Claims (13)

  1. Coeur (1) pour aiguillages, comprenant un corps de base de coeur (2) et un insert (3) remplaçable posé sur le corps de base de coeur (2) et pouvant être fixé de manière détachable au corps de base de coeur (2), au moins un élément de fixation (7) en forme de pince étant prévu à chaque fois sur l'insert (3) et sur le corps de base de coeur (2) pour venir en prise latéralement dans ou sur au moins une portion d'engagement (8, 9), et les portions d'engagement (8, 9) étant prévues sur au moins un côté de l'insert (3) et du corps de base de coeur (2), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (7) est vissé au corps de base de coeur (2) sur un côté du coeur (1) prévu transversalement à la direction d'avance (R) sans que l'insert (3) soit vissé directement au corps de base de coeur (2).
  2. Coeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portion d'engagement (8, 9) est formée par un évidement (4) dans la surface latérale du corps de base de coeur (2) ou de l'insert (3) et/ou est prévue sur le côté supérieur de l'insert (3) ou le côté inférieur du corps de base de coeur (2).
  3. Coeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (3) est fixé des deux côtés de manière détachable à chaque fois par le biais d'au moins un élément de fixation (7).
  4. Coeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (3) est fixé seulement d'un côté de manière détachable par le biais d'au moins un élément de fixation (7) et en ce que l'insert (3) est fixé de l'autre côté par engagement positif au corps de base de coeur (2).
  5. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le vissage présente une vis pour rainure en T (16) pouvant être insérée dans un logement (17) en forme de fente dans le corps de base de coeur (2).
  6. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le vissage présente au moins un boulon d'ancrage (18) guidé transversalement à travers le coeur (1).
  7. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit pour le boulon d'ancrage (18) un alésage (19) dans le corps de base de coeur (2) ou des rainures correspondantes (20, 21) sur le côté supérieur du corps de base de coeur (2) et le côté inférieur de l'insert (3).
  8. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit une fente oblique au niveau de la transition de l'insert (3) au corps de base de coeur (2), dans la direction d'avance (R).
  9. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la transition de l'insert (3) au corps de base de coeur (2) est découpée dans la direction d'avance (R) en forme de V ou en se terminant en forme de V.
  10. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (3) est inséré dans un évidement s'élargissant en forme trapézoïdale vers l'extérieur dans le corps de base de coeur (2).
  11. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit sur l'insert (3) et/ou sur le corps de base de coeur (2), à côté de l'insert (3), au moins une ouverture d'engagement (22) pour appliquer un outil.
  12. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (3) s'étend sur toute la longueur du corps de base de coeur (2) et en ce que de préférence l'insert (3) repose sur tout le côté supérieur du corps de base de coeur (2).
  13. Coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base de coeur (2) est réalisé sous forme de bloc d'une seule pièce ou sous forme de composant en plusieurs pièces.
