Claims (20)

  1. Remailleuse, comprenant un châssis (2) qui supporte, de sorte à pouvoir osciller autour de son axe (3a), un cadran à pointes (3) qui est muni périphériquement de plusieurs pointes (4) qui sont orientées radialement et sont distribuées uniformément autour de l'axe (3a) dudit cadran à pointes (3); ledit châssis (2) supportant, à proximité d'une région périphérique dudit cadran à pointes (3), une aiguille (5) qui peut se déplacer sur commande le long de son axe avec un mouvement alterné qui présente un composant radial par rapport audit cadran à pointes (3) afin de s'insérer dans l'une desdites pointes (4) à chaque fois; des moyens auxiliaires (6) étant prévus qui coopèrent avec ladite aiguille (5) dans la formation de points de chaînette; des moyens (12, 20) étant en outre prévus pour l'actionnement dudit cadran à pointes (3) avec un mouvement rotatoire autour de son axe (3 a), pour l'actionnement de l'aiguille (5) avec un mouvement translationnel alterné le long de son axe, et pour l'actionnement desdits moyens auxiliaires (6) avec un mouvement qui est corrélé au mouvement de l'aiguille (5) afin de former un point de chaînette à chaque mouvement d'allée et de retour de l'aiguille le long de son axe; caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens anti-effilochage qui sont adaptés pour faire revenir ou retenir une même pointe (4) le long du parcours de l'aiguille (5) lors de l'exécution d'au moins deux mouvements d'allée et de retour consécutifs de ladite aiguille le long de son axe.
  2. Remailleuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens anti-effilochage comprennent des moyens (12) pour l'actionnement dudit cadran à pointes (3) qui sont différents des moyens d'actionnement (20) de ladite aiguille (5) et desdits moyens auxiliaires (6).
  3. Remailleuse selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement comprennent des premiers moyens d'actionnement (12) pour actionner ledit cadra à pointes (3) avec un mouvement rotatoire autour de son axe (3a) et des deuxièmes moyens d'actionnement (20) pour l'actionnement de ladite aiguille (5) avec un mouvement translationnel alterné le long de son axe et desdits moyens auxiliaires (6); lesdits premiers moyens d'actionnement (12) pouvant être synchronisés sur commande avec lesdits deuxièmes moyens d'actionnement (20) pour un actionnement synchronisé dudit cadran à pointes (3), de ladite aiguille (5) et desdits moyens auxiliaires (6), et pouvant erte désengagés desdits deuxièmes moyens d'actionnement (20) en production dudit au moins deux mouvements d'allée et de retour consécutifs de ladite aiguille.
  4. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premiers moyens d'actionnement comprennent un premier moteur électrique (12) qui est connecté de façon cinématique, au moyen de son arbre de sortie, audit cadran à pointes (3).
  5. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens d'actionnement comprennent un deuxième moteur électrique (20) qui est connecté de façon cinématique, au moyen de son arbre de sortie, à ladite aiguille (5) et auxdits moyens auxiliaires (6).
  6. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens électroniques (41) pour synchroniser la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre de sortie dudit premier moteur électrique (12) avec la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre de sortie dudit deuxième moteur électrique (20), lesdits moyens électroniques (41) pouvant être commandés de façon à pouvoir effectuer ou interrompre ladite synchronisation.
  7. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moteurs électriques (12, 20) sont constitués par des moteurs à pas.
  8. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite aiguille (5) est constituée par une aiguille munie d'un chas et en ce que lesdits moyens auxiliaires (6) comprennent un boucleur (27) qui est agencé à l'opposé de la pointe de ladite aiguille (5) par rapport audit cadran à pointes (3).
  9. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite aiguille (5) est constituée per une aiguille crochue et lesdits moyens auxiliaires (6) comprennent un élément de chargement de fil qui est agencé à l'opposé de la pointe de ladite aiguille (5) par rapport audit cadran à pointes (3) et est mobile afin de fournir le fil au bec de ladite aiguille.
  10. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite aiguille (5) est agencée intérieurement par rapport audit cadran à pointes (3) et ledit boucleur (27) ou élément de chargement de fil est agencé extérieurement audit cadran à pointes.
  11. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite aiguille (5) est agencée extérieurement par rapport audit cadran à pointes (3) et ledit boucleur (27) ou élément de chargement de fil est agencé intérieurement par rapport audit cadran à pointes.
  12. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite aiguille (5) peut se déplacer sur commande le long d'une direction qui présente un composant tangentiel par rapport audit cadran à pointes (3) afin de suivre la rotation dudit cadran à pointes une fois qu'il a été inséré dans l'une desdites pointes (4) et afin de s'agencer lui-même à la pointe (4) suivante après insertion dans la pointe suivante.
  13. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens électroniques comprennent un élément (41) d'actionnement et de commande électronique programmable qui est connecté de façon fonctionnelle audit premier moyen d'actionnement (12) et audit deuxième moyen d'actionnement (20).
  14. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des premiers moyens capteurs (42) qui sont adaptés pour détecter la position de ladite aiguille (5) dans son mouvement translationnel alterné le long de son axe.
  15. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des deuxièmes moyens capteurs qui sont adaptés pour détecter la position angulaire dudit cadran à pointes (3) dans sa rotation autour de son axe (3a).
  16. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des troisièmes moyens capteurs (44, 45) qui sont adaptés pour détecter l'extrémité finale de l'article en remaillage et monté sur lesdites pointes (4) dudit cadran à pointes (3).
  17. Remailleuse selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que lesdits troisièmes moyens capteurs (44, 45) sont connectés de façon fonctionnelle audit élément d'actionnement et de commande (41) afin de stopper la rotation dudit cadran à pointes (3) autour de son axe (3a) après que l'aiguille (5) a été insérée et extraite de la pointe (4) qui supporte l'extrémité finale de l'article en remaillage.
  18. Remailleuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premiers moyens capteurs (42) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens capteurs sont connectés audit élément d'actionnement et de commande (41).
  19. Procédé pour empêcher l'effilochage d'une maille à point de chaînette dans une maille d'articles tricotés sur une remailleuse (1) comme mise en évidence dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à: déplacer l'aiguille (5) d'une remailleuse (1) sur commande le long de son axe avec un mouvement alterné qui présente un composant radial par rapport au cadran à pointes (3) de la remailleuse afin de s'insérer à chaque fois dans l'une des plusieurs pointes (4) qui sont orientées radialement et sont distribuées uniformément autour de l'axe (3a) dudit cadran à pointes (3); actionner des moyens auxiliaires (6) de la remailleuse avec un mouvement qui est corrélé au mouvement de l'aiguille (5) afin de former un point de chaînette à chaque mouvement d'allé et de retour de l'aiguille (5) le long de son axe; et faire revenir ou retenir une même pointe (4) le long du parcours de ladite aiguille (5) lors de l'exécution d'au moins deux mouvements d'allée et de retour consécutifs de ladite aiguille (5) le long de son axe, produire au moins deux points de maille en succession au niveau d'une même pointe (4) de la remailleuse.
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que ladite remailleuse (1) est une remailleuse circulaire.
