Claims (13)

  1. Hohlkörperboden, der durch Blasformen oder Streckblasformen einer thermoplastischen Vorform erzielt wird, wobei dieser Boden eine Querauflagefläche aufweist, und zu beiden Seiten dieser Querauflagefläche:
    - einen Außenquerrand (7);
    - eine konkave Innenwand mit einem zentralen Querteil (11), der eine Pastille (12) aus Werkstoff mit geringer Kristallinität aufweist, wobei diese Pastille dem Einspritzpunkt der Vorform entspricht;
    wobei dieser Boden Verstärkungsrippen (1) aufweist, die einen Außenrand (13) haben, der in die Nähe des Außenquerrands (7) kommt, ohne aber diesen Außenquerrand (7) zu erreichen, wobei diese Verstärkungsrippen (1) einen Innenrand (14) haben, der in die Nähe des zentralen Querteils (11) kommt, ohne aber diesen zentralen Querteil (11) zu erreichen, wobei die Querauflagefläche aus Segmenten (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) ausgebildet ist, die von den Verstärkungsrippen (1) unterbrochen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Hohlkörperboden (4) ferner Kerben (2) aufweist, deren distaler Endteil (24) in die Nähe des Außenrands (7) des Bodens kommt, ihn aber nicht erreicht, wobei der proximale Endteil (25) der Kerben (2) die Querauflagefläche tangiert, aber nicht in diese Querauflagefläche mündet.
  2. Hohlkörperboden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konkave Innenwand mit Verstärkungshohlkehlen (3) versehen ist, deren distaler Endteil (30) in die Nähe eines Segments (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) der Querauflagefläche (6) kommt, ohne aber dieses Segment (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) zu erreichen, wobei der proximale Endteil (31) dieser Verstärkungshohlkehlen (3) in die Nähe des zentralen Querteils (11) kommt, ohne aber diesen zentralen Querteil (11) zu erreichen.
  3. Hohlkörperboden nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungshohlkehlen (3) eine Bodenwand (26) und zwei seitliche Flügel (27, 28) umfassen und eine Symmetrieebene (29) aufweisen.
  4. Hohlkörperboden nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerben (2) eine Bodenwand (20) und zwei seitliche Flügel (21, 22) umfassen und eine Symmetrieebene (23) aufweisen.
  5. Hohlkörperboden nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (26) einer Verstärkungshohlkehle (3) im Wesentlichen in der Fluchtung der Bodenwand (20) einer Kerbe (2) platziert ist, wobei sich der proximale Endteil (31) jeder Verstärkungshohlkehle (3) zwischen zwei Verstärkungsrippen (1) erstreckt.
  6. Hohlkörperboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Kerben (2) zwischen 2 und 20 Millimeter liegt.
  7. Hohlkörperboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe der Kerben (2) zwischen 1 und 5 Millimeter liegt.
  8. Hohlkörperboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pastille (12) aus Werkstoff mit geringer Kristallinität auf der Außenfläche in dem zentralen Querteil (11) vorsteht.
  9. Hohlkörperboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenrand (7) auf einer ersten Höhe (h7) im Vergleich zu der Querauflagefläche platziert ist, wobei der zentrale Querteil (11) auf einer zweiten Höhe (h11) im Vergleich zu der Querauflagefläche platziert ist.
  10. Hohlkörperboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Ausnahme der Verstärkungsrippen (1) und der Kerben (2) und Verstärkungshohlkehlen (3) der Boden (4) die Form eines Rotationskörpers um eine Achse (5) hat, die im Wesentlichen zu seiner Querauflagefläche senkrecht ist.
  11. Hohlkörperboden nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er im radialen vertikalen Schnitt zwischen dem Außenrand (7) und der Querauflagefläche ein Profil aufweist, das wie folgt ist:
    - in der Nähe des Außenrands (7) in eine Richtung senkrecht zu der Querauflagefläche tangierend,
    - in der Nähe der Querauflagefläche zu dieser Querauflagefläche tangierend.
  12. Hohlkörperboden nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er im radialen vertikalen Schnitt zwischen dem Außenrand (7) und der Querauflagefläche ein Parabelprofil aufweist.
  13. Hohlkörper aus Thermoplastmaterial, insbesondere Polyester, wie zum Beispiel PET, erzielt durch Blasformen oder Streckblasformen einer Vorform, wobei dieser Hohlkörper eine Seitenwand und einen Boden, der an diese Seitenwand angeschlossen ist, aufweist, wobei der Boden wie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche präsentiert beschaffen ist.
