Claims (8)
- Eine kreisförmige Strickmaschine, die eine Garnführungsvorrichtung aufweist, wobei die kreisförmige Strickmaschine einen Nadelzylinder (100) mit einer Zylinderachse (X) umfasst und ein oberes Umfangsende (101), eine Mehrzahl von Nadeln, die winkelmäßig um die Zylinderachse (X) verschoben sind und jeweils dahin gehend angeordnet sind, bezüglich des oberen Umfangsendes (101) nach oben und nach unten bewegbar zu sein, einen Platinenring (10), der koaxial relativ zu dem Nadelzylinder (100) angeordnet ist, aufweist, und eine obere Umfangsoberfläche (11) aufweist, die sich nach innen und radial erstreckt, um an einer inneren Randregion (13) zu enden, die axial über dem und radial beabstandet von dem oberen Umfangsende (101) des Nadelzylinders (100) angeordnet ist, und eine Mehrzahl von Garnzuführeinheiten (500), die winkelmäßig um die Zylinderachse (X) herum zueinander verschoben sind und jeweils über der oberen Umfangsoberfläche (11) des Platinenrings (10) zum Zuführen eines Garns zu dem oberen Umfangsende (101) des Nadelzylinders (100) angeordnet sind, wobei die Garnführungsvorrichtung folgende Merkmale aufweist:eine Mehrzahl von Führungsfronten (30), die jeweils in Verarbeitungsrichtung vor den Nadeln und in Verarbeitungsrichtung nach einer entsprechenden der Garnzuführeinheiten (500) bezüglich einer Garnzuführrichtung angeordnet sind, wobei jede der Führungsfronten (30) einen vorauseilenden Randabschnitt (32), der sich in einer Umfangsrichtung erstreckt und der, wenn sich die Führungsfront (30) in einer Arbeitsposition befindet, das Garn führt, um zu ermöglichen, dass die Nadeln das Garn aufnehmen, und einen nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitt (311), der dem vorauseilenden Randabschnitt (32) radial gegenüberliegt, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder nacheilende betätigte Abschnitt (311) dahin gehend betätigt wird, die Führungsfront (30) radial in eine Nicht-Arbeitsposition zu verschieben, wobei der vorauseilende Randabschnitt (32) im Gegensatz zu der Arbeitsposition von den Nadeln radial entfernt ist;wobei die Garnführungsvorrichtung ferner folgende Merkmale aufweist:eine Mehrzahl von Vorspannbaugliedern (40), von denen jedes dahin gehend angeordnet ist, eine entsprechende der Führungsfronten (30) vorzuspannen, um sich zu der Arbeitsposition hin zu bewegen; undeine Betätigungseinheit (20), die auf der oberen Umfangsoberfläche (11) des Platinenrings (10) angebracht ist und mit den nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitten (311) der Führungsfronten (3) gekoppelt ist, um die nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitte (311) dahin gehend zu betätigen, die Führungsfronten (32) zwischen der Arbeits- und der Nicht-Arbeitsposition zu verschieben.
- Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinheit (20) in Form eines Betätigungsrings (20) vorliegt, der relativ zu der oberen Umfangsoberfläche (11) um die Zylinderachse (X) herum zwischen einer vorderen und einer hinteren Position drehbar ist und der eine äußere Umfangsoberfläche (21) aufweist, die die Zylinderachse (X) umgibt und eine Mehrzahl von Nockenregionen (22) aufweist, die die nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitte (311) der Führungsfronten (30) jeweils derart in Eingriff nehmen, dass, wenn der Betätigungsring (20) von der hinteren Position in die vordere Position gedreht wird, die Führungsfronten (32) von der Arbeitsposition in die Nicht-Arbeitsposition bewegt werden.
- Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Nockenregionen (22) Nicht-Betätigungs- und Betätigungszonen (223, 222) umfasst, die eine geringere beziehungsweise eine größere Länge von der Zylinderachse (X) beabstandet sind und einen entsprechenden der nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitte (311) in der hinteren beziehungsweise der vorderen Position in Eingriff nehmen.
- Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Platinenring (10) eine ringförmige Ausnehmung (14), die sich von der oberen Umfangsoberfläche (11) nach unten erstreckt, um an einer unteren Ausnehmungsoberfläche (141) zu enden, und sich von der inneren Randregion radial und nach außen erstreckt, um an einer äußeren Randregion (142) zu enden, und eine Mehrzahl von Führungsschlitzen (15) aufweist, die um die Zylinderachse (X) herum winkelmäßig zueinander verschoben sind und sich jeweils radial erstrecken, um eine innere und eine äußere Region (151, 152) aufzuweisen, die neben der inneren beziehungsweise der äußeren Randregion (13, 142) liegen;
wobei der Betätigungsring (20) drehbar in der ringförmigen Ausnehmung (14) angebracht ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass die äußere Umfangsoberfläche (21) die äußere Randregion (142) auf schiebbare Weise berührt, um ein Drehen des Betätigungsrings (20) zu führen;
wobei jede der Führungsfronten (30) einen geführten Abschnitt (31) aufweist, der zwischen dem vorauseilenden Randabschnitt (32) und dem nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitt (311) angeordnet ist und der in einem jeweiligen der geführten Schlitze (15) angeordnet ist und an diesem entlang radial schiebbar ist, um den vorauseilenden Randabschnitt (32) darauf zu beschränken, lediglich radial bewegbar zu sein;
wobei jedes der Vorspannbauglieder (40) zwischen der äußeren Region (152) und dem nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitt (311) angeordnet ist. - Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, die ferner durch einen Antriebshebel (60), der an einem Gelenkpunkt (61) schwenkbar an dem Platinenring (10) angebracht ist, ein Gewichtsende (63), das mit dem Betätigungsring (20) verbunden ist, und ein Leistungsende (62), das dahin gehend wirksam ist, das Gewichtsende (63) winkelmäßig zu bewegen, um den Betätigungsring (20) zwischen der vorderen und der hinteren Position zu betätigen, gekennzeichnet ist.
- Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsende (63) eine Rille (631) aufweist, wobei der Betätigungsring (20) einen Stift (23) aufweist, der dahin gehend angeordnet ist, lose mit der Rille (631) in Eingriff zu gelangen, um ein Drehen des Betätigungsrings (20) zu ermöglichen, wenn das Leistungsende (62) bedient wird.
- Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsring (20) ferner eine Mehrzahl von Wälzlagern (24, 25) aufweist, die jeweils dazu angeordnet sind, das Gewichtsende (63) in Eingriff zu nehmen, um die winkelmäßige Bewegung des Betätigungsrings (20) zu ermöglichen.
- Die kreisförmige Strickmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von Positionierungseinheiten (50), die an der oberen Umfangsoberfläche (11) des Platinenrings (10) befestigt sind und sich über die nacheilenden betätigten Abschnitte (311) erstrecken und dieselben auf schiebbare Weise berühren, um die radiale Bewegung der Führungsfronten (30) zu stabilisieren.
