Claims (8)
- Hülse aus Kunststoff zur Aufnahme von Garn mit zwei Endringen (1;35) und einem zwischen diesen Ringen verlaufenden Mantel (6; 17),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie über mindestens 80% ihrer Länge axial starr ausgebildet ist,
dass sie über maximal 20% ihrer Länge axial zusammendrückbar ausgebildet ist und
dass sie unter dem Druck, der sich aufgrund Längenausdehnung bei anwendungsbedingter Erwärmung an einer Einspannung der Hülse aufbaut, höchstens um das Maß dieser Längenausdehnung zusammendrückbar ist. - Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr Mantel (6;17) mit Durchbrüchen (5) für ein Behandlungsmedium, z.B. Färbeflotte, versehen ist.
- Hülse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (6; 17) mindestens einen axial zusammendrückbaren Kompensationsabschnitt (7;15,16;38,40) aufweist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kompensationsabschnitt (7;15,16;38,40) kooperierende Distanzstücke aufweist, welche seine maximale Zusammendrückbarkeit begrenzen.
- Hülse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Zusammendrückbarkeit des Kompensationsabschnitts/der Kompensationsabschnitte (7;15,16;38,40) insgesamt 2% bis 4% der gesamten Hülsenlänge beträgt.
- Hülse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Zusammendrückbarkeit des Kompensationsabschnitts/der Kompensationsabschnitte (7;15,16;38,40) insgesamt 2,5% bis 3,5% der gesamten Hülsenlänge beträgt.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kompensationsabschnitt/die Kompensationsabschnitte (7;15,16;38,40) ringförmig ausgebildet ist/sind.
- Hülse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr Mantel (17) radial kompressibel ausgebildet ist.
