Abstract

Description

使半制成鞋、衣物及辅件防水的方法及装置及用所述方法制得的半制成产品
本发明涉及使半制成鞋、衣物及辅件防水的方法，特别在其制造过程中的方法。本发明还涉及实施所述方法的装置以及用所述方法获得的半制成产品。
以相同的申请人提出的PCT申请WO 00/22948公开一种使用缝在一起的皮革片制成的半制成产品和皮革的防水方法。该已知方法包括在内皮革表面压至少一层半渗透膜片，该膜片的接触皮革的表面设有粘结剂图型(glue pattern)。用这种安排，在皮革粘结到膜片的区域也获得适当的皮革透气性。
但是，这种已知的方法不能应用于由也与其它材料结合的皮革或织物材料制成的半制成产品上，该半制成产品由于在制造过程中已经具有带至少一个内表面和一个外表面的三维构形而不能完全平摊在工作台上。所述半制成产品的典型例子是在其最终加工步骤中，在加内衬，如有的话，之前的所谓鞋帮(shoe upper)。在此步骤中不可能再将鞋上部摊平在工作台上而鞋上部本身没有重叠部份，如果挤压的话鞋继而产生永久破坏。其它这种半制成产品可能是在其最后制造步骤中的靴子的鞋帮、手套、帽子以及任何衣物。
因此本发明的目的就是提供一种没有所述缺点的防水方法，即也可以适当方式应用于具有三维构形的半制成产品的方法。用一种方法与装置来实现所述目的，该方法与装置的特征分别在权利要求1和22中介绍，同时其它特征则在其余权利要求中介绍。
由于里面向外翻也由于在压之前插入到半制成产品中的一定形状的部件(shaped member)，因此即便已经成为三维构形也可使半制成产品防水。使用这种设计，当挤压时，半渗透膜片可以在没有任何褶或皱折的情况下完全粘附到半制成产品的表面上。
此外，如果半渗透膜片延伸超过折叠并压平的半制成产品，在挤压过程中它们可彼此粘结并形成至少二条密封半制成产品的条带。使用这种设计，该半制成产品在其整个表面上完全被防水。
根据本发明的方法的另一优点是基于这样的事实，即以简单和快速方法且无需特别复杂和昂贵的机械来实现本方法，因此它不仅可在工业生产中被采用，也可在手工生产，特别在制鞋中采用。
根据本发明的一个方面，该方法可借助包括一对可变形的挤压板的特殊装置以简单且有效的方法实施。
根据本发明的方法的另一些优点与特征从以下的参照附图对其二实施例的详细和非限制性的描述对技术人员将变得显而易见，其中：

参照图1，可以看到，在根据本发明的第一实施例的方法中，用皮革或织物制成的具有三维构形且至少带一个外表面和一个内表面的半制成产品，例如鞋的鞋帮1，将里面外翻使其内表面被向外翻。之后，里面向外翻的鞋帮1被沿至少二条特别是对应于与垂直对称平面相交处的线3折叠并压平，从而获得二相对的表面，该二表面基本上相同。此工序已经可以允许在其自身中用平压机进行层压，但是沿折叠线3由压力造成的挤压可能损坏鞋帮1，特别如果鞋帮1已经设有辅件，例如金属环或双镶饰物，该辅件产生厚度的不规则性以及在鞋帮1的里面的表面之间接触的不连续性。为此，可变形材料制成的，特别是弹性的和/或抗热的，如硅酮、软橡胶、聚氯丁橡胶或其它泡沫材料制成的一定形状的部件4被合适地插入鞋帮1内。一定形状的部件4也可以设有至少一个在压力下适合于膨胀的囊。部件4的形状与厚度适当地成型从而贴附到鞋帮1的内表面并补偿它们的不规则性，如有的话。
参照图2，可以看到，里面外翻的且内设一定形状的部件4的鞋帮1被安排成在至少一对由半渗透膜片5构成的薄片之间的象“夹心层”(sandwich)的结构，它的向着里面向外翻的鞋帮1的表面设有一层粘结剂图型。该半渗透膜片5的粘结剂图型可被平压机(flat press)的板6热激活。里面外翻的鞋帮1和半渗透膜片5实际上被板6挤压，需要时该板6被加热以便熔化粘结剂图型及使其渗入到鞋帮1的材料中。
在本实施例中粘结剂图型由许多聚氨酯粘结剂的点构成，点具有包括0.1毫米到0.8毫米之间的直径及包括50点/平方厘米到200点/平方厘米之间的密度。在本发明的其它实施例中粘结剂图型可以由按点矩阵或沿相互平行和/或垂直线安排的粘结剂构成。通过在挤压过程中加热膜片5就得到它们与鞋帮1的完善的粘结，而没有粘结剂堵塞其细孔的危险。膜片5适于由半渗透材料的薄片制成，如由聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚酯或其它聚合物制成，该膜片的厚度最好包括5微米到100微米之间。具体地，根据本发明的本实施例的膜片5由聚氨酯制成。另外，它们最好是弹性的，具有大于50％，特别是100％的伸长系数，同时它们不是多孔的，因为它们通过渗透实现水蒸气通过，并且因此，不同于多孔膜片，当它们即使被拉伸或弯曲时也防止水的通过。关于膜片5的进一步的信息包含在同一申请人的PCT申请WO 00/22948中。
不设粘结剂图型的半渗透膜片5的表面通常固定在支承片上(图中未表示)，该支承片使之能够在应用之前防止偶然的损坏或弯曲。所述支承片可由纸制成并且在膜片5已经粘结到鞋帮1上之后是可拆掉的。在本发明的其它实施例中，支承片可由不同材料制成，例如纤维织物或类似材料，并且，如果要求鞋帮1在加工的最后加内衬时，该承片牢固地固定在膜片5上。
参照图3和4，可以看到，半渗透膜片5可延伸超过鞋帮1的轮廓从而相互粘结并形成沿折叠线3密封鞋帮1的一条或多条条带7。如果需要，可以通过用防水材料的粘结胶带跨在条带7的自由边上来增加密封性。
一旦从挤压机中退出并冷却，以膜片5防水的鞋帮1可与一定形状的部件4分离并翻转回到初始构形。一定形状的部件4可以进一步再用于具有相同形状和尺寸的其它鞋帮的层压。
现参照图5，可以看到，根据本发明第二实施例的方法中鞋帮是里面外翻因此其内表面2朝外翻，如同在第一实施例中。但是，鞋帮1不沿线3弯折及压平，而是将它安排成包围一定形状的部件8，该部件8为刚性或半刚性的并且最好设置有固定到该一定形状的部件8的一部分上的支承杆9，该部分未被鞋帮1遮盖。该一定形状的部件8具有基本上与最终加工成的半制成产品的相同形状，例如鞋的形状。
如同在第一实施例中，里面外翻的以及里面置有一定形状的部件8的鞋帮1安排成像在至少一对设有至少一层粘结剂图型的半渗透膜片的薄片5之间的“夹心层”。但是，在此第二实施例中整个鞋帮1和整个半渗透膜片5由根据本发明的特殊装置挤压，该装置包括设有一对可变形板10的压力机。
参照图6，可以看到，该板10包括一个盒状结构11，例如平行六面体形，设有由弹性薄片12制成的挤压表面。盒状结构11包含压力下的和最好加热的流体13，例如油。
参照图7，可以看到，在挤压过程板10的弹性薄片12产生变形，从而挤压并加热膜片5到鞋帮1的外表面上，该鞋帮1被由杆9支承的一定形状的部件8保持伸展。
在图8中表示固定到膜片5的鞋帮，该膜片5可形成一或多条密封条带7。方法的其余部分同上述第一实施例的方法。
技术人员可以进行改变和/或添加内容到上述实施例，而仍然保持在本发明本身的范围以内。例如很显然，通过适当地修改一定形状的部件4或8的形状，不仅可以使鞋帮防水，还可以使手套、帽子和任何衣物防水，该手套、帽子以及衣物等不仅可由皮革制成，也可由织物和/或其它材料制成。

Claims (23)

1.使鞋、衣物和辅件的半制成产品(1)防水的方法，所述半制成产品(1)具有三维构形、至少一个内表面(2)和一个外表面，其特征在于包括以下操作步骤：
将半制成产品(1)的里面外翻因而使其内表面(2)向外翻；
将至少一个一定形状的部件(4、8)插入到半制成产品(1)中；
挤压在至少一对由半渗透膜片(5)构成的薄片之间的并设有一定形状的部件(4、8)的半制成产品(1)，薄片的朝向里面外翻的半制成产品(1)弯曲的表面设有粘结剂图型；
翻半制成产品(1)使其内表面翻向里面。
2.根据前述权利要求的方法，其特征在于，该一定形状的部件(4)由弹性材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于在挤压之前半制成产品(1)沿至少二条折叠线(3)被折叠并压平。
4.根据权利要求3的方法，其特征在于折叠线(3)对应于半制成产品(1)与其对称平面的交汇处，因而获得基本相同的二相对的表面。
5.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于一定形状的部件(4)设有至少一个软囊。
6.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于一定形状的部件(8)是刚性或半刚性的。
7.根据权利要求6的方法，其特征在于一定形状的部件(8)设有固定到该一定形状的部件(8)的一部分上的支承杆(9)，该部分未被半制成产品(1)遮盖住。
8.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于半渗透膜片(5)延伸超过半制成产品(1)的轮廓以便它们能相互粘结并形成密封半制成产品(1)的一或多条条带(7)。
9.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于一定形状的部件(4、8)的厚度与形状被成型成使其贴合到半制成产品(1)的在挤压过程中在内侧的表面，并补偿该表面的不规则性。
10.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于一定形状的部件(4、8)由耐热材料制成。
11.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于半渗透膜片(5)的粘结剂图型是热粘性的，以及在半制成产品(1)上挤压所述膜片(5)是热挤压。
12.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于至少一个半渗透膜片(5)不是多孔的并由渗透实现水蒸汽通过。
13.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于至少一个半渗透膜片(5)是具有伸长量大于50％等级的弹性的。
14.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于至少一个半渗透膜片(5)是由聚氨酯制成。
15.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于至少一个半渗透膜片(5)具有5微米至100微米之间的厚度。
16.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于至少一个半渗透膜片(5)与支承片结合。
17.根据权利要求16的方法，其特征在于支承片由织物制成，并牢固地固定到膜片(5)上。
18.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于粘结剂图型是由许多具有0.1毫米至0.8毫米之间的直径的点组成。
19.根据权利要求18的方法，其特征在于粘结剂图型是由具有50点/平方厘米至200点/平方厘米的密度的许多点组成。
20.鞋、衣物或辅件的半制成产品，其特征在于借助于前述权利要求之一的方法使之防水。
21.鞋帮(1)，其特征在于借助于根据权利要求1至19之一的方法使之防水。
22.实现根据权利要求1至19之一的方法的装置，其特征在于它包括设有可变形板(10)的压力机。
23.根据权利要求22的装置，其特征在于可变形板(10)包括一盒状结构(11)，该盒状结构设有由弹性薄片(12)制成的挤压表面并包含加热的且在压力下的流体(13)。
