Claims (5)
- Fahrzeugschloss, insbesondere für eine Heckklappentür, mit einem lageveränderbar an einem Träger oder der Karosserie des Fahrzeuges fixierbaren Schließgehäuse (2) und einem in dieses einführbaren Schlossgehäuse (1), bei demgekennzeichnet durch die Merkmalein dem Schlossgehäuse (1) eine Drehfalle (3) gelagert ist,das Schließgehäuse (2) zur Aufnahme des Schlossgehäuses (1) mit einem Seitenwände (11) aufweisenden Innenraum versehen ist,das Schlossgehäuse (1) bei geschlossenem Schloss innerhalb des Innenraumes des Schließgehäuses (2) liegt,die Drehfalle (3) bei geschlossenem Schloss an einem Widerlager (4) des Schließgehäuses (2) verankert ist,das Schlossgehäuse (1) sich in der Schwenkebene der Drehfalle (3) in Richtung auf das Schließgehäuse (2) trapezförmig verjüngt,innerhalb des Schließgehäuses (2) jeder der beiden Trapez-Kanten des Schlossgehäuses (1) ein in Schließrichtung in Führungsmitteln (8, 9) federbelastet verschiebbarer Schließkeil (7) mit einem der Trapez-Schräge entsprechenden Keilwinkel zugeordnet ist, wobei die Federkraft entgegen der Schließrichtung wirkt,die Führungsmittel (8, 9) für die Schließkeile (7) sich aus ersten und zweiten grob- bzw. feinpositionierenden Führungsmitteln zusammensetzen,die ersten grob positionierenden Führungsmittel bestehen aus einer in Schließrichtung verlaufenden Bohrung (8) innerhalb eines Schließkeiles (7) und einem in diese axial eingreifenden, an dem Schließgehäuse (2) starr befestigten Führungsstab (9) bei einem Führungsspiel zwischen der Bohrung (8) eines Schließkeiles (7) und dem zugehörigen Führungsstab (9),die zweiten, fein positionierenden Führungsmittel bestehen aus jeweils einer ebenen inneren Führungsfläche einer Seitenwand (11) des Schließgehäuses (2) und einer dieser jeweiligen Führungsfläche zugeordneten ebenen Seitenfläche des jeweiligen Schließkeiles (7),die Größe des Führungsspieles bei den ersten Führungsmitteln (8, 9) erlaubt bei geschlossenem Schloss eine seitliche Lagefixierung der Schließkeile (7) zwischen dem Schloss- und dem Schließgehäuse (1 bzw. 2) durch ausschließlich die zweiten Führungsmittel,das Schlossgehäuse (1) weist einen das Widerlager (4) des Schließgehäuses (2) in Schwenkebene der Drehfalle (3) seitlich zur Schließrichtung einschließenden Einführschlitz (12) auf,der Einführschlitz (12) besitzt einen zwischen dessen Anfang und Ende liegenden Bereich mit einem engsten Schlitzbereich (14),beim Schließen des Schlosses wird der Bereich (14) mit der engsten Schlitzbreite von dem Widerlager (4) des Schließgehäuses (2) durchfahren.
- Fahrzeugschloss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließgehäuse (2) zumindest aus einer Grundplatte (5) mit Seitenwänden (11) als Bestandteile der zweiten Führungsmittel besteht. - Fahrzeugschloss nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager (4) ausschließlich auf der Grundplatte (5) des Schließgehäuses (2) befestigt ist. - Fahrzeugschloss nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager als ein U-förmiger Schließbügel (4) mit an der Grundplatte (5) befestigten Enden der U-Schenkel ausgebildet ist. - Fahrzeugschloss nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließgehäuse (2) aus der Grundplatte (5) und einer lösbar an dieser anbringbaren, die Schließkeile (7) einschließenden Abdeckung (16) besteht.
