d'unités d'alimentation de fil (500) déplacées angulairement l'une par rapport à l'autre autour de l'axe de cylindre (X), et disposées, chacune, au-dessus de la surface circonférentielle supérieure (11) de la bague à crapauds (10) pour alimenter un fil vers l'extrémité circonférentielle supérieure (101) du cylindre à aiguilles (100), ledit dispositif de guidage de fil comprenant:
    une pluralité de têtes de guidage (30) disposées, chacune, en amont des aiguilles et en aval de l'une correspondante des unités d'alimentation de fil (500) en termes d'une direction d'alimentation de fil, chacune desdites têtes de guidage (30) présentant une partie marginale avant (32) qui s'étend dans une direction circonférentielle et qui, lorsque ladite tête de guidage (30) se trouve en position de travail, guide le fil de manière à permettre que les aiguilles prennent le fil, et une partie actionnée arrière (311) qui est radialement opposée à ladite partie marginale avant (32), caractérisé par le fait que:
    ladite partie actionnée arrière (311) est actionnée de manière à déplacer radialement ladite tête de guidage (30) en une position non de travail, où ladite partie marginale avant (32) est éloignée radialement des aiguilles, par opposition à la position de travail;
    ledit dispositif de guidage de fil comprend par ailleurs:
    une pluralité d'éléments de déviation (40) disposés, chacun, de manière à dévier l'une correspondante desdites têtes de guidage (30) de manière à se déplacer vers la position de travail; et
    une unité d'actionnement (20) montée sur la surface circonférentielle supérieure (11) de la bague à crapauds (10), et couplée auxdites parties actionnées arrière (311) desdites têtes de guidage (3) pour actionner lesdites parties actionnées arrière (311) de manière à déplacer lesdites têtes de guidage (32) entre les positions de travail et non de travail.
  2. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité d'actionnement (20) est sous forme d'une bague d'actionnement (20) qui peut tourner par rapport à la surface circonférentielle supérieure (11) autour de l'axe de cylindre (X) entre les positions avant et arrière, et qui présente une surface circonférentielle extérieure (21) entourant l'axe de cylindre (X) et présentant une pluralité de régions de came (22) qui viennent en prise respectivement avec lesdites parties actionnées arrière (311) desdites têtes de guidage (30) de sorte que, lorsque ladite bague d'actionnement (20) tourne de la position arrière vers la position avant, lesdites têtes de guidage (32) soient déplacées de la position de travail à la position non de travail.
  3. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que chacune desdites régions à came (22) comporte des zones non d'actionnement et d'actionnement (223, 222) distantes de l'axe de cylindre (X) de longueurs respectivement plus petites et plus grandes, et venant en prise avec l'une correspondante desdites parties actionnées arrière (311) dans les positions respectivement arrière et avant.
  4. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la bague à crapauds (10) présente un évidement annulaire (14) s'étendant vers le bas depuis la surface circonférentielle supérieure (11) pour se terminer à une surface inférieure en retrait (141), et s'étendant radialement et vers l'extérieur depuis la région marginale intérieure pour se terminer à une région marginale extérieure (142), et une pluralité de fentes de guidage (15) déplacées angulairement l'une de l'autre autour de l'axe de cylindre (X) et s'étendant, chacune, radialement de manière à présenter des régions respectivement intérieures et extérieures (151, 152) à proximité desdites régions marginales intérieures et extérieures (13, 142);
    ladite bague d'actionnement (20) étant montée de manière rotative dans ledit évidement annulaire (14) pour permettre que ladite surface circonférentielle extérieure (21) entre en contact de manière coulissante avec ladite région marginale extérieure (142) de manière à guider la rotation de ladite bague d'actionnement (20);
    chacune desdites têtes de guidage (30) présentant une partie guidée (31) qui est disposée entre ladite partie marginale avant (32) et la partie actionnelle arrière (311) et qui est disposée dans et de manière coulissante radialement le long de l'une respective desdites fentes guidées (15) pour limiter ladite partie marginale avant (32) de manière qu'elle ne puisse se déplacer que radialement;
    chacun desdits éléments de déviation (40) étant disposé entre ladite région extérieure (152) et ladite partie actionnée arrière (311).
  5. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par ailleurs par un levier d'entraînement (60) monté de manière pivotante sur la bague à crapauds (10) sur un pivot (61), une extrémité de poids (63) connectée à ladite bague d'actionnement (20), et une extrémité de puissance (62) pouvant être actionnée pour déplacer de manière angulaire ladite extrémité de poids (63) de manière à faire tourner ladite bague d'actionnement (20) entre les positions avant et arrière.
  6. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que ladite extrémité de poids (63) présente une rainure (631), ladite bague d'actionnement (20) présentant une goupille (23) disposée de manière à être en prise peu serrée avec ladite rainure (631) pour permettre la rotation de ladite bague d'actionnement (20) lorsque ladite extrémité de puissance (62) est actionnée.
  7. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la bague d'actionnement (20) présente par ailleurs une pluralité de roulements antifriction (24, 25) disposés, chacun, de manière à venir en prise avec ladite extrémité de poids (63) pour faciliter le déplacement angulaire de ladite bague d'actionnement (20).
  8. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par ailleurs par une pluralité d'unités de positionnement (50) fixées à la surface circonférentielle supérieure (11) de la bague à crapauds (10), et s'étendant sur et entrant en contact de manière coulissante avec lesdites parties actionnées arrière (311) de manière à stabiliser le déplacement radial desdites têtes de guidage (30).
