Claims (16)
- Gelenk (1), insbesondere für Liegen, mit einem Mittelteil (2) und einem Kopfteil (3), wobei das Kopfteil (3) und das Mittelteil (2) jeweils aus paarweise zusammenwirkenden Formelementen (5, 5'; 6, 6') mit angeformten Stutzen (5*, 6*) bestehen, von denen ein Formelementepaar (5, 5') als Innenschalen (7, 7') und das andere Formelementepaar (6, 6') als Außehschalen (8, 8') ausgebildet sind, die um eine gemeinsame Achse relativ zueinander verschwenkbar und in einer Bewegungsrichtung in mehreren Positionen arretierbar sind, wobei in den Außenschalen (8; 8') nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge (9, 10) vorgesehen sind und zwischen den Innenschalen (7, 7') ein beweglicher Schieber (25) angeordnet ist, an dem als Sperrglieder (26, 28) wirkende Zähne angeformt sind, die durch Öffnungen (30, 30'; 31, 31') in den Innenschalen (7, 7') ragen und in Zwischenräume der Vorsprünge (9, 10, 38, 39 46) der Außenschalen (8, 8') greifen und wobei der Schieber (25) in Eingriffsrichtung der Sperrglieder (26, 28) von einer Feder (23) belastet und die Form der Vorsprünge (9, 10) derart ist, daß in einer Schwenkrichtung des Kopfteils (3) die Sperrglieder (26, 28) selbsttätig in eine Arretierstellung gelangen.
- Gelenk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fußteil (4) vorgesehen ist, das an dem Mittelteil (2) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Gelenk nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einem Mittelteil (2) und dem Fußteil (4) Mittel (14, 15) vorgesehen sind, durch die das Kopfteil (3) ausschließlich nach oder mit dem Fußteil (4) aufklappbar ist und das Fußteil (4) ausschließlich nach dem Kopfteil (3) einklappbar ist. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (25) an seinem der Feder (23) entlegenen Ende zwei Zähne als Sperrglieder (26) aufweist, von denen jeweils'einer durch eine der beiden Innenschalen (7, 7') ragt und nahe dem der Feder (23) zugewandten Ende zwei weitere Zähne als Sperrglieder (28) vorgesehen sind. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (25) einen gekröpften Abschnitt (27) aufweist. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Vorsprüngen (9, 38, 46) einer ersten Gruppe Zwischenräume mit gleicher Form gebildet sind, ebenso wie zwischen den Vorsprüngen (10, 39) einer zweiten Gruppe, die der ersten Gruppe diametral gegenüberliegen. - Gelenk nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (9) der ersten Gruppe jeweils eine Schrägfläche (36) aufweisen, von denen bei Verschwenkung des Kopfteils (3) in einer Richtung eine Vorderkante (35) des Schiebers (25) entlanggleitet. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (25) an einer Seitenkante einen Zusatzzahn (29) aufweist, der in einen Führungsschlitz (32) in einer der Innenschalen (7') greift, wobei der Führungsschlitz (32) einen Abschnitt (32') aufweist, an dem ein Absatz (32*) ausgebildet ist. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorsprung (38) an den Außenschalen (8, 8') derart ausgebildet ist, daß dieser bei einem bestimmten Schwenkwinkel auf den Schieber (25) in einer Weise einwirkt, daß dieser im Führungsschlitz (32) eine Rastposition einnimmt, in der dieser nicht längsverschiebbar ist. - Gelenk nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorsprung (39) an der Außenschale (8, 8') vorgesehen ist, der bei einem vorgegebenen Schwenkwinkel auf den Schieber (25) derart einwirkt, daß dieser aus der Rastposition im Führungsschlitz (32) gelöst wird. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (23) in einem aus den Formelementepaaren (5, 5'; 6, 6') gebildeten Stutzen (5*, 6*) angeordnet ist und die Feder (23) sich gegen einen einstückig mit den Formtelementen ausgebildeten Federanschlag (24) abstützt. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an das Fußteil (4) zwei parallele Wandteile (13, 13') mit deckungsgleichen Bohrungen (16, 16') zur Aufnahme eines als Schwenkachse dienenden Bauteils (12) zur Bildung eines Scharniers mit einem Formelementepaar (5, 5'), die das Mittelteil (2) bilden, dienen. - Liegengelenk nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Außenschale (8) eines Formelementepaares (6, 6') eine Ausformung (14) aufweist, die mit einem das Scharnier bildenden ersten Wandteil (13) zusammenwirkt. - Gelenk nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Außenschale (8') eines Formelementepaares (6, 6') einen angeformten Vorsprung (45) in axialer und radialer Richtung aufweist und das zweite Wandteil (13') des Fußteils (4) eine derartige Kontur besitzt, daß je nach Schwenkwinkel des Fußteils (4) der Vorsprung (45) mit dem Wandteil (13') zusammenwirkt oder freigegeben wird. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschalen (7, 7') dem Mittelteil (2) und die Außenschalen (8, 8') dem Kopfteil (3) zugeordnet sind. - Gelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschalen (7, 7') einen jeweils zueinander gerichteten Rand (17, 17') aufweisen, so daß sich eine nach außen geschlossene Kontur ergibt.
