Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de fibre de bois qui présente un décor sur sa face supérieure, dans lequel on disperse en un gâteau de fibres, dans au moins une couche, des fibres de bois encollées, et on presse ensuite, sous l'effet de la pression et la température, le gâteau de fibres en un panneau de l'épaisseur souhaitée, le décor étant rapporté sur le gâteau de fibres avant le pressage, à l'aide d'au moins une imprimante à jet d'encre, une couche de protection étant rapportée sur le décor avant le pressage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on rapporte le décor sans contact.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on disperse en tant que couche de protection un mélange résine-fibre.
  4. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on disperse dans le gâteau de fibres, en tant que composants supplémentaires, des pigments et/ou des résines et/ou des sels.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on disperse sur des fibres de bois déjà dispersées une couche de fibres de bois qui comprend les composants supplémentaires.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les fibres de bois dans la couche supplémentaire sont plus fines que les fibres de bois déjà dispersées.
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors du pressage du gâteau de fibres (4) en un panneau (8), on comprime l'image imprimée préalablement rapportée.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lors de la compression, les pixels de l'image soit se superposent soit se resserrent plus étroitement les uns par rapport aux autres, de sorte qu'après le pressage il y ait plus de pixels de l'image par unité de surface qu'avant le pressage.
  9. Installation pour la fabrication d'un panneau de fibre de bois comprenant un dispositif de dispersion (1), au moyen duquel est dispersé un gâteau de fibres (4) consistant en au moins une couche de fibres de bois encollées avec de la résine, et un dispositif d'acheminement (2) qui amène le gâteau de fibres (4) selon une direction de processus (T) dans un dispositif de presse (7), dans lequel le gâteau de fibres (4) est pressé en un panneau (8) de l'épaisseur souhaitée, un dispositif d'impression (5) étant agencé au-dessus du dispositif d'acheminement (2), entre le dispositif de dispersion (1) et le dispositif de presse (7), un premier dispositif additionnel de dépôt (6) étant agencé dans la direction de processus (T) entre le dispositif d'impression (5) et le dispositif de presse (7).
  10. Installation selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le dispositif d'impression (5) est au moins une imprimante à jet d'encre.
  11. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée par un deuxième dispositif additionnel de dépôt (3) qui est agencé dans la direction de processus (T) avant le dispositif d'impression (5).
