Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an adhesive closure part with a carrier tape arranged thereon Verhakungselementen.
Such fastener parts are widely used, for example in automotive technology, the floor laying technique, for clothing of any kind and for special applications in mechanical engineering. The adhesive closures have proven in these areas as a detachable and functionally reliable connection and closure technology. If such fastener parts are used for air and passenger seats, they serve to attach seat covers to foam body parts, wherein the adhesive closure parts are foamed into the cushion foam material in the manufacture of the respective seat and the adhesive closure member with the corresponding Verhakungselementen the upholstery material, in particular sewn , For the production of the foam body parts, the adhesive closure parts are inserted into so-called receiving pipes of a foam mold and, by introducing foam material, into the free cross sections of the foam mold, preferably of PU foam the adhesive closure parts attached during the foaming of the foam body parts. The pipes used are usually on the other walls of the foam and thus form later in the foam body part groove-like depressions into which the upholstery fabric then engages with the other corresponding adhesive closure member. In this way, seam and shape geometries can be traced at the respective seat.

Despite this Dichtlippenausbildung it may also unintentionally come in this known solution to a penetration of foam material in the direction of Verhakungselemente and in particular it has been found that the known solution finds its limits where the foaming mold for design reasons has such a configuration in which the known solution with its side edge areas not flush and just with the top of a foam mold completes.
Based on this prior art, the invention has the object to further improve the known fastener parts to the effect that while maintaining their advantages, they still have a better sealing against the introduced in a Einschäumform molded foam and that, moreover, they can be adapted to a large number of geometries of a predefinable foam mold. A related object solves a fastener part with the features of claim 1 in its entirety.
Characterized in that according to the content of claim 1, at least one further masking tape is present, which also extends with its free side edge regions on the assignable longitudinal edges of the carrier tape, in addition to the first sealing system in the form of a protruding masking tape at least one further comparable sealing system is realized, so if the first covering system initially facing the foam fails, the second covering system can take over the sealing effect with respect to the molded foam. As particularly advantageous for the effectiveness of the seal, it has been found here that when inserted into the Einschäumwerkzeug adhesive closure part, the side edge regions of the carrier tape on the side facing away from the Verhakungselementen cover band over the horizontal in an angular range between 20 degrees to 45 degrees and that extend the side edge regions of at least one other masking tape relative to the horizontal in an angular range of 30 to 60 degrees. It has also been found that the respective masking tape can be freely designed in its geometric surface configuration, so that a greater variance range of foam molds and their cross sections can be mastered with the solution according to the invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the adhesive closure part according to the invention, it is provided that the respective masking tapes arranged one above the other in a stacking sequence have different widths. Preferably, it is further provided that in the position of use of the adhesive closure part in the stacking sequence each overhead cover band by a quarter to half, preferably about one-third, wider than the immediately following, underlying masking tape.
In a further, particularly preferred embodiment, the respective masking tape, the carrier tape, the interlocking elements and / or the adhesive agent at least partially ferromagnetic properties, so that the adhesive closure member by means of a magnetic holding device on the foaming mold can be held in position, for example by permanent magnet strips in the foaming mold or in the so-called receiving whistle of the foam mold, which are embedded in alignment of the band-like adhesive closure member there.
In order to give the per se flexible adhesive closure part with its components a certain flexural rigidity, which greatly facilitates the handling of the adhesive closure part when inserted into the foam mold or in the Einschäumpfeife, especially if given lengths of adhesive fastener in complicated three-dimensional structures in the relevant Foam mold are inserted, a stiffening profile can be embedded in the adhesive layer located between masking tape and carrier tape. This may be an iron wire, which is provided with a coating against corrosion, in particular galvanized. When using a ferromagnetic stiffening wire, this can also contribute to the magnetic position assurance of the adhesive closure part of the foaming mold.
The hooking elements of the adhesive closure part according to the invention can be formed from stalk, hook, loop, fluff or mushroom-like closure parts.

Fig.1 in use position.
The
The

It has proven to be particularly favorable for the effectiveness of the seal to allow the respective
The adhesive closure part according to the invention is particularly suitable for air or passenger seats and serves to attach seat covers to foam body parts, wherein the adhesive closure parts are foamed into the cushion foam material in producing the respective seat and the adhesive closure member is fixed with the corresponding Verhakungselementen on upholstery material.
