Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zur Erneuerung einer Schotterbettung eines Gleises gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs.
- Eine derartige Maschine ist aus US 4 042 035 A bekannt.
- Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt in der Schaffung einer Maschine der gattungsgemäßen Art, mit der eine rasche Entfernung der gesamten Schotterbettung möglich ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe mit einer Maschine der eingangs genannten Art durch die im Kennzeichen des Patentanspruches angeführten Merkmale gelöst.
- Weitere Vorteile und Ausbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Zeichnung.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben.

- einen hinteren Abschnitt der Maschine in Seitenansicht.
- Eine in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Maschine 1 setzt sich aus einem - bezüglich einer Arbeitsrichtung 2 - vorderen und einem mit diesem gekuppelten hinteren Fahrzeug 3, 4 zusammen. Diese weisen je einen über Schienenfahrwerke 5 auf einem Gleis 6 verfahrbaren Maschinenrahmen 7 auf. Dem vorderen Fahrzeug 3 ist ein Speicherwagen 8 vorgeordnet.
Das vordere Fahrzeug 3 weist zwei in Maschinenquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegende Flankenketten 9 auf, die jeweils mit einer durch einen Antrieb 10 in einer normal zu einer Gleisebene 11 bewegbaren Endloskette 12 ausgestattet sind. Diese sind durch einen Antrieb 13 höhenverstellbar und zur Aufnahme von in einem Flankenbereich 14 einer Schotterbettung 15 befindlichem Schotter 16 vorgesehen. Ein Abwurfende 17 jeder Flankenkette 9 befindet sich oberhalb eines Aufnahmeendes 18 eines Förderbandes 19, das Teil einer ersten Transporteinrichtung 20 ist. Diese ist zum Abtransport des verunreinigten Schotters 16 vorgesehen und weist an einem Maschinenende 21 ein Abwurfende 22 auf. - Am hinteren Fahrzeug 4 befindet sich eine höhenverstellbare, um das Gleis 6 endlos herumgeführte Räumkette 23, die unterhalb eines Rotationsantriebes 24 ein Abwurfende 25 aufweist. Darunter befindet sich ein hinteres Aufnahmeende 26 der ersten Transporteinrichtung 20. Sowohl vor als auch hinter der Räumkette 23 befindet sich eine Gleishebeeinrichtung 27 zum Anheben des Gleises 6.
- Für den Transport von neuem Schotter 16 ist eine zweite Transporteinrichtung 28 vorgesehen, die durch ein vorderes Aufnahmeende 29 und ein hinteres Abwurfende 30 begrenzt ist. Dieses befindet sich oberhalb einer zwischen Räumkette 23 und hinterer Gleishebeeinrichtung 27 angeordneten Schurre 31.
- Die Maschine 1 ist im Arbeitseinsatz durch einen Fahrantrieb 32 kontinuierlich verfahrbar, wobei die beiden Flankenketten 9 von einer in einer vorderen Arbeitskabine 33 und die nachfolgende Räumkette 23 von einer in einer hinteren Arbeitskabine 34 befindlichen Bedienungsperson gesteuert werden. Während durch die Flankenketten 9 und die Räumkette 23 permanent die alte Schotterbettung 15 aufgenommen und über die erste Transporteinrichtung 20 in die vorgelagerten Speicherwagen 8 abgeworfen wird, erfolgt parallel dazu eine kontinuierliche Zufuhr von neuem Schotter 16. Dieser gelangt von einem Abwurfband 35 des Speicherwagens 8 auf die zweite Transporteinrichtung 28 und über die Schurre 31 auf das Gleis 6, das durch die beiden Gleishebeeinrichtungen 27 angehoben wird.
- Alternativ kann natürlich beispielsweise das Aufnahmeende 29 auch an einem hinteren Maschinenende 36 positioniert sein, wobei neuer Schotter in am hinteren Maschinenende 36 angekuppelten Speicherwagen gelagert ist.
Claims (1)
- Maschine zur Erneuerung einer Schotterbettung (15) eines Gleises (6), umfassend eine bezüglich einer Arbeitsrichtung (2) nachgeordnete, endlose und um das Gleis (6) herumgeführte Räumkette (23) zur Aufnahme von unterhalb des Gleises (6) befindlichem Schotter, und eine in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende erste Transporteinrichtung (20) mit einem an einem Maschinenende (21) positionierten Abwurfende (17) zum Abtransport von verschmutztem Schotter (16), gekennzeichnet durch :zwei jeweils durch eine Endloskette (12) gebildete, in Maschinenquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegende Flankenketten (9) zur Aufnahme von in einem Flankenbereich der Schotterbettung (15) gelegenem Schotter (16), wobei die Flankenketten (9) jeweils durch einen Antrieb (10) in einer normal zu einer Gleisebene (11) verlaufenden Rotationsebene bewegbar sind,- eine in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende zweite Transporteinrichtung (28) mit einem an einem Maschinenende (21) positionierten Aufnahmeende (29) zum Transport von neuem Schotter (16) zu einem hinter der Räumkette (23) angeordneten Abwurfende (30), und- eine unmittelbar hinter dem Abwurfende (30) mit einem Maschinenrahmen (7) verbundene Gleishebeeinrichtung (27) zum Anheben des Gleises (6).
