Claims (7)
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires sur un support déplacé en continu au cours de la fabrication de panneaux en matériaux dérivés du bois, comportant au moins deux cylindres, disposés de manière à tourner en sens inverse et munis de disques dentés, les disques dentés de cylindres adjacents coopérant par prise les uns avec les autres, les disques dentés (12) du premier cylindre (9) s'engageant dans des intervalles axiaux des disques dentés (13) du deuxième cylindre (9') et les dents (16, 17) des disques dentés (12, 13) étant orientées dans le sens radial vers l'extérieur, et le premier cylindre (9) tournant plus lentement que le deuxième cylindre (9'), caractérisé en ce que le pas du disque denté (13) du deuxième cylindre (9') est supérieur au pas du disque denté (12) du premier cylindre (9).
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les disques dentés (12, 13) sur les cylindres (9, 9') sont situés à distance axiale les uns des autres par l'intermédiaire de manchons (14, 15).
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les dents (16, 17) des disques dentés (12, 13) sont réalisées en pointe dans le sens radial ou avec une forme arrondie, et les cylindres (9, 9') sont montés de telle sorte qu'une fente en zigzag se forme entre les disques dentés (12, 13).
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les cylindres (9, 9') sont montés de manière à pouvoir se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les dents (16, 17) des disques dentés (12, 13) sont réalisées symétriquement par rapport à une ligne de projection (18) passant par le centre du cylindre (9, 9') et le centre des dents.
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les faces arrière (par référence au sens de rotation) des flancs de dents, définies par les dents (16), sont réalisées en s'effilant dans le sens radial vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif de distribution de matières granulaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les faces avant, par référence au sens de rotation, des flancs de dents, définies par les dents (16), sont réalisées en étant inclinées vers l'avant.
