Claims (6)
- Etikettierstation für Gegenstände, insbesondere Flaschen, mit mehreren längs einer Bahn hintereinander angeordneten Stationen, und zwar einer Beleimungsvorrichtung (12), einer Etikettenvorratsstation (13) und einer Etikettenübertragungsstation (15), sowie mit mindestens einem auf einem sich drehenden Träger (1) drehbar gelagerten und bei jeder Umdrehung des Trägers (1) an den Stationen (12, 13, 14) vorbeibewegten Entnahmeelement (2, 3, 4, 5), das jeweils eine nach außen gewölbte, sich auf der Vorderseite des Etikettenstapels (13) und den anderen Stationen (12, 13) abwälzende Aufnahmefläche für das zu entnehmende Etikett aufweist, wobei als Antrieb für jedes Entnahmeelement (2, 3, 5) ein Kurvengetriebe vorgesehen ist, das aus einer für alle Entnahmeelemente (2, 3, 4, 5) gemeinsamen ortsfesten Doppelkurvenscheibe mit in zwei Ebenen übereinander angeordneten einseitigen Kurven und aus zwei Sätzen von Eingriffsgliedern besteht, die mittels eines Trägerelementes auf einer mit der Antriebswelle (6, 7, 8) gekuppelten Lagerwelle gelagert sind und durch Formschluß mit den beiden Kurven bei Drehung des Trägers (1) den Zwangslauf eines jeden Entahmeelemtes (2, 3, 4, 5) über seine volle Umdrehung sichern wobei, die Eingriffsglieder (18, 19) der Entnahmeelemente (2, 3, 4, 5) gleich lange wirksame Hebelarme aufweisen, die auf einem gleichen Teilkreis zu ihrer Rotationsachse liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geometrie der Doppelkurvenscheibe derart ausgebildet ist, daß nach Abwälzen der Entnahmeelemente an den Stationen aus dieser Drehstellung mindestens zwischen dem Etikettenkasten (13) und dem Greiferzylinder (14) diese Entnahmeelemente (2-5) in eine solche Drehung versetzt werden, mit der deren gekrümmte Aufnahmefläche (2'-5') im freien Bereich nach außen weist.
- Etikettierstation gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich gegenüberliegenden Eingriffsglieder (18, bzw. 19) der Entnahmeelemente auf einer ersten Linie (21) angeordnet sind, die außerhalb einer mittig zu der gekrümmten Aufnahmefläche durch deren Rotationsachse verlaufende zweite Linie (22) verläuft.
- Etikettierstation nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese erste Linie im in Drehrichtung hinteren Halbbereich der Aufnahmefläche verläuft.
- Etikettierstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Linie vor der Mittellinie der Station in Rotationsrichtung der Entnahmeelemente mindestens in einer Rotationsposition zu dieser Mittellinie parallel verläuft.
- Etikettierstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmeelemente zwischen dem Greiferzylinder (14) und der Beleimungsvorrichtung (12) nur eine Umdrehung verrichten.
- Etikettierstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelkurve derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Entnahmeelemente nach Verlassen bestimmter Stationen und zwischen einer folgenden Station mehr als nur bis in die erforderliche Drehstellung am Anfang einer Abwälzbewegung an der nächsten Station gedreht werden.
