Claims (13)

  1. Couvercle destiné à un dispositif d'écoulement des eaux, en particulier une rigole d'écoulement des eaux, avec un corps de rigole (10) comprenant un bord supérieur (12) sur lequel peut être posé le couvercle (20), lequel présente des traverses de blocage (21) en saillie dans le corps de rigole (10), et avec au moins un élément de fixation (30) pour fixer le couvercle (20) sur le corps de rigole (10) ou sur un châssis (14) situé sur le corps de rigole (10) pour renforcer le bord supérieur (12), dans lequel l'élément de fixation (30) s'engage à l'état verrouillé dans un évidement (13) du corps de rigole (10) et/ou du châssis (14),

    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (30) se présente sous la forme d'un ressort de verrouillage, avec une section centrale (31) qui s'étend sensiblement en dessous du couvercle (20) et est fixée de préférence sur une surface inférieure (23) du couvercle (20), et qui est pourvue à ses extrémités de saillies (32) qui dépassent des cavités (22).
  2. Couvercle selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la cavité (22) présente un bord inférieur (36), qui est conçu de sorte que, à l'état verrouillé, l'élément de fixation (30) soit enfiché entre le bord inférieur (36) de la cavité (22) et une surface de blocage (17) de l'évidement (13), et soit sollicité par une force de cisaillement lorsque l'on soulève le couvercle (20).
  3. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que

  4. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 1,

  5. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de fixation (30) sont conformés de sorte que, lorsque l'on pose le couvercle (20) sur le corps de rigole (10), les ressauts de retenue (34) des éléments de fixation (30) dépassant des cavités (22) du couvercle (20) glissent sur le corps de rigole (10) ou le long du châssis (14), si bien que, en exerçant une force de pression, les éléments de fixation (30) peuvent être déformés de manière élastique en direction de l'intérieur de la rigole et que, dans une position d'appui finale du couvercle (20) sur le corps de rigole (10), les ressauts de retenue (34) s'enclenchent dans les évidements (13).
  6. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le couvercle (20) est serré sur le châssis (14) par l'élément de fixation (30) à l'état verrouillé du couvercle (20) sur le châssis (14).
  7. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (30) est conformé de sorte que la force nécessaire pour la déformation lors de la pose du couvercle (20) soit plus faible que celle nécessaire pour desserrer le blocage et pour soulever le couvercle (20).
  8. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les évidements (13) dans les parois (11) de la rigole sont réalisés de sorte que le corps de rigole (10) ne présente aucune ouverture dans la zone de sa surface externe.
  9. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la largeur de l'élément de fixation (30) correspond sensiblement à celle des évidements (13) ménagés dans les parois (11) de la rigole.
  10. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (30) se présente d'un seul tenant, de préférence sous la forme d'une pièce en matériau plastique, en particulier sous la forme d'une pièce moulée par injection.
  11. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (30) est formé d'un seul tenant, de préférence en tôle métallique.
  12. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le couvercle (20) est formé en tôle d'acier, en tôle d'acier inoxydable ou en matériau plastique.
  13. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    dans une forme de réalisation du couvercle (20) sous forme d'une grille de traverses, l'élément de fixation (30) est ménagé sous une traverse (25) de manière à être inaccessible depuis la surface.
