Claims (21)
- Système de rail (1, 1', 1 "), composé d'caractérisé en ce queun rail à gorge (2), comprenant une tête de rail (3), une âme de rail (4), un pied de rail (5), au moins au-dessous du pied de rail étant disposé un profilé de base (17) en matériau élastomère, ainsi que composé de barres d'accouplement (23), munies de préférence d'un profilé d'enveloppement de barre d'accouplement (23) en matériau élastomère ;une piste de roulement (15), en béton ou en d'autres matériaux de construction, avec un joint intégré dans lequel le rail à gorge est inséré;un corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6"', 7, 7', 7", 7"') en matériau élastomère, disposé des deux côtés du rail à gorge et comblant complètement l'espace de joint subsistant, avec adaptation au contour du rail;une fixation de rail (18), ainsi que d'une isolation électrique (8, 8', 8", 9, 9', 9");le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7''') est muni, des deux côtés du rail à gorge, de l'isolation électrique (8, 8', 8"; 9, 9', 9") qui, respectivement par rapport au corps de remplissage, est une couche d'isolation mince et s'étend respectivement de la surface (16) de la piste de roulement jusqu'au pied de rail (5).
- Système de rail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation électrique (8, 9) s'étend exclusivement le long de la face intérieure du corps de remplissage (6, 7), c'est-à-dire le long du contour de rail.
- Système de rail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation électrique (8', 9') s'étend exclusivement le long de la face extérieure du corps de remplissage (6', 7'), c'est-à-dire le long de la face opposée au contour de rail.
- Système de rail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation électrique (8", 9") s'étend d'abord le long de la tête de rail (3), et continue à s'étendre ensuite, perpendiculairement et/ou en forme d'arc, sensiblement centralement dans le volume du corps de remplissage (6", 7").
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation électrique (8, 8', 8"; 9, 9', 9") est formée d'un mélange isolant de l'électricité.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation électrique (8, 8', 8"; 9, 9', 9") est formée d'une feuille de matière synthétique isolant de l'électricité.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation électrique (8, 8', 8"; 9, 9', 9") est intégrée avec vulcanisation dans le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6"'; 7, 7', 7", 7"').
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') est muni, sur sa face inférieure, tournée vers le vers le pied de rail (5), d'au moins une bande (10) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du rail, de préférence de deux bandes, avec une forme de section transversale sensiblement en forme de demi-cercle.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') va en s'effilant à l'intérieur de sa zone inférieure, et précisément en formant un évidement (25), à titre de volume prévu pour la fixation de rail (18), l'évidement soit étant présent uniquement dans la zone de la fixation de rail respective, soit s'étendant continûment dans la direction longitudinale du rail.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') est muni extérieurement, à l'intérieur de sa zone supérieure, d'au moins une rainure (11 ), s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du rail, de préférence d'au moins deux rainures.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, en particulier en liaison avec la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, au corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"'), se raccorde extérieurement, à l'intérieur de sa zone supérieure, un joint de dilatation, rempli d'un matériau de jointoiement (12) étanche à l'eau qui, de préférence, est d'une élasticité durable.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') est muni, dans la zone de la surface (16) de la piste de roulement, par rapport à la tête de rail (3), d'une saignée (26), remplie d'un matériau de jointoiement (13) étanche à l'eau, de préférence présentant une élasticité durable.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6"'; 7, 7', 7", 7"') est formé d'un matériau intraversable par l'eau, de préférence en liaison avec une structure exempte d'espace creux ou de pores.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7''') est susceptible d'être collé au métal.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') présente une masse volumique, > 1,2 kg/dm3.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7''') est formé d'un mélange de caoutchoucs à base de polymérisat mélangé éthylène-propylène-diène (EPDM).
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') est muni, vers la surface (16) de la piste de roulement, d'une couche protectrice (14), résistante à l'abrasion et résistante à l'ozone, aux rayonnements UV, à l'huile, à l'essence et aux produits chimiques, la couche protectrice étant de préférence formée d'un mélange de caoutchoucs à base d'EPDM.
- Système de rail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6"'; 7, 7', 7", 7"') est formé d'un régénérat de caoutchouc, en particulier à base d'EPDM.
- Système de rail selon les revendications 17 et 18, caractérisé en ce que la proportion en régénérat de caoutchouc de la couche protectrice (14) est au maximum de 20 % en poids, tandis que le corps de base du corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6"'; 7, 7', 7", 7''') présente une proportion de régénérat de caoutchouc comprise dans la plage allant de 40 à 80 % en poids.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un système de rail, avec corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7"') en matériau élastomère, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage est pressé sur le rail, des deux côtés, à l'aide d'un dispositif de serrage (27), comprenant un cadre (28) muni de mâchoires de serrage (29, 30, 31), sachant qu'au moins une mâchoire de serrage (30) est réglable.
- Procédé selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le corps de remplissage (6, 6', 6", 6'''; 7, 7', 7", 7''') et/ou la tête de rail (3) et/ou l'âme de rail (4) et/ou le pied de rail (5) sont enduits avec un adhésif de contact, avant de procéder au serrage.
