Claims (25)

  1. Verfahren zur Wasserabdichtung eines halbfertigen Produkts (1) von Schuhen, Kleidungsstücken und Zubehör, wobei das halbfertige Produkt (1) eine dreidimensionale Gestaltung, mindestens eine Innenseite (2) und eine Außenseite aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Arbeitsschritte aufweist:
    Wenden des halbfertigen Produkts (1) von innen nach außen, so daß seine Innenseite (2) nach außen gewendet wird;
    Einsetzen mindestens eines Formglieds (4; 8) in das halbfertige Produkt (1);
    Pressen des halbfertigen Produkts (1), das mit dem Formglied (4; 8) versehen ist, zwischen mindestens einem Paar Lagen (5) einer semipermeablen Membran, deren Oberfläche, die zum halbfertigen Produkt (1) gewendet ist, das von innen nach außen gewendet ist, mit einem Klebstoffmuster versehen wird;
    Wenden des halbfertigen Produkts (1), so daß seine Innenseite nach innen gewendet wird.
  2. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formglied (4) aus einem elastischen Material besteht.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Pressen das halbfertige Produkt (1) längs mindestens zweier Faltlinien (3) gefaltet und plattgedrückt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltlinien (3) der Kreuzung des halbfertigen Produkts (1) mit einer Symmetrieebene davon entsprechen, um zwei gegenüberliegende Oberflächen zu erhalten, die im wesentlichen dieselben sind.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formglied (4) mit mindestens einer Blase versehen ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formglied (8) starr oder halbstarr ist.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formglied (8) mit einem Haltestab (9) versehen ist, der an einem Abschnitt des Formglieds (8) befestigt ist, der nicht durch das halbfertige Produkt (1) bedeckt ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die semipermeablen Membranen (5) über das Profil des halbfertigen Produkts (1) hinaus erstrecken, so daß sie aneinander haften können und einen oder zwei Streifen (7) bilden können, die das halbfertiges Produkt (1) versiegeln.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil und die Dicke des Formglieds (4; 8) so geformt sind, daß sie an den Oberflächen des halbfertigen Produkts (1), die auf der Innenseite liegen, während des Pressens haften und deren Unregelmäßigkeiten ausgleichen, falls vorhanden.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formglied (4; 8) aus einem wärmebeständigen Material besteht.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmuster der semipermeablen Membranen (5) ein thermoadhäsives Material ist, und daß das Pressen der Membranen (5) auf das halbfertige Produkt (1) ein Heißpressen ist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine semipermeable Membran (5) nicht porös ist und den Wasserdampfdurchgang durch Osmose ausführt.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine semipermeable Membran (5) elastisch ist, mit einem Dehnungsgrad, der höher als 50% ist.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine semipermeable Membran (5) aus Polyurethan besteht.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine semipermeable Membran (5) eine Dicke aufweist, die zwischen 5 µm und 100 µm liegt.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine semipermeable Membran (5) mit einer Trägerlage kombiniert wird.
  17. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerlage aus Gewebe oder einem ähnlichen Material besteht und fest an der Membran (5) befestigt wird.
  18. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmuster aus einer Vielzahl von Punkten besteht, die einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,8 mm liegt.
  19. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmuster aus einer Vielzahl von Punkten besteht, die eine Dichte aufweisen, die zwischen 50 Punkten/cm2 und 200 Punkten/cm2 liegt.
  20. Halbfertiges Produkt (1) von Schuhen, Kleidungsstücken und Zubehör, das eine dreidimensionale Gestaltung, mindestens eine Innenseite (2) und eine Außenseite aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mindestens ein Paar Lagen (5) einer semipermeablen Membran aufweist, die auf die Innenseite (2) gepreßt sind, während sie vorübergehend von innen nach außen gewendet ist; wobei die Oberfläche der Lagen (5), die zum halbfertigen Produkt (1) gewendet ist, mit einem Klebstoffmuster versehen ist.
  21. Halbfertiges Produkt (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die semipermeablen Membranen (5) über das Profil des halbfertigen Produkts (1) hinaus erstrecken, das vorübergehend von innen nach außen gewendet ist, so daß sie aneinander haften können und einen oder zwei Streifen (7) bilden können, die das halbfertige Produkt (1) versiegeln.
  22. Halbfertiges Produkt (1) nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmuster der semipermeablen Membranen (5) thermoadhäsiv ist.
  23. Halbfertiges Produkt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmuster aus einer Vielzahl von Punkten besteht, die einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,8 mm liegt.
  24. Halbfertiges Produkt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmuster aus einer Vielzahl von Punkten besteht, die eine Dichte aufweisen, die zwischen 50 Punkten/cm2 und 200 Punkten/cm2 liegt.
  25. Schuhobermaterial (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mindestens ein halbfertiges Produkt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24 aufweist.
