Definitions
- the invention relates to a door for goods display furniture for the presentation of refrigerated or frozen goods with a vertical access opening to the goods compartment, which is divided into vertically stacked compartments and the customer accessible front of the goods compartment with transparent, horizontally movable doors can be closed.
- Goods presentation furniture are known as refrigerators or freezers. It is known to close these with blinds for the night, to prevent cold losses. It is also known to provide these as freezers with glass doors to prevent the cold loss even during the day.
- the doors consist of a solid frame which encloses an insulating glass pane ( US 5,879,070 ; EP 0 657 708 A1 ; WO 2006/101874 A1 ). On this frame, the elements required for the movement of the doors are fastened, through which the door is carried and connected to the goods display furniture.
- the frame is provided with angling, which in turn are attached to a solid frame frame of the goods display cabinet. This design is not only very expensive, but also greatly limits the insight into the goods display furniture and its subjects.
- Such frames also have a disadvantageous effect as cold bridges, so that fog the frame as well as the discs, which obstructs the review for the customer even more.
- the object of the invention is to provide a door for goods display furniture, which eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art.
- the door 1 consists of a double-glazed insulating glass pane, the discs 11 and 12 are held by spacers 13 in the usual manner to form a cavity at a distance and the cavity is closed by these spacers 13 around.
- cutouts 15 are provided, in each of which reinforcing pieces 2 are used for fastening of pivot pins 6 and 62, respectively.
- the cutout 15 is expediently formed only by the spacer 13, so that the reinforcing pieces 2 between the two discs Inserted 11 and 12 and can be screwed or glued with this.
- the door 1 as such thus consists only of an existing 2 or 3 panes insulating glass without frame and is self-supporting.
- Frameless in the context of the invention means that the insulating glass pane is not inserted into a frame which comprises the disc and carries the necessary elements for the movement of the door, but that the insulating glass pane, consisting of the discs 11 and 12 and its spacer 13, self-supporting and the elements necessary for its movement are directly attached to it.
- This has the advantage that due to different heating or cooling of glass and frame no condensation on the discs 11 or 12 or on the frame can arise.
- sealing elements 4, 41, 42 - such as in FIGS. 6 and 7 shown - can be clipped.
- This allows depending on the needs to use different versions of sealing elements or to replace wear.
- only one end element 3 can be used in a simple manner on the upper or lower edge.
- the sealing element 4 or 41, 42 and the end element 3 give the edge of the door 1 also a protection against damage or injury to touch the sharp edges of the glass.
- the sealing elements 4, 41, 42 and also the closing element 3 are therefore expediently designed so that they fully cover the edge or overlap.
- the reinforcing pieces 2 are suitably made of plastic and are used for fastening the pivot pins 6 and 62 at the corners in the cutouts 15 between the panes 11 and 12 and connected to the insulating glass pane 1 by screwing, preferably by gluing. When gluing additional operations in the production of the insulating glass pane 1 are avoided, and it can be used normal glass plates for the panes 11 and 12 of the door 1. By gluing the reinforcing piece 2 between the two glass panes 11 and 12 results in a very stable connection, which is able to hold the door securely on the pivot pin 6.
- the pivot pins 6, 62 are screwed to the reinforcing pieces 2, which laterally to the goods space towards or at the front ( 8 and 9 ).
- the positioning of the pivot pins 6, 62 and 60, 65 determines the pivoting range of the door 1. The more the pivot pins 6, 62 and 60, 65 are set to the inside, the deeper the door 1 pivots when opening in the furniture.
- the reinforcing pieces 2 have a stop edge 21, which is designed so that the closing element 3 or the various sealing devices 40, 41, 42 connect flush and without attachment.
- reinforcing pieces 2 can also be arranged at the two opposite corners of the door 1 in order to protect the discs 11 and 12 against damage in this edge region.
- these reinforcing pieces 2 may be formed so that they are provided for receiving Schuröhren - so-called. "Heatpipes" - with a minimum radius necessary for the bending of the same. It is to the parallel patent application ( DE 10 2008 010 585.6 ).
- the pivot pin 6 and 60 of the door 1 is "floating" stored. This means that he can move in the mounted on the goods display furniture bearing bush 61 in the axial direction.
- the lower pivot pin 62 is seated in a cup bearing 64. It is equipped with a thread via which an accurate adjustment of the gap distance of the door 1 to the ceiling frame 63 can be done.
- the upper pivot pin 6 is, as already described above, mounted in a bearing bush 61 and in this freely movable in the vertical direction. This height compensation is possible, and the door 1 can be set exactly on the access opening of the goods display cabinet.
- a spring mechanism at the upper end of the pivot pin 6 provides for an automatic closure of the open door first
- FIGS. 8 and 9 an embodiment is shown in which the reinforcing piece 2 is glued respectively.
- the bolt 60 has a foot 60 ', with which it is screwed to the front side of the reinforcing piece 2.
- the reinforcing piece 2 has a stop edge 21, which engages over the disk edge like the closing element 3 and thus the area of the reinforcing piece 2 to the Slices 11 and 12 each protects against damage. At the same time this edge 21 serves for fixing and positioning of the reinforcing piece 2 during gluing.
- a sleeve-like pivot pin 65 is screwed via a mounting plate 65 'on the reinforcing piece 2.
- the sleeve-like pivot pin 65 is integrally formed with the mounting plate 65 'and provided with a pin 66 which passes through the bore 67 of the pivot pin 65.
- a bearing pin 70 via a mounting plate 70 'according to the FIGS. 11 and 12 mounted, which engages in the bore 67 of the pivot pin 65.
- the journal 70 has sliding surfaces 71 on which the pin 66 moves. Since these sliding surfaces 71 are inclined steeply downwards, the weight of the door 1 causes the pin 66 to slide down on these surfaces 71, thus pivoting the door 1 into the closed position. Reached the pin 66 when opening the door 1, the upper end of the sliding surfaces 71, the pin 66 enters a notch 72, which locks the door 1 in this open position. If the door 1 is moved out of this detent position, the door opening of the refrigerator closes automatically.
- FIG. 9 shows such a corner protector 22, wherein the usual end element 3 or sealing element 41 has been replaced by a more stable plastic or metal part at the corner edge.
- the discs 11 and 12 of the insulating glass pane 1 project beyond the spacer 13, so that a recess 14 is formed in which a fastening part 5 is glued.
- a closing element 3 is clipped into this fastening element 5 on the upper edge of the door 10 '
- the corner protection 22 is clipped over the corner.
- this this is continued by a sealing element 41, which is held by the fastening element 5.
- the recess 14 between the discs 11 and 12 and the spacer 13 is formed deeper in a special way, so that a lighting device finds its place, especially if it is LED lighting.
- a row of LED luminous bodies 8 are arranged on a strip 81 designed as a cooling part, the cooling part 81 being fastened to the window 11, which faces the warm surroundings of the goods display cabinet, while the pane 12 faces the refrigerated goods room.
- the recess 14 is closed with a closing element 3. Characterized in that the cooling part 81 of the LED lighting is attached to the outer pane 11, this area, which is particularly vulnerable to condensation with condensation, heated by the emanating from the LED lamp 8 heat, while the cooled goods space through the disc 12th without heating the same only the light is emitted.
- the spacer 13 forms a temperature bridge, the usual heating wires to avoid the fogging of this edge region are superfluous.
- the door according to the invention is readily adapted by its simple frameless structure to be retrofitted to existing, doorless Stress Congressationsmoebel with vertical access opening. It is advantageous that no frame for the attachment of fishing and the like is required.
- the existing frame construction of the goods display cabinet is sufficient to attach the necessary for the attachment of the doors 1 bearings 61, 64, 67 for the pivot pins 6, 60, 62, 65.
- Frameless doors according to the invention can also be used as sliding doors. Instead of pivot pin in the swing doors, the required sliding and holding elements are also attached directly to the door formed as an insulating glass door 1. For smaller doors, where the load the holding and sliding elements is not so large, it is sufficient explicatklipsen the holding elements and sliding elements in the inserted into the recess 14 fasteners 5.
- the sliding doors can be equipped in the same way as the swing doors with end elements 3, corner protection 22 and sealing elements 4, 41, 42. Also, the recess 14 can be recessed so that a lighting device 8, 81 can be accommodated in it. Only the elements for the rotary movement are replaced by elements for sliding movement.
- the design has proved to be extremely advantageous as a frameless, self-supporting door. It is avoided fogging the discs.
- the frameless design ensures an unrestricted view of the exhibited goods.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door for goods display furniture for the presentation of refrigerated or frozen goods with a vertical access opening to the goods compartment, which is divided into vertically stacked compartments and the customer accessible front of the goods compartment with transparent, horizontally movable doors can be closed.
The object of the invention is to provide a door for goods display furniture, which eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art.

The

In
The door according to the invention is readily adapted by its simple frameless structure to be retrofitted to existing, doorless Warenpräsentationsmoebel with vertical access opening. It is advantageous that no frame for the attachment of fishing and the like is required. The existing frame construction of the goods display cabinet is sufficient to attach the necessary for the attachment of the
For sliding doors as well as swing doors, the design has proved to be extremely advantageous as a frameless, self-supporting door. It is avoided fogging the discs. The frameless design ensures an unrestricted view of the exhibited goods.
