Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de peignage destiné à peigner un matériau fibreux (F) qui est amené à un groupe de pinces (1) qui est monté dans le bâti d'une machine (MS) et qui comprend une plaque de pinces inférieure et supérieure (2, 3), la plaque de pinces supérieure (3) étant montée mobile par rapport à la plaque de pinces inférieure fixe (2) afin de former un point de pincement (KS) et étant sollicitée par un dispositif de mise en charge (B3, B4) afin de produire une force de serrage, avec un cylindre d'alimentation (5) qui est monté rotatif et sollicité par un moyen de mise en charge et qui forme avec la plaque de pinces inférieure (2) un point de pincement (KK) ainsi qu'avec un cylindre de peignage (16) qui est monté rotatif dans le bâti de la machine (MS) au-dessous de la plaque de pinces inférieure (2) et qui porte sur sa circonférence au moins un segment de peignage (19) et un segment d'arrachage (20), un cylindre arracheur (8) qui est monté rotatif et qui peut être sollicité par des moyens de mise en charge (B1, B2) pouvant être avancé en direction du segment d'arrachage afin de former une ligne de pincement (KL) et un peigne fixe (K) disposé entre la plaque de pinces inférieure (2) et le cylindre arracheur, dans lequel au groupe de pinces (1) est associé un cadre (24) qui est monté pivotant dans le bâti de la machine (MS) et dont l'extrémité libre peut pivoter autour d'un axe (46) solidaire du bâti de la machine et parallèle à l'axe de rotation (9) du cylindre arracheur (8) et dans lequel il est prévu des moyens (48, 52a, 52b) grâce auxquels l'extrémité pivotante du cadre (24) peut être immobilisée dans une position de service et au moins une position hors service et au moins l'un des éléments tels que les paliers (11) du cylindre arracheur (8) et/ou les paliers (79) du cylindre d'alimentation (5) et/ou le peigne fixe (K) est fixé sur le cadre (24).
  2. Dispositif de peignage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mise en charge (B3, B4) pour la plaque de pinces supérieure (3) est fixé sur le cadre pivotant (24).
  3. Dispositif de peignage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mise en charge est constitué de cylindres à soufflet (B3, B4) qui prennent appui par l'une de leurs extrémités sur le cadre pivotant (24) et par leur autre extrémité sur des éléments (14) reliés à la plaque de pinces supérieure (3).
  4. Dispositif de peignage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (14) sont configurés avec chacun une surface d'appui (13) qui est destinée au cylindre à soufflet (B3, B4), lesquels comprennent une ouverture (56) dans laquelle une prolongation (57) du cylindre à soufflet (B3, B4) fait saillie lorsque le cylindre à soufflet prend appui sur la surface d'appui (13).
  5.   7. Dispositif de peignage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre arracheur (8) est monté pivotant de part et d'autre dans des logements de support (11) qui sont fixés à l'aide d'éléments de maintien (12) sur le cadre pivotant (24).
  8. Dispositif de peignage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (12) sont montés sur le cadre pivotant (24) dans des guides (58) en pouvant se déplacer dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (15) du cylindre de peignage (16) et en ce que les moyens de mise en charge (B1, B2) du cylindre arracheur (8) prennent appui par l'une de leurs extrémités sur les différents éléments de maintien (12) et par leur autre extrémité sur le cadre pivotant (24).
  9. Dispositif de peignage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mise en charge sont constitués de cylindres à soufflet (B1, B2) pouvant être exposés à l'air comprimé, qui sont fixés par l'une de leurs extrémités sur le cadre pivotant (24).
