Das erfindungsgemäße Haftverschlußteil ist insbesondere für Flug- oder Fahrgastsitze geeignet und dient dazu, Sitzbezüge an Schaumkörperteilen zu befestigen, wobei die einen Haftverschlußteile in das Polsterschaummaterial beim Herstellen des jeweiligen Sitzes mit eingeschäumt werden und das Haftverschlußteil mit den korrespondierenden Verhakungselementen am Polsterbezugsmaterial festgelegt wird.The adhesive closure part according to the invention is particularly suitable for air or passenger seats and serves to attach seat covers to foam body parts, wherein the adhesive closure parts are foamed into the cushion foam material in producing the respective seat and the adhesive closure member is fixed with the corresponding Verhakungselementen on upholstery material.

Claims (9)

  1. An adhesive fastening part having a support strip (10) with interlocking elements (12) arranged over the latter, and having a cover strip (18) on the side facing away from the interlocking elements (12) covering the support strip (10) and that is wider than the support strip (10) so that free side edge regions (20) of the cover strip (18) extend on both sides beyond the assigned long edges of the support strip (10), there being at least one further cover strip (22) that also extends with its free side edge regions (24) beyond the assignable long edges of the support strip (10), the adhesive fastening part being insertable into a channel-like foam injection tool (26) and being able to be brought into contact here with at least the two side edge regions (20) of the cover strip (18) with the side walls (30) of the foam injection tool (26), with the adhesive fastening part inserted into the foam injection tool (26) the side edge regions (20) extending at an angle in the range of between 20° and 45° in relation to the horizontal, and the further second side edge regions (24) extending at an angle in the range of between 30° and 60° in relation to the horizontal, and at least partially overlapping the free ends (34) of the side walls (30) from above so that foam material penetrating into the foam injection mould is retained by means of a first sealing region, formed between the two side edge regions (24) and the free ends (34) of the side walls (30), and any foam material which nevertheless penetrates being forced back by means of the second sealing system consisting of the side edge regions (20) of the cover strip (18) and the interior of the two side walls (30) of the foam injection tool (26).
  2. The adhesive fastening part according to Claim 1, characterised in that the respective cover strips (18, 22) differ in width and are arranged one above the other in a stacking sequence.
  3. The adhesive fastening part according to Claim 2, characterised in that in its position for use the respective uppermost cover strip (22) in the stacking sequence is one quarter to one half, preferably approximately one third, wider than the immediately following subjacent cover strip (18).
  4. The adhesive fastening part according to any of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the respective cover strip (18) is connected to the adjacent cover strip (22) or to the support strip (10) by an adhesive means (16).
  5. The adhesive fastening part according to any of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the respective cover strip (18, 22) is made of a textile material, a non-woven material or a plastic fabric, and that the interlocking elements (12) are made of polyamide or polypropylene.
  6. The adhesive fastening part according to any of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the support strip (10) with the interlocking elements (12) is obtained by an extrusion or casting process.
  7. The adhesive fastening part according to any of Claims 4 to 6, characterised in that the respective cover strip (18, 22), the support strip (10), the interlocking elements (12) and/or the adhesive means (16) at least partially possess ferromagnetic properties.
  8. The adhesive fastening part according to any of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that it has a stiffening element, which is preferably in the form of a bending wire (14), extends along the support strip (10) and is a component of a ferromagnetic connecting system.
  9. Use of an adhesive fastening part according to any of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it is inserted into a channel-like foam injection tool (26), at least with the two side edge regions (20) of a cover strip (18), is in contact with the side walls (30) of the foam injection tool (26), and that at least one further cover strip (22) with its two side edge regions (24) at least partially overlaps the free ends (34) of these side walls (30).
