Description
Claims (17)
- Dispositif de freinage d'urgence (5) apte à agir sur un véhicule ou une charge (1) tracté ou assuré par au moins deux câbles (30,31) ou brins d'un même câble dont les tensions en régime normal sont équivalentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un premier dispositif de détection de brin mou ou de manque de tension (52) dans un premier câble (30) apte à commander un premier moyen de freinage (51) agissant uniquement sur un deuxième câble (31), etun deuxième dispositif de détection de brin mou ou de manque de tension (53) dans ledit deuxième câble (31) apte à commander un deuxième moyen de freinage (50) agissant uniquement sur ledit premier câble (30). - Dispositif de freinage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la transmission de commande entre le détecteur de brin mou ou de manque de tension (52,53) et le moyen de freinage associé (51,50) se fait uniquement par des moyens mécaniques (520,523,513,530,533,503).
- Dispositif de freinage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de détection de brin mou ou de manque de tension (52,53) comprend un premier levier (520,530) dont une extrémité comprenant une roulette d'appui (522,532) est pressée par un moyen à ressort (516,506) contre le câble à contrôler (30,31), l'autre extrémité dudit levier agissant sur un deuxième levier pivotant (513,503) apte à maintenir deux mâchoires de freinage (500,510) en position desserrée autour du câble sur lequel s'effectue le freinage, la libération de l'appui exercé par le câble à contrôler permettant le basculement dudit premier levier ainsi que du levier pivotant, entraínant le serrage des deux mâchoires contre le câble à freiner, sous l'action dudit moyen à ressort.
- Dispositif de freinage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits premiers leviers (520,530) est aménagé de telle manière qu'une inclinaison du dispositif de freinage (5), respectivement du véhicule (1) auquel il est fixé, au delà d'une valeur déterminée, entraíne un actionnement des moyens de freinage associés.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) tracté ou assuré par au moins deux câbles (30,31) dont les tensions en régime normal sont équivalentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un dispositif de freinage d'urgence (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre au moins un dispositif d'amortissement comprenant au moins un amortisseur (43,44,48,49,62) disposé entre une platine (4) et une portion fixe (430,440,450,63) de l'installation.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon la revendication 6, caracterisé en ce que ladite portion fixe de l'installation correspond à une portion (430,440,63) du véhicule ou de la charge.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon la revendication 6, caracterisé en ce que ladite portion fixe de l'installation correspond à un portion (450) de l'environnement fixe du véhicule ou de la charge.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le ou les amortisseurs (43,44,62) sont prévus pour travailler en compression en cas de fonctionnement du dispositif de freinage d'urgence.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des amortisseurs est un amortisseur hydraulique.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des amortisseurs est un amortisseur à ressort.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des amortisseurs est un amortisseur à compression d'élastomères.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de freinage d'urgence (5) est monté sur une platine (4) comprenant des moyens de fixation au véhicule (40,41,45,47) aptes à permettre un mouvement relatif entre la platine et le véhicule, essentiellement selon la direction de mouvement dudit véhicule, l'amplitude dudit mouvement relatif étant limitée.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation sont des moyens de glissière et de coulisse (40,41,45).
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation comprennent des biellettes (47) formant un parallélogramme déformable.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite platine (4) comporte en plus le ou les treuils (2) d'enroulement ou déroulement desdits câbles ou une poulie de renvoi (23) dudit câble.
- Véhicule ou charge (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué en nacelle (1) d'entretien de façade.
