Claims (10)
- Stranggießkokille für flüssige Metalle, insbesondere für flüssigen Stahl, mit einem am Kokillen-Eingangsbereich angeordneten Oberflansch und einem darunter befindlichen Unterflansch, wobei Oberflansch und Unterflansch einen Schmierspalt und eine um die Heißseiten des Kokillen-Innenraums umlaufenden Austrittsschlitz für Schmiermittel bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberflansch (3) und der Unterflansch (4) einen beidseitig eben begrenzten Schmierspalt (5) für flüssiges Schmiermittel (7) bilden und dass in Strömungsrichtung (9) vor dem Schmierstoff-Austritt (10) der Schmierspalt (5) einen labyrinthartigen Verlauf (11) aufweist. - Stranggießkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der labyrinthartige Verlauf (11) durch eine einseitig trapezförmige Ringausnehmung (12) mit einer Flanke (13) in einem Schmiermitteldekkel und einen in diesen ragenden, rechteckförmigen Vorsprung (14) an einem Schmiermittelflansch gebildet ist. - Stranggießkokille nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rechteckförmige Vorsprung (14) in der Fläche (6a) der Heißseite (6) endet. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch die einseitig trapezförmige Ringausnehmung (12) begrenzte Schmierspalt (5) einen größeren Speicherraum (15) als der übrige Verlauf (11) des labyrinthartigen Schmierspaltes (5) bildet. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberflansch (3) im Bereich des Labyrinths (16) aus hochhitze- und temperaturwechselbeständigem Werkstoff ausgeführt ist. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterflansch (4) im Bereich des Labyrinths (16) aus hochhitze- und temperaturwechselbeständigem Werkstoff ausgeführt ist. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hochhitze- und temperaturwechselbeständige Werkstoff des Oberflansches (3) und der hochhitze- und temperaturwechselbständige Werkstoff des Unterflansches (4) als an die Heißseite (6) angrenzende Ringe (17) ausgeführt sind. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über dem Oberflansch (3) eine Einlage (18) aus Feuerfestmaterial (19) und auf dieser eine Kokillenschutz-Abdeckplatte (20) angeordnet sind. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberflansch (3) und der Unterflansch (4) aus Stahl hergestellt sind. - Stranggießkokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmiermittel (7) aus Gießöl natürlicher oder synthetischer Herkunft oder aus einer Mischung von einem dieser Öle mit Gießpulver besteht.
