Claims (8)
- Pneumatische Antriebseinheit mit einem Grundgehäuse (1), an dem eine Schlitteneinheit (2) über Linearführungsmittel (3) längs verschiebbar angebracht ist, wobei das Grundgehäuse (1) von mindestens einer zylinderartigen Ausnehmung (8a, 8b) durchzogen ist, welche über äußere Anschlüsse (11a, 11b) mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist, und welche der Aufnahme je einer Kolbeneinheit (9a, 9b) zur Bildung eines die Schlitteneinheit (2) über die Druckluft bewegbaren Antriebs dient, dessen Hub über verstellbare Anschlagmittel begrenzt ist und über Sensormittel detektierbar ist, welche in mindestens einer am Grundgehäuse (1) angeordneten und sich parallel zur zylinderartigen Ausnehmung (8a, 8b) erstreckenden äußeren Sensomut (13a) untergebracht sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Realisierung einer redundanten Doppelanordnung die Anschlüsse (11a, 11b) und die Sensornut (13a) zugleich an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Flankenseiten (12a, 12b) des Grundgehäuses (1) integriert sind, welche je nach Einbaubedingungen wahlweise für die Montage der Sensormittel bzw. den Druckluftanschluss nutzbar sind, wobei die ungenutzten Anschlüsse auf der verbleibenden Flankenseite (12a bzw. 12b) über Verschlusselemente verschließbar sind. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Grundgehäuse (1) entlang seiner Längsachse symmetrisch aufgebaut ist. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbeneinheit (9a, 9b) aus einer Kolbenanordnung mit hiervon ausgehender Kolbenstange (10) besteht, welche mit ihrem distalen Ende an der Schlitteneinheit (2) befestigt ist. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung an der Schlitteneinheit (2) über einen sich von der Schlittenplatte (6) quer erstreckenden Plattenkopfabschnitt (7) erfolgt. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Betätigungselemente (14a, 14b) zum Verstellen der Anschlagmittel im Bereich derjenigen Stirnseite (15) des Grundgehäuses (1) angeordnet sind, die der dem Plattenkopfabschnitt (7) benachbarten Stirnseite (16) des Grundgehäuses (1) gegenüberliegt. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verstellbaren Anschlagmittel aus einem ersten Anschlagelement (17a) und einem zweiten Anschlagelement (17b) bestehen, wobei das mit einem zugeordneten Betätigungselement (14a) verstellbare erste Anschlagelement (17a) zur Bildung eines Einfahranschlages ortsfest gegenüber dem Grundgehäuse (1) angeordnet ist und das mit einem zugeordneten Betätigungselement (14b) verstellbare zweite Anschlagelement (17b) zur Bildung eines Ausfahranschlages ortsfest gegenüber der Schlitteneinheit (2) angeordnet ist. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 2 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Anschlagelement (17b) mittig am Grundgehäuses (1) angeordnet ist und das zweite Anschlagelement (17a) entweder links oder rechtsseitig hiervon benachbart neben dem ersten Anschlagelement (17b) an der Schlitteneinheit (2) montierbar ist. - Pneumatische Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearführungsmittel (3) nach Art einer Kugellinearführung ausgebildet sind und im Wesentlichen aus einem an einer Schlittenplatte (6) der Schlitteneinheit (2) angebrachten Linearführungswagen (5) bestehen, der mit einer seitens des Grundgehäuses (1) angebrachten Linearführungsschiene (4) zusammenwirkt.
