Abstract

Fondo de pieza hueca obtenido por moldeo por soplado o moldeo por soplado estirado de una preforma de material termoplástico, comprendiendo el fondo una superficie de soporte transversal, y de una y otra parte de esta superficie de soporte transversal, un borde exterior (7) transversal y una pared interna cóncava con una parte central transversal (11) que contiene un disco (12) de material con baja cristalinidad, comprendiendo el fondo costillas (1) de refuerzo que tienen un borde exterior (13) que viene cercano al borde exterior (7) transversal pero sin alcanzar a este borde exterior transversal (7), teniendo las costillas de refuerzo (1) un borde interior (14) que viene cercano a la porción central (11) transversal, pero sin alcanzar a esta porción central transversal (11), estando la superficie de soporte transversal formada de segmentos (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) interrumpidos por las costillas (1) de refuerzo, incluyendo además el fondo (4) de esta pieza hueca las muescas (2), cuya porción (24) del extremo distal viene cercana, pero sin alcanzar al, borde exterior (7) del fondo, la porción (25) del extremo proximal de las muescas (2) es tangencial a la superficie de soporte transversal pero no desemboca al interior de esta superficie de soporte transversal.
