Claims (6)
- Entraînement de lame de pliage pour une machine plieuse comprenant une lame de pliage (12) guidée de façon linéaire, qui est fixée en au moins deux emplacements sur un élément d'entraînement (14) passant sur des éléments de déviation (16), élément dont les deux extrémités sont fixées sur un élément de levage (24), pouvant être déplacé linéairement d'un côté et de l'autre d'un entraînement linéaire (18), l'élément d'entraînement (14) passant sur les éléments de déviation (16) de telle sorte que, lors d'un déplacement de l'entraînement linéaire (18), on a un déplacement de levage linéaire de la lame de pliage (12),
caractérisé en ce que les points de fixation des deux extrémités (28, 30) de l'élément d'entraînement (14) peuvent être réglés sur l'élément de levage et par rapport à l'élément de levage dans sa direction de levage par un dispositif de réglage (24, 32, 40). - Entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement linéaire est formé par un entraînement de piston (18) qui présente un piston (22) tournant dans un cylindre (20), lequel piston est placé dans une zone intermédiaire d'une tige de piston (24) formant l'élément de levage, l'élément d'entraînement (14) étant fixé par ses deux extrémités sur un élément de fixation (32), dont la position peut être réglée par rapport à la tige de piston (24) dans sa direction longitudinale.
- Entraînement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une extrémité de la tige de piston (24) est formé un alésage fileté (34) agencé dans le sens longitudinal de la tige de piston (24), alésage dans lequel un boulon fileté (32) bloqué en rotation s'engage par une extrémité (28), une extrémité de l'élément d'entraînement (14) étant fixée à chaque fois sur les deux extrémités (28, 30) du boulon fileté (32).
- Entraînement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réglage en rotation (40) est prévu pour le réglage de la position de rotation de la tige de piston (24).
- Entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame de pliage (12) est logée de manière à pouvoir basculer en un emplacement sur l'élément d'entraînement (14) et la position d'un autre emplacement, sur lequel la lame de pliage (12) est fixée sur l'élément d'entraînement (14), peut être réglée par rapport à l'élément d'entraînement (14).
- Entraînement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'autre emplacement de la lame de pliage (12) est articulé sur un excentrique (50), lequel peut basculer autour d'un axe pivotant (52) fixe par rapport à l'élément d'entraînement (14).
