Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- Verwendung einer Kupferlegierung, bestehend aus 0,2 bis 1,5 % Nickel, 0,002 bis 0,12 % mindestens eines Elements aus der Phosphor, Aluminium, Mangan, Lithium, Kalzium, Magnesium, Silizium und Bor umfassenden Gruppe, Rest Kupfer einschließlich herstellungsbedingter Verunreinigungen als Werkstoff im nicht ausgehärteten Zustand zur Herstellung von metallische Schmelzen aufnehmenden Behältern, beispielsweise Tiegel für Schmelz- und Umschmelzanlagen.
- Kupferlegierung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nickelgehalt 0,6 bis 1,3 % und der Gehalt der Elemente Bor, Magnesium und/oder Phosphor 0,01 bis 0,06 % beträgt.
- Kupferlegierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nickelgehalt 1,0 bis 1,3 % und der Phosphorgehalt 0,01 bis 0,03 % beträgt.
- Kupferlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zusätzlich bis zu 0,3 % Zirkonium enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Behältern für metallische Schmelzen aus einer Kupferlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Legierung nach einer Warmformgebung an ruhender Umgebungsluft abgekühlt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die Legierung nach der Warmformgebung um mindestens 10 % kaltverformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaltverformung und ein nachfolgendes Schweißen der im warm umgeformten Zustand vorliegenden Legierung so aufeinander abgestimmt werden, daß die Festigkeit und die elektrische Leitfähigkeit in der Schweißnaht um nicht mehr als 15 % von dem entsprechenden Eigenschaftswerten des Grundwerkstoffs abweichen.
