Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif avec un carter extérieur (1) en forme de godet pour un système situé à l'intérieur d'un réservoir de carburant avec des pompes et des filtres (10, 11) pour acheminer et filtrer du carburant à envoyer à un moteur à combustion interne, dispositif dans lequel le carburant est refoulé de la zone du fond du réservoir par une première pompe, au travers d'un premier filtre (10), dans un espace collecteur d'où ce carburant est envoyé par une seconde pompe, au travers d'un second filtre (11), au moteur à combustion interne, et dans lequel les deux pompes sont regroupées en une unité de pompage (5),
    - l'espace collecteur étant disposé, par rapport à la position de montage du dispositif, verticalement au-dessus de l'unité de pompage (5) et des filtres (10, 11), et étant réalisé sous forme de réservoir de trop-plein (12) ouvert,
    - le second filtre (11) étant intégré à une partie support (3) pour l'unité de pompage (5), partie qui peut être logée dans la zone inférieure du carter extérieur (1) en forme de godet et être assemblée fixement avec ce dernier dans cette position,
    - la zone supérieure du carter extérieur (1) étant réalisée sous forme de réservoir de trop-plein (12),
    - du carburant situé dans le réservoir de trop-plein (12) pouvant s'échapper de ce dernier au travers du second filtre (11) dans un espace d'aspiration (9) de la seconde pompe de l'unité de pompage (5),
    - du carburant du réservoir, situé à l'extérieur du carter extérieur (1), pouvant s'écouler au travers du premier filtre (10) dans un espace d'aspiration (8) de la première pompe de l'unité de pompage (5),
    caractérisé par les caractéristiques,
    - les cartouches filtrantes des deux filtres (10, 11) sont réalisées sous forme d'un premier et d'un second élément filtrant annulaire superposés, le premier filtre (10) et le second filtre (11) enveloppant respectivement dans le sens radial le carter extérieur (1) dans la zone inférieure de ce dernier et la partie support (3) dans la zone supérieure de cette dernière,
    - un espace d'aspiration (9) fermé, limité hermétiquement par la partie support (3) et par le carter extérieur (1), se situe entre une ouverture d'aspiration de la seconde pompe et une ouverture d'échappement du second filtre (11), l'ouverture d'aspiration de la seconde pompe étant étanchéifiée par rapport à une ouverture de passage (7) de la partie support (3),
    - un espace d'aspiration fermé (8), limité hermétiquement par la partie support (3) et par le carter extérieur (1), se situe entre une ouverture d'aspiration de la première pompe et une ouverture d'échappement du premier filtre (10), l'ouverture d'aspiration de la première pompe étant étanchéifiée par rapport à une ouverture de passage (6) de la partie support (3),
    - les ouvertures de passage (6, 7) de la partie support (3), reliées hermétiquement aux ouvertures d'aspiration des deux pompes de l'unité de pompage (5), se situent dans la zone inférieure du carter extérieur (1),
    - la partie support (3) est réalisée en forme de godet avec un fond en partie basse et peut être insérée dans le carter extérieur (1) avec le second filtre (11) placé dans la zone externe supérieure, dans sa zone longitudinale inoccupée par le second filtre (11), des joints (16) et (20) étant respectivement prévus dans les zones supérieure et inférieure pour un appui hermétique sur le carter extérieur (1).
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les filtres (10, 11) sont superposés de façon coaxiale.
  3. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie support (3) peut être enclenchée par force d'adhérence dans la zone inférieure du carter extérieur (1).
  4. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments filtrants annulaires (14 et 18) des filtres (10 et/ou 11) se composent respectivement de matériau en feuilles plié en zigzag, respectivement assemblé fixement et hermétiquement, au moins sur un côté frontal, avec une zone de la partie support (3) et/ou du carter extérieur (1).
  5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément filtrant annulaire (14) du second filtre (11) présente une couverture du côté frontal, non assemblé directement avec la partie support (3), assemblée avec la partie support (3) uniquement par l'intermédiaire de cet élément filtrant annulaire (14), et en ce que cette couverture peut être assemblée hermétiquement avec le carter extérieur (1).
  6. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le côté frontal du premier élément filtrant annulaire (10), non assemblé directement et fixement avec le carter extérieur (1), est assemblé fixement et hermétiquement avec une plaque de fond (2), le centre de cette plaque de fond (2) formant un fond rapporté du carter extérieur (1).
  7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fond (2), en tant que fond du carter extérieur (1), est enclenchée avec la partie support (3).
