Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs mit einer ersten Endkappe (3), welche an einem ersten Endabschnitt (7) des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) angebracht werden kann, einer zweiten Endkappe (4), welche an einem zweiten Endabschnitt (8) des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) angebracht werden kann, und einem Reinigungselement (27), welches zum Reinigen des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) in Wechselwirkung mit der Außenfläche des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) steht,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine durch die erste Endkappe (3) hindurchführende Druckluftzuführung (13), und eine an die Druckluftzuführung (13) angeschlossene Druckluftversorgung (14), welche das Innere des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) mit Druckluft zum Versteifen des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) während eines Reinigungsvorgangs versorgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungselement (27) als eine rotierende Bürste ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rotierende Bürste (27) durch einen Antriebsmotor (30) antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Endkappe (3) und die zweite Endkappe (4) drehbar befestigt sind und die erste Endkappe (3) oder die zweite Endkappe (4) von einem Antriebsmotor (30) antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner wenigstens eine Vorrichtung (32), insbesondere eine Sprühvorrichtung (32) zum Aufbringen von Reinigungslösung auf das hülsenförmige Drucktuch (2) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein unter dem hülsenförmigen Drucktuch (2) und der rotierenden Bürste (27) angeordneter Abwassersammelbehälter (35) zum Aufnehmen der Reinigungslösung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner eine Filter- und Behandlungsvorrichtung (37) zum Aufnehmen der Reinigungslösung und zum selektiven Rückführen der Reinigungslösung zur Vorrichtung (32) zum Aufbringen von Reinigungslösung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein Vorspannelement zum Vorspannen der ersten Endkappe (3) und der zweiten Endkappe (4) gegen den zugehörigen ersten Endabschnitt (7) und den zugehörigen zweiten Endabschnitt (8) des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspannelement ein sich von der ersten Endkappe (3) zur zweiten Endkappe (4) erstreckendes Verbindungselement (39) umfasst, welches einen Gewindeabschnitt (40) aufweist, der mit einem an einer der ersten oder der zweiten Endkappe (3, 4) gebildeten Mutternelement (41) zum Festklemmen der ersten und der zweiten Endkappe (3, 4) an den zugehörigen Endabschnitten (7, 8) des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) in Wechselwirkung steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein jeweiliges an der ersten Endkappe (3) und der zweiten Endkappe (4) befindliches Verschlusselement (5, 6) zum Abdichten des Inneren des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) gegenüber Umgebungsluft vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren zum Reinigen eines hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs, wobei Endkappen (3, 4) an den jeweiligen Endabschnitten (7, 8) des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) angebracht werden und wobei die Außenfläche des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) gereinigt wird,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:Zuführen von Druckluft in das Innere des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2), und Versteifen des hülsenförmigen Drucktuchs (2) durch die zugeführte Druckluft.
