Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Verminderung des Volumens oder Drucks eines Fluids, das von sich bewegenden Oberflächen in einen Spalt (3,17) eingeschleppt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (3, 17) mittels eines oder mehrerer biegsamer Trennelemente (4) in zwei oder mehr Strömungskanäle (5, 6, 14) unterteilt wird, wobei jedes Trennelement (4) an seinem in Bewegungsrichtung der Oberflächen hinteren Ende gelagert ist und sein vorderes, flach auslaufendes Ende sich in den Spalt (3, 17) erstreckt, so daß es sich selbsttätig im Spalt (3,17) ausrichtet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (3, 17) mittels eines oder mehrerer Trennelemente (4) in zumindest zwei Strömungskanäle (5, 6) unterteilt wird, die jeweils an der engsten Stelle eine Höhe von maximal 1 mm aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintauchtiefe des Trennelements (4) in den Spalt (3) gesteuert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Verminderung des Volumens oder Drucks eines Fluids, das von sich bewegenden Oberflächen in einen Spalt (3, 17) eingeschleppt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (3, 17) mittels eines oderer mehrerer biegsamer Trennelemente (4) in zwei oder mehr Strömungskanäle (5, 6, 14) unterteilt ist, wobei jedes Trennelement (4) an seinem in Bewegungsrichtung der Oberflächen hinteren Ende gelagert ist und sein vorderes, flach auslaufendes Ende sich in den Spalt (3, 17) erstreckt, so daß es sich selbsttätig im Spalt (3,17) ausrichtet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement aus einer Folie, insbesondere mit einer Dicke zwischen 50 µm und 100 um, gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintauchtiefe des Trennelements (4) in den Spalt (3) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft, mit der das Trennelement (4) in den Spalt (3) gezogen wird, als Regelgröße für die Eintauchtiefe benutzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft mit einem Meßgerät (9) ermittelt wird und die Position des Trennelements (4) von einem Stellantrieb (8) automatisch geregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn oder einer Kunststoffolie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zulaufspalt (3) zwischen der Wickelrolle (2) und der auflaufenden Bahn (1) eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 und nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (4) in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser der Wickelrolle (2) und der Bahngeschwindigkeit bezüglich seiner Eintauchtiefe in den Zulaufspalt (3) steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Antreiben oder Führen einer Warenbahn (1) mit einer Bahnzugwalze (10) oder Führungsrolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zulaufspalt (3) zwischen der Bahn (1) und der Bahnzugwalze (10) oder Führungsrolle eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Kühlen oder Heizen einer Bahn (1) mit Kühlwalzen (11) oder Heizwalzen (13), die von der Bahn (1) umschlungen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zulaufspalt zwischen der Bahn (1) und einer Kühlwalze (11) oder Heizwalze (13) eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten einer Warenbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Auftragwerk zum Auftragen von Beschichtungsmaterial auf die Bahn (1) ein Leitelement (18) angeordnet ist, das mit der Bahn (1) einen Spalt (3) bildet, in dem eine Vomchtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten einer Warenbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Auftragspalt (17) zwischen der Bahn (1) und einer das Beschichtungsmaterial zuführenden Auftragwalze (15) eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 angeordnet ist.
