Claims (8)
- Poinçon pour presse à table tournante, comprenant un porte-poinçon logé de façon axiale dans un alésage de guidage, et un insert de poinçon logé par un appendice en forme de tenon dans un alésage terminal du porte-poinçon et qui peut être fixé par des moyens de fixation amovibles, caractérisé en ce que l'appendice (20) est guidé de façon hélicoïdale dans l'alésage entre des butées disposées axialement à distance et est précontraint contre la face frontale associée (44) du porte-poinçon (10) par un ressort (30).
- Poinçon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige filetée (22) est raccordée solidaire en rotation à l'extrémité libre de l'appendice (20), et qu'un écrou (24) coopérant avec la tige filetée (22) est disposé dans l'alésage de façon solidaire en rotation.
- Poinçon selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (24) est fixé par au moins une cheville radiale (26, 28).
- Poinçon selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tenon radial (32) qui est en prise dans une rainure (34, 36) du porte-poinçon (10) est disposé au niveau de l'appendice (20), la rainure étant dimensionnée de telle façon qu'elle permet un déplacement axial de l'insert de poinçon (16).
- Poinçon selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la tenon est constitué par l'extrémité d'une cheville radiale (36) par laquelle la tige filetée (22) est retenue dans un alésage de l'appendice (20).
- Poinçon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement axial de l'insert de poinçon (16) est limité par sa butée contre la face frontale (44) du porte-poinçon (10).
- Poinçon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de rotation de l'insert de poinçon (16) est d'environ 10 à 30°, de préférence d'environ 20°.
- Poinçon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort hélicoïdal (30) est logé dans l'alésage.
