Abstract

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'éjection pour une cartouche contenant deux composants qui contient une chambre intérieure (1), une chambre extérieure (2) concentrique à celle-ci et des pistons (4, 5) fermant les côtés arrière des chambres (1, 2), comportant un capuchon (6) à placer sur le côté arrière de la cartouche et qui peut être verrouillé axialement avec celle-ci, comportant un poussoir d'éjection central coaxial à l'axe de la cartouche, qui est constitué d'une broche filetée (9) en prise avec un trou taraudé (8) du capuchon (6), et qui comporte une contre-butée (10) destinée à s'appliquer contre le piston (4) faisant partie de la chambre intérieure (2), et comportant d'autres poussoirs d'éjection qui sont disposés à distance radiale du poussoir d'éjection central et qui comportent une contre-butée (16) destinée à s'appliquer contre le piston (5) faisant partie de la chambre extérieure (1), caractérisé en ce que la broche filetée (9) est montée tournante dans une plaque de tête (11) et en ce que les autres poussoirs d'éjection sont trois tiges de pression (13) décalées de 120° l'une par rapport à l'autre, qui sont réalisées d'une seule pièce avec la plaque de tête (11) et qui sont guidées à travers des deuxièmes trous (14) du capuchon (6).
  2. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le trou fileté (8) est disposé dans une douille (17) qui dépasse du capuchon (6), qui est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec celui-ci et vers laquelle des nervures de renfort (18) s'étendent depuis le bord du capuchon (6).
  3. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la broche filetée (9) est montée dans un trou de la plaque de tête (11), lequel est disposé dans une douille (20) réalisée d'un seul tenant avec cette plaque de tête (11) et vers laquelle des nervures de renfort (21) s'étendent depuis le bord de la plaque de tête (11).
  4. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (6) et le côté arrière de la cartouche peuvent être reliés entre eux par des fermetures à baïonnette (7) ou par un filetage.
  5. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de pression (13) sont reliées à une contre-butée (16) commune de forme annulaire.
  6. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les pistons (4, 5) sont en polyamide et leurs lèvres d'étanchéité (23) en un polyéthylène de basse densité, les lèvres d'étanchéité (23) étant moulées par injection sur les pistons (5, 6).
