Claims (6)
- Ausdrückvorrichtung für eine zwei Komponenten enthaltende Kartusche, die eine innere Kammer (1), eine dazu konzentrische äußere Kammer (2) und die Rückseiten der Kammern (1, 2) verschließende Kolben (4, 5) enthält, mit einer auf die Rückseite der Kartusche aufsetzbaren und mit dieser axial verriegelbaren Kappe (6), mit einem zur Kartuschenachse koaxialen mittigen Ausdrückstössel, der aus einer mit einer Gewindebohrung (8) in der Kappe (6) in Eingriff stehenden Gewindespindel (9) besteht und ein Widerlager (10) zur Anlage an dem zur inneren Kammer (2) gehörenden Kolben (4) aufweist, und mit weiteren Ausdrückstösseln, die im radialen Abstand zum mittigen Ausdrückstössel angeordnet sind und ein Widerlager (16) zur Anlage an dem zur äußeren Kammer (1) gehörenden Kolben (5) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (9) in einer Kopfplatte (11) drehbar gelagert ist und daß die weiteren Ausdrückstössel drei um 120° zueinander versetzte Druckstangen (13) sind, die einstückig mit der Kopfplatte (11) sind und durch zweite Bohrungen (14) der Kappe (6) geführt sind.
- Ausdrückvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebohrung (8) in einer über die Kappe (6) überstehenden und zu dieser einstückigen Hülse (17) angeordnet ist, zu der Verstärkungsrippen (18) vom Rand der Kappe (6) verlaufen.
- Ausdrückvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (9) in einer Bohrung der Kopfplatte (11) gelagert ist, die in einer zu dieser Kopfplatte (11) einstückigen Hülse (20) angeordnet ist, zu der Verstärkungsrippen (21) vom Rand der Kopfplatte (11) verlaufen.
- Ausdrückvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (6) und die Rückseite der Kartusche über Bajonettverschlüsse (7) oder über ein Gewinde miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Ausdrückvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckstangen (13) mit einem gemeinsamen ringförmigen Widerlager (16) verbunden sind.
- Ausdrückvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben (4, 5) aus Polyamid und deren Dichtlippen (23) aus einem low-density-Polyethylen bestehen, wobei die Dichtlippen (23) an den Kolben (5, 6) spritztechnisch angespritzt sind.
