Description
- L'invention concerne un outil de fixation à main, pour entraîner des éléments de fixation dans un matériau support, comprenant un moteur à combustion interne avec une chambre destinée à recevoir une dose de combustible dont la mise à feu entraîne un piston de propulsion en déplacement dans un cylindre qui, à son tour, entraînera en déplacement un élément de fixation.
- Les outils à main concernés par l'invention sont, notamment, des cloueurs, des agrafeuses (
US-A1-2005/0173489 ). - La mise à feu du combustible, qui provient d'une cartouche logée dans l'outil, s'effectue par une bougie d'allumage portée par une culasse arrière. Cette mise à feu ne peut s'effectuer qu'après fermeture de la chambre, c'est-à-dire après que la chambre ait été entraînée en déplacement vers l'arrière contre la culasse. Ce déplacement de la chambre s'effectue par la mise en appui de l'outil contre le matériau support, qui repousse le guide-tampon vers l'arrière, qui est la pièce par laquelle s'effectue l'appui, le guide-tampon entraînant avec lui, par l'intermédiaire d'un étrier, une cage de laquelle la chambre est solidaire. On notera qu'on appelle chambre indifféremment l'espace de réception du combustible ou la paroi mobile de l'outil permettant de limiter cet espace.
- Dans son déplacement vers l'avant, quand l'opérateur ouvre l'outil, la chambre vient en butée contre le cylindre par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de butée. Dans son déplacement vers l'arrière, la chambre, comme on l'a vu plus haut, vient en butée contre la culasse. Cette mise en butée arrière s'effectue souvent brutalement, avec un risque que l'une ou l'autre des pièces ne se casse. On a déjà proposé, comme dans le document
, une pièce de butée arrière intermédiaire, mais au détriment de la simplicité de l'outil.FR 2858261 - L'invention de la présente demande vise donc à proposer un outil du type défini ci-dessus de construction simple, dans lequel la chambre puisse venir en butée avant et en butée arrière en toute sécurité.
- Avant de présenter l'invention, on rappellera que le déplacement de la chambre vers l'avant, à l'ouverture de l'outil, s'effectue par des moyens de rappel qui agissent sur le guide-tampon pour le pousser vers l'avant et qui entraînent la cage et la chambre en position d'ouverture.
- Et bien l'invention concerne donc un outil selon la revendication 1.
- Grâce à l'invention, l'outil peut-être d'un montage très simple, d'un entretien facile et d'un coût intéressant.
- Dans la forme de réalisation préférée de l'outil de l'invention, le ressort d'ouverture est monté en appui arrière contre le cylindre et en appui avant contre un étrier intermédiaire auquel est fixée la cage.
- Chaque butée de chambre est agencée pour coulisser sur un chemin ménagé sur le côté du cylindre ; le chemin de coulissement peut être une rainure formée à la surface du cylindre et la butée comporte un patin engagé dans la rainure ou une barrette rapportée sur le cylindre et la butée comporte un patin dans lequel est ménagée une gorge de réception de la barrette.
- Les butées de chambre d'ouverture et de fermeture peuvent être rigides ou en matériau amortisseur.
- L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description suivante de la forme de réalisation préférée de l'outil de l'invention, en référence au dessin annexé, sur lequel
- la
figure 1 est une vue en perspective de l'outil, chambre ouverte ; - la
figure 2 est une vue de trois-quarts en coupe, chambre ouverte ; - la
figure 3 est une vue en perspective de l'outil, chambre fermée et - la
figure 4 est une vue de trois-quart en coupe, chambre fermée. - la
figure 5 est une vue à plus grande échelle d'une première forme de réalisation de la butée de chambre et de son chemin de coulissement et - la
figure 6 est une vue d'une deuxième forme de réalisation de la butée de chambre et de son chemin de coulissement. - L'outil qui va maintenant être décrit est ici un cloueur pour entraîner des clous dans un matériau support contre lequel l'outil doit être mis en appui pour permettre la mise à feu d'une dose d'un mélange d'air et de combustible préalablement introduite dans une chambre de combustion 1 d'un moteur à combustion interne 2 de l'outil (
figure 2 ). Le moteur comporte un cylindre 3 d'axe 4 dans lequel est monté coulissant un piston 5, avec une tête 6 et une tige 7 s'étendant le long de l'axe 4 et engagée dans un alésage axial 8 d'un guide-tampon 9 dans lequel a été introduit un clou destiné a être entraîné, par la tige de piston 7, dans le matériau support. Le guide-tampon 9 est monté coulissant dans un support 10 fixé à l'avant du cylindre 3.
Le moteur 2 comporte encore une paroi de chambre 11 (aussi désignée chambre), d'axe 4, montée coulissante sur le cylindre 3 pour former la chambre de combustion 1 entre la paroi 11, la tête de piston 6 et une culasse arrière 12 portant une bougie 36 d'allumage du mélange dans la chambre 1 pour la mise à feu du mélange, la propulsion du piston 5 et l'entraînement du clou introduit dans le guide-tampon 9. Incidemment, l'outil qui va maintenant être décrit comporte, dans la chambre 1, un ventilateur 13, avec son moteur 16, assurant une fonction de mélange et une fonction de refroidissement. La paroi de chambre comporte une partie antérieure 14 et une partie arrière 15 destinées à recouvrir la culasse 12. - A la périphérie du cylindre 3 ont été ménagées deux rainures latérales 17 diamétralement opposées et s'étendant axialement sur une distance sensiblement égale à la course de la paroi de chambre 11 entre sa position d'ouverture et sa position de fermeture de chambre. Chaque rainure 17 est ménagée entre deux nervures 51, 52 s'étendant à la surface du cylindre.
- La paroi de chambre 11, dans la partie antérieure 14, est agencée, de deux côtés latéraux diamétralement opposés et correspondant aux deux rainures du cylindre, pour recevoir une butée de chambre latérale 18 qui fait saillie vers l'intérieur dans la rainure 17 correspondante du cylindre se trouvant du même côté de l'axe 4 de l'outil (
figure 5 ). Les deux butées de chambre 18 se présentent sous forme de blocs, ou patins, ici en matériau amortisseur. Plus précisément, chaque butée de chambre 18 est logée dans un carter 19 formé près du bord antérieur 20 de la partie antérieure 14 de la paroi de chambre 11. Le carter 19 est fixé au bas correspondant 25 (26) de la cage 21 par une goupille 50. - La paroi de chambre 11 est fixée à l'arrière d'une cage 21 de fermeture-ouverture de chambre fixée, à l'avant, à un étrier de cage intermédiaire 22. La cage 21 comporte ici deux paires 23, 24 de bras arrières latéraux pouvant se déplacer à la surface du cylindre 3, les deux bras 25, 26 de chaque paire étant fixés à l'arrière ici sur le carter 19 de réception de la butée de chambre 18 situé du même côté. Les deux bras arrière 25, 26 de chaque paire 23, 24 se rejoignent en deux avant-bras 27, 28 fixés, à l'avant, à l'étrier 22. L'étrier de cage 22 est monté mobile en translation sur le support 10 du guide-tampon. Il est donc solidaire de la cage 21 en translation aussi bien vers l'avant que vers l'arrière. Il n'est solidaire en translation du guide-tampon 9 que vers l'avant ou, inversement, le guide-tampon 9 n'est solidaire en translation de l'étrier 22 que vers l'arrière. Cette dernière solidarisation s'effectue ici par une jambe d'appui arrière 29 du guide-tampon 9. Plus précisément, l'étrier de cage 22 porte une molette 37 de réglage du dépassement de l'extrémité avant de la tige de piston 7 hors de l'extrémité avant du guide-tampon 9. Mais ce n'est pas l'objet de l'invention de la présente demande.
- La molette 37 est montée rotative entre un pont arrière 38 et un pont avant 39 de l'étrier de cage 22 servant de paliers pour un arbre de molette 31 (
figure 2 ) monté dans ces paliers. La portion arrière de l'arbre de molette 31 sert de guide à un ressort 32 d'ouverture de la chambre et évite que ce ressort ne flambe. - La portion avant de l'arbre 31 de la molette 37 comporte, à son extrémité, un disque 30 de poussée du guide-tampon 9, disque dont le bord périphérique forme rebord 40 d'appui postérieur contre le pont avant 39 de l'étrier de cage 20. Pour coopérer avec le disque de poussée 30 de l'arbre de molette 31, le guide-tampon comporte la jambe d'appui 29 se terminant à l'arrière par un disque d'appui 41 destiné à recevoir la poussée du disque 30 de l'arbre de molette 31.
- Le ressort 32 est un ressort d'ouverture unique et central. Il est monté à l'arrière en appui dans un logement 33 de la partie avant du cylindre 3. A l'avant, il est en appui contre le pont arrière 38 de l'étrier de cage 22.
- Les deux butées de chambre 18 sont des butées uniques d'ouverture et de fermeture de chambre.
- Quand l'opérateur ouvre l'outil, en l'écartant du matériau support, le ressort 32 se détend, repousse l'étrier de cage 22 vers l'avant, la cage 21 tire la paroi de chambre 11, 14, 15 vers l'avant sur le cylindre 3 jusqu'à ce que les butées 18 viennent en butée d'ouverture contre le fond antérieur 34 des rainures 17 (
figure2 ). Pour effectuer un tir, l'opérateur met l'outil en appui contre le matériau récepteur. Le guide-tampon 9 est repoussé vers l'arrière, sa jambe d'appui 29 repousse le disque de poussée 30 qui, en appui contre la partie antérieure de l'étrier 22, repousse l'étrier 22 vers l'arrière ; la cage 21 est également repoussée vers l'arrière en entraînant la paroi de chambre 11 également, jusqu'à ce que la partie arrière 15 de la paroi de chambre vienne recouvrir la culasse 12 et que les butées de chambre 18 viennent en butée de fermeture contre le fond postérieur 35 des rainures 17 (figure 4 ). - La
figure 5 représente une première forme de réalisation de la butée de chambre et de son chemin de coulissement qui est une rainure formée à la surface du cylindre, dans laquelle est le patin de butée est monté coulissant.
Lafigure 6 représente une variante de réalisation, pour ainsi dire inversée. C'est dans le patin de butée 55 qui comporte une rainure, ou gorge 53, dans laquelle s'étend une barrette 54 formée à la surface du cylindre. Les autres éléments sont identiques et portent les mêmes références.
Claims (8)
- Outil de fixation à moteur à combustion interne (2), pour l'entraînement d'éléments de fixation dans un matériau support, comprenant un cylindre (3), dans lequel un piston de propulsion (5) est monté coulissant, une chambre de combustion (1, 11) agencée pour être alimentée en combustible, une culasse arrière (12) portant un moyen (36) d'allumage du combustible dans la chambre (1) après sa fermeture contre la culasse (12) et la fermeture de l'outil, un guide-tampon (9) mobile en translation, destiné à recevoir un élément de fixation et la tige (7) du piston (5), et une cage (21), solidaire en translation, à l'arrière, de la chambre (11) et, à l'avant, du guide-tampon (9), des moyens de rappel étant prévus pour, à l'ouverture de l'outil, ouvrir la chambre (11) en entraînant le guide-tampon (9) vers l'avant, des moyens de butée d'ouverture et de fermeture étant également prévus pour la chambre (11), l'outil comportant en outre, de chaque côté de l'outil, un patin de butée de chambre latéral unique (18, 55) d'ouverture et de fermeture solidaire de la chambre (11), monté mobile en translation vis-à-vis du cylindre (3), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte- un unique ressort central (32) d'ouverture de la chambre (11) et par le fait que,- de chaque côté de l'outil, le patin est agencé pour coulisser sur un chemin (17 ; 54) ménagé sur le côté correspondant du cylindre (3).
- Outil de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le ressort d'ouverture (32) est monté en appui arrière contre le cylindre (3, 33) et en appui avant contre un étrier intermédiaire (22) auquel est fixée la cage (21).
- Outil de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel il est prévu un guide (31) pour le ressort d'ouverture (32).
- Outil de fixation selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le guide (31) du ressort (32) est un arbre monté dans des ponts avant (39) et arrière (38) de l'étrier de cage (22).
- Outil selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la portion avant de l'arbre (31) comporte un disque de poussée (30) agencé pour coopérer avec une jambe d'appui (29) du guide-tampon (9).
- Outil de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le chemin de coulissement est une rainure formée à la surface du cylindre et le patin (18) engagé dans la rainure (17).
- Outil de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le chemin de coulissement est une barrette (54) rapportée sur le cylindre et dans lequel une gorge (53) de réception de barrette (54) est ménagée dans le patin (55).
- Outil de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le patin de butée (18, 55) est en matériau amortisseur.
